I purchased a used 2014 F150 with 76k miles on it from these guys. The actual process of buying the truck was smooth and a pleasant experience. I test drove the truck and found no issues the day I bought it. They have an "as is" policy, but I trusted that they were selling me a mechanically sound vehicle. After purchase and driving it for the third time it began misfiring.

I contacted the Prestige salesman that sold it to me. The "as is" on their used vehicles is pretty solid apparently because they made no effort to correct the issue and basically told me it's my problem. Again, I realize it was an "as is" purchase. After spending $27k on a vehicle, a dealership that actually cares about their customers would at least attempt to make things right.

Incredible experience! The salesman, Shue Vang, couldn't have been better. So thorough, thoughtful, friendly and professional. He spent a lot of time with me making sure I was well treated and very familiar with all the features and electronics my new ride has. Thanks Shue and thanks Prestige Auto Corporation.
