Let me tell you about Jim Larson. He listened to my problems & experiences with Williams Kia. The lies, the excuses & reasons and oh yeah more lies. Then he said what are you looking for? We talked a little & he looked into a few rides for me. Some here at price point & tech 2000 & Hyundai. It was late so he answered some of my questions early next day.

Within an hour of talking that next morning he had me into a brand new Hyundai! He took my 2+ month horrible relationship with Kia & turned it into the best experience ever! I write this review for future customers of Kia but mostly for someone who hasn't dealt with Marsh. Jim Larson treats you with dignity & respect. He treats you like your his elite customer! Professional.courtesy & kind! Marsh trains their people the meaning of customer service. Jim Larson & all the others that helped were absolutely fabulous! The experience that I had with the team at Bill Marsh Price Point was excellent and what you would desire in purchasing a new vehicle. More specifically, the sales associate, Lisa Harris was professional, very kind, and went over the top to assure me that this is the vehicle I was shopping for. What a great buying experience! Knew my budget was pretty much set and because I was able to share the specific needs we had with our salesperson (Meg O'Connor) we found a great vehicle. Meg was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and helpful. She not only understood my wishes, she knew the inventory well enough to pursue the direction we needed. Would go back to Marsh and work with Meg any time we need to explore a new / used vehicle.

I worked with Marie and she was great! She was so funny and willing to help. I hate buying cars and she made it enjoyable. I was really impressed that the day I inquired about a car, she sent me a personalized video to introduce herself. I have never seen that before. Good job Marie!

Lisa Harris is absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough. I called and she answered and helped me get into my dream car ASAP. She was with me every step of the way keeping me updated and sending me videos. They even delivered my vehicle right to my door with a full tank of gas. Jared and Edgar were outstanding! They were very helpful and let us decide what was best for us. We didn't feel pressured at all and are 200% satisfied with our new car. So. I am not sure where to even begin (Lol). Well my spouse and I have been looking for a 2nd vehicle to accommodate our family of 7 since Jan. We currently own a 2009 GMC Acadia with 3rd row seating as our primary vehicle for pretty much everything. Well back in Feb I had to quit my job due to lack of transportation as my spouse travels in the area (sometimes 30min to 1hr away) with his line of work which left me with no vehicle, needing him to leave work early for appts or so I can be at work at my scheduled time and even then I was still late and sometimes miss days of work because the kids had appts.

I have tried using Uber and Lyft a few times and they either canceled my trips at the last min leaving me to rebook or taking a longer route to my job when I live literally up the street from my home. Long story short we have been turned down from many places and banks for getting help on getting approved for a vehicle or even a loan well Marie from Price Point reached out to us when we inquired about a vehicle and has stuck by our side from the beginning to the end. Communication, effort and just great customer service was at its best with her.

She always stayed in contact with us, giving us updates on other vehicles that were available at the time. All I can say is Marie from Price Point is your go to if you ever need help on inquiring or getting help on a vehicle. She did literally everything in her power to help get us the vehicle that we had been waiting for since almost 1 month ago.

We are very thankful for her and all that she has done for our family when we thought every door had closed for us. There is not enough words to express how grateful we are for her helping us get approved for our 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Just GREAT SERVICE at its finest. Thank You Marie.

I bought my first car ever yesterday and had the amazing pleasure of working with Taylor, she was amazing! Taylor was very thorough in making sure I understood everything I was paying for. Taylor made this process easy, fun and stress free. She even made sure I knew how to work the things in my car, right down to setting my favorite radio stations and using the remote start!

I would absolutely buy from the seller again. The website is up to date and Meg at Price Point was responsive. There wasn't any pressure to add on or up sell. Time has been tight and when I arrived for the test drive, the vehicle was ready to go. I minor issue was addressed above expectations. Meg encouraged me to take the truck to my mechanic, who, in turn, remarked on the strong reputation of Price Point vehicles. Follow up after the sale has been reassuring as well.
