Hands down best local small business for paint & custom work! A++ ownership pride & dedication to their customers! Won't go anywhere else for the services they provide!

Should have read and listened to the other negative comments. Was told there was light hail damage to the camper but that it was all repaired and they barely had to do any work. 3 months later I find the pathetic seal job they preformed failed and there is a large area of the roof rotting and water had leaked onto the master bed. Do not trust Tom, his word or his work.

The reason this shop has the shortest wait time is because the locals know the prices are better elsewhere. Quality of repair is good, but the price is far higher than it should be. If you are on the road and need immediate service, this place is great.as long as you are willing to pay a premium!

Staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to fill our fresh water RV tank. I would definitely recommend them to others. It's a friendly, nice, well-stocked RV sales and service center.

Run fast to another dealer if they tell you one of their trailers is in "great" shape! Don't trust them - the word "fraud" comes to mind. Like other reviews, mine had water damage that I was not told about and, in fact, was told there was no water damage - not, there was extensive hidden water damage. They told me they had packed wheel bearings, etc, and on my way home the wheels literally fell off and went bouncing across the road - luckily, no one was killed! Bearings dry as a bone ($2,500 worth of damage on that one alone).

I purchased a trailer from them and put over $5,000 in repairs in the first six months of owning it. Did I mention one thing or another is breaking every time I use it? Can't get rid of it because no one else will buy it. Precision/Tom told me the trailer was in great shape and that they had fixed anything wrong with it - not. I have sent several letters to them, but they never bothered to respond.

Even sent certified letters. They really are fraudulent, despite promises to the contrary, they don't stand behind their product or their promises! I wish I could give them minus stars.

We recently purchased 2 used campers from precision camper sales. One for us and one for our adult children and grandkids. When the kids were cleaning up theirs they found that some of the walls under the wallpaper had some serious water damage that we were unable to see when we bought it. We called Tom Tucker who we worked with when we bought them.

He told us to bring it back in and we could trade for something in that price range. These campers are sold AS IS so he did not have to take care of us. We would have been out alot of money had he not done so, and our kids wouldnt be able to use the unit. We thank him so much for standing behind his product. Other salesman might not have helped us out like that. So thank you Tom! We would reccomend you to anyone looking for fair priced campers and exceptional service

One star here is being pretty harsh, but these guys quoted work on my camper at $300, worked on it for 3 days, called to ask if I wanted them to dump my gray water, failed to mention they charge $100/hour for menial tasks like that. When I did get my unit they told me they hadn't fixed the problem, they just did a bandaid and charged me for an extra part that adds on to the system (rather than fix the bad part).

They then charged $800 for that $300 quote and my problem is still not fixed. The bandaid worked for one use, now I'll need to replace or rig it to be more permanent. What a terrible and expensive service.

Talk to Tom, apparently one of the managers there. Told him I'd like to come out from Lincoln about 100 + 30 miles or something like that. Told him I like to look at some of his lower price campers. He said of course come on out. when I got there and viewed the campers which were not on their lot but on separate lot 5 mi away in a overgrown field.

All the campers have water damage. Nothing was mentioned about water damage when we talked about me coming out to look at them. Even when I got there they said nothing about water damage until I discovered it myself. If I was not wiser, I might have bought one of their water damage tricks as is and then be stuck with it. I feel they were dishonest and deceptive with me, and wasted a day of my time gas and mileage on my truck.

When I told Tom's son that they are all water damaged, he said yes that's why they're priced low like they are. really would have appreciated being up front so I didn't have to waste this trip out there and my time and their time also. Will never go back there.

Traveling through NE, heading NE, when the shackles for the springs on our 5th wheel broke. Hobbled to their shop and within an hour they were hard at work repairing our camper. We had NO appointment but they got us right in, did an excellent job for a very fair price and got us back on the road again within hours when it could easily had been an overnight wait with a horrible bill at the end. Fantastic group of employees, I hope the owner realizes what he has! Thanks guys you saved my wife and I from having a nightmare trip. We highly recommend this place to all RV'ers! This center will not sell you parts unless you will let them do the work. If they can't make the labor costs they are not interested in your business. When we asked if we could buy the necessary parts so we could do it ourselves and save the excelled cost of the repair the man behind the counter turned and walked away telling us to visit an auto center as they are not in the business of selling parts.

I will go to Omaha to Camping World before I go here again. They need to learn some public relations and customer care. Every customer they turn away is money walking away that will not be back. The parts we saw on the floor were marked up twice the price of other sources so it's not like they would not make money on it, they just wouldn't make as much as they wanted. so the 150.00 they would have made wasn't worth it vs the 450.00 they quoted. Not everyone has deep pockets Rick and Tom.

I took my RV in for a water leak in the tub area. They were able to take my camper the same day and had it repaired in a few hours. The price was very reasonable and I feel that they took the time to do the repair right--the last repair facility merely caulked around the faucet and the problem turned out to be loose plumbing! I will definitely return for future service.
