So I'd love to give them 5 stars, but can't right now. On the bright side, everyone there from my internet contact (Nicole), to my sales rep (Kevin), to the finance office were great to deal with and pretty no nonsense. We agreed on a price and rate over the phone and they kept their word on both.in fact, they we're able to beat my pre-approved rate pretty decently (anyone who does a lot of internet car shopping knows that many times a dealership will say one thing over the phone and another when you arrive)!. Here's the rub; while the car was nearly "as described", the right side mirror was cracked in pretty bad. very noticeably bad (pic below).

I noticed it and informed the dealership and was told they would fix it, but I needed to drive back out the 1.5 hours for them to do it at their dealership. My issue is simply this: The deal was done and they knew I was coming out to pickup the car. It was prepped for the buyer (me) to take delivery and no one noticed it. I point it out and they agree to fix it, but I need to drive back out to them.

I asked if they could just send the part to a Honda dealership near me and just have them put it on, but I was told that wasn't possible. To me, this is the dealership's fault for missing it and as such should be willing to eat a little bit of cost having a local dealership install the part for me. So while everything else at this dealership was great, the deal just ended on a sore spot with me needing to lose another half day driving a combined 100+ miles because they missed something in pre-delivery inspection.

Best dealership experience I've ever had. Eric and Kevin were superb and highly professional individuals. I called and spoke with Eric the sales manager. There was zero haggle or fuss. In two minutes over the phone, we agreed to a price. I drove in after work, met Eric and he and Kevin had me out the door in my brand new 7 miles TLX A-Spec in a couple hours. Exceptional dealer and highly recommended.

Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle with precision Acura I would like to thank RODRIGO for his professionalism and patience. Rodrigo worked with me over two visits to Acura to put me into something I liked. Although I went with a different option I would like to recommend rodrigo to anyone who does not want to feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. He gave me all the options I wanted to see and allowed me to take my time with my decision. Thank you rodrigo, you were great!

The most professional team I've worked with in my life. Steve is a top notch guy who addresses every issue in the car. Extremely professional and goes out of his way to accommodate the customer. Steve reached out to me every single day to update me on the process. Also Eric from the sales department is a fantastic guy to work with if you're looking for a new car. He got me top price for my trade in. If you value honesty and professionalism, then Percision Acura is definitely the place.

We have been purchasing, leasing, and using this dealership for all of our service needs. Brian is always helpful when it comes to our service needs and Raj is wonderful to work with when we are purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. It is hard to go to other dealerships as we never get the same return on service like we do at Precision.

Great service by body shop! Brought my TLX in after it was hit by a deer and Marcos at the body shop took care of my car in a kind and professional manner! I both an acura tlx from ahmed. Im not going to lie we had our differences but im going to say that this has been the best honestly dealer i have been. They made me happy in this purchase. I know I wasn't easy but I will recommend family and friends as I will buy again in a couple of years thanks ahmed brian and everyone that helped thanks again. I truly love the way it handles

After initially writing a positive experience at this dealership, I returned from a business trip and was able to review the received registration document along with the sales contract. Be prepared for the dealership to low ball you for the trade in, why, because I received the lowest end of the estimate garnered from NADA, KBB, Edmunds. I asked for more on my trade, I was offered a measly $500, my trade in vehicle sold in less than a week.

Most recently, I asked the dealership for the overpayment made on the vehicle registration, they estimated $150 for a plate transfer, the official document from the State claims it was $89.50. A dealership employee denied the refund claiming no refund was due. Lastly, be prepared to review the quoted vehicle price you receive online, I received one price and 8 days later at the dealership, the price increased by $1,000.

I asked an employee why, the response was because I received a manufacturer rebate. What?! The rebate is refunded to the dealership by the manufacturer, it has nothing to do with the price of the vehicle. The immature dealership employee sends me a nasty text message that they were sad/upset for receiving low marks. Really?! Why not tell the truth and stop misleading people. Grow up!

Manager Susan Barrett withheld information on vehicle! Talked with her over the course of 2 weeks about a 2020 RDX Aspec "NEW". We drove 2 hours to look at what was supposed to the new car. Arrived to inspect the vehicle, learned it was a demo that now has 2600 miles on the odometer, it had a gouge taken out of leather on the driver seat and scratches all over the cup holder section.

Also dirty with food crumbs everywhere. And it was on the show room floor! When we asked the manager how this is considered new her reply was, "well it was never titled"! So in all the back and forth conversations you couldn't have mentioned that it was a demo? This is why car dealers get a bad rap. Definitely felt misled! So buyer beware if they consider a "new" vehicle to be one that the owner beat up on and then parked on the show room floor I'd question their integrity!

I searched for a 2017 MDX (reasonably priced) for a few weeks. I test drove so many vehicles. I've dealt with so many questionable salespeople. My experience was horrible until I happened upon this dealership. I researched this car so much, I really don't know 100% how I found this dealership. I think CarGurus.com. Anyway, my first contact was with Susan.

She was professional, courteous and honest. Yup! I live an hour away so I wasn't trying to waste time, energy or money. When I arrived, I met Raj. The lord of Acura's must have been shining down because my experience was nothing short of AWESOME! Raj took me out to the car lot. He not only showed me my vehicle of interest, but he explained everything to me.

When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I appreciated that he was so knowledgeable of his product. When I sat in the vehicle, I claimed it! I told my husband even if Raj doesn't negotiate the price, I was buying that car. The price was I'm on the lower end on the KBB anyway and it was spotless. Raj made me feel like a valuable customer and really appreciated. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again and I would recommend them!

I've had bad experiences with New Jersey dealerships in the past. I now live in Pa. They usually advertise a low price then attempt to hit you with a $589 "Doc" fee and try to force upon you an extended warrantee program. Or an addition dealer installed option pkg pinstripping, paint sealant mudflaps etc. None of this happened here. I bought '17 Honda Civic, the price was $1,000 to $2,000 less than similar vehicles within 75 miles.

They even lowered the price an extra $200 and cut the Doc fee to $250. No sales pressure about extended warrantees and got my son a somewhat reasonable interest rate. So far, so good.

It's a car dealership not a seminary - I have no illusions about dealer probity when I walk through the door to buy a car. I purchased a used SUV at Precision a few years ago and yeah they ran me through the gauntlet on financing and aftermarket warranties but that's how they make their real money so no harm, no foul - just say no. As for price, we haggled and came to a realistic conclusion.

As an Acura dealer, Precision comes from the Honda school of never wanting to leave a dollar on the table and while I can respect that style of negotiation, the truck wasn't previously owned by Mick Jagger nor was it some limited production curiosity, so their perspective on the vehicle's intrinsic value was hilarious. Like anything else, if you go in unprepared, expect to ante up.

Everything else about the transaction was very straightforward, when I pointed out a problem on the vehicle, they fixed it but I never expected them to volunteer any underlying deficiencies. Their only job is to answer the questions I asked. After some back and forth, they did agree to warrant that the truck would pass inspection from an independent facility of my choosing.

It did. Would I buy another vehicle from Precision. sure. but I'll never confuse the encounter with a family homecoming or accept their hypertensive enthusiasm as an invitation to let my guard down. What's the phrase. trust but verify. And, if you're still not comfortable, walk out and walk on. It's your money.

The body shop here is a joke. We brought my mom's TL here after a car rear ended her. That was over a month ago. We came to pick it up today after rejecting the first round of repairs. We gave them time to correct it. As of today the car is still not ready. The rear bumper is still not fitting correctly, the paint job is poor and has fish eyes. The car is also now dented, courtesy of the body shop. Steve has not been paying attention to the details, this is not acceptable for a luxury dealers body shop.

Bought a 2014 MDX service vehicle from this dealership 4 years ago. The buying process was painless even with my 6 and 7 year olds in tow. Staff were all very kind and accommodating. Since then I use Precision for regular service visits which are top notch. Brian and Rodney are efficient and respectful. I've been treated well consistently and made to feel like a valued customer.

This is the worst dealership I ever worked with. I bought a new 2019 RDX from Precision Acura 3 weeks ago. They switched the car when we signed the sale agreement (I reserved another new car). They told me its the new car with only 5miles and there is no difference. I chose to believe them and did not find issues. My biggest mistake was I did not test drive this specific car. Unfortunately, the car I get has noise problems since day 1.

Even my 6 year old son is complaining about the odd noise. Their service department doesn't want to fix my car'd noise problem. A few days ago, the steering wheel begins to have click noise. Today I have the last straw on the Carmel back. The title I received is showing mileage 2500 miles. I am really worried I get a used car. Anyone considering to buy car from Precision Acura should run away immediately.

I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. My husband went to the dealership to have his vehicle appraised and purchase a used TLX. The treatment he received was completely unacceptable. The used car manager, Michael was extremely disrespectful. He had the audacity to judge my husband for having the title in his father's name. Michael completely low balled us on the value and then had the nerve to say "it's your daddy's car" and tell my husband that he's going to end up buying the TLX either way from him.

When we contacted the dealership, we receive this email from Michael where he is extremely arrogant and condescending. Needless to say, we will not purchase from here or recommend this dealer to anyone

I just bought my 2nd Acura from Precision. They are superstars and have always treated me and my family with superb customer service. Thank you to Alex, Rodrigo, Mitchell & Joe and my superhero Rodney in service. After I bought my truck, utilizing the remote start I mistakenly locked my son in the vehicle who is autistic and non-verbal. It was early in the morning, cold and pouring down raining.

I called the dealership, Rodney was like a guardian angel on the other line. I was frantic! Within 30 mins he had a spare key made and at my home to open the truck. I am not certain who the service attendant was but he immediately got in the truck to check on my son and make him feel better about a very frightening situation. This team is stellar! I can't thank you enough for being so amazing!

Wish that I could give ZERO stars. Terrible experience working with Eric Sebar and Moe Aref. Moe Aref was rude, condescending and disingenuous. He actually had the audacity to say "I'm surprised you were ever approved for a mortgage" (even though I have an excellent credit score). Eric was just your stereotypical car salesman-- pushy and dishonest.

The place is very poorly run; either no one communicates with each other or they just straight up lie. Save yourself the headache and the time and go elsewhere for your car. If you do decide to buy your car here, make sure you read everything very carefully before you sign.

My wife and I started our search for our next vehicle here @ Precision Acura today. Although, after a long day of car shopping, we are leaning towards a different make, I will say the salesmanship is nothing but professional. Alex Denis, a product specialist, treated us with extreme professionalism and demonstrated excellent knowledge of his 'product'.

I also appreciate how this dealership is centered around the concept of family. It is apparent the leadership is critical, in a good way, on this concept and would highly recommend anyone interested in an Acura to stop here (and ask for Alex)! Oh and they have a NSX on the showroom floor, just in case you have an extra $206k to spare!

I just brought my third Acura from Precision yesterday. I'm sooo happy with this Acura dealer. The sales and support team were amazing. Alex, Chistian and Raj made me feel comfortable about my purchase and were very knowledgeable. I felt like I was getting a good deal as opposed to the typical exploitation that often offers at a dealership. I'm so happy to be back in an Acura!

Terrible salesmanship Bought a certified 2013 TSX. Good price but terrible salesmanship. Kept pushing to sell me the financing at a much higher rate. Did not border to find out if Honda finance has a better rate. No follow up and very rude. I have bought many cars before. This by far the worst experience.
