Top of the line service, as always! I brought my car in for a suspected charging system failure (my fault, it turns out) but they found the oil level way too high. These guys miss nothing. I don't bother servicing my cars anymore even though I can. Thanks, PTL!

My front tie rod and drive shaft came apart and I had to have my car towed to a major car dealership. After my car being there a week, the dealership had not even looked at it, so I had it towed again to PTL. They looked at it right away and gave me an estimate. They called me the next day and said it was ready to go. They also said that it was going to be a couple hundred dollars less than what they had quoted me. What a nice surprise! PTL displayed the highest professionalism one could ever expect. I highly recommend their service. You won't be disappointed.

I had extremely low air in my rear driver side tire on my way home from the office. I called them & they got me in immediately & patched up my tire & had me back on the road in 20 min. All the staff we're friendly & knowledgeable. Clean shop too! I highly recommend this company for your vehicle repairs.

Tire pressure was low. Took me bringing my car in and paying for them to "fix it" three times before it was actually fixed. Little sympathy for the inconvenience or wasted money. Brought my car in for an oil change. Two days later my car wouldn't start. Brought it in to fix it. Apparently is was a wiring issue. I picked it up after they fixed the wiring then the heat wasn't working. so then I had to pay to fix that too. Seems odd that the heat worked. PTL "fixed" my car. and then the heat didn't work. Also, they did work on my car without asking and that I never agreed to and then charged me for it. Smh In my opinion I think they take advantage of females that they assume don't know much about cars.

Polite, professional service. Identified and took care of the problem. Did not have to take the car back because something was not done right as I've experienced in some places.

Reliable place to take your car. Have shopped around a couple times, and have always had the best experience here. I have talked to Steve, and he is always great! Had another great experience with them. *Had my car brought in for an engine issue and they took care of it promptly. Joe was great to work with, as well. They continue to provide exemplary service. After oil change, the employee told me my tire treads were worn so they did not rotate the tires. Instead he gave me a $900.00 quote for new tires. A week later my tire pressure was low in one tire so I brought my car to a tire retailer who repaired the tire and rotated my tires, all for free. There was a rock in the tire. I was not told my tires needed to be replaced. I am sure that if my husband had brought my car in for the oil change, this attempted up sale would not have happened. Both of our vehicles will now be serviced elsewhere.

I have been here twice in the last six months, twenty miles north of where I live, to have more than one tire mounted and installed with no appintment both times. People here were courteous, professional, and do very good work. Prices are reasonable. Honest people, they do not recommend repairs that are not needed.

Just moved into the area and needed tires for our nephews car. We stopped in and spoke to Steve and received a quote. The tires came in exactly when he said they would and were installed the same day for the quoted price. I also had the tires on my vehicle inspected and was told they still have months of use left. When I need tires for my vehicle, I will definitely buy them at PTL.

Quick to get you in and very fair pricing. My grandparents have been loyal customers for 10+ years and have always been pleased. My quote for an entire AC replacement was several hundred dollars cheaper than any other repair shop around. I was willing to drive the hour to go here instead of the other repair shops I got quotes for. Very friendly staff and always very willing to explain things to you and help you out. Love this place.

PTL went above and beyond for my 2011 Grand Cherokee. They had to work with an aftermarket warranty company to get the needed "major" repairs done. You kept me posted on what was going on, which I really appreciate. Thanks Chet, we'll be back for needed services on our other vehicles. Joe

I've taken vehicles in before for specific service, recently tires. I can't fault the work I contract them to do and will go back. However, I was told I needed ball joints replaced and I choose to have my dealer inspect and work on it, given how many miles are on my 3 year old vehicle. The dealership checked alignment and inspected the front end.

They said everything was within the manufacturers specification and no service was neccessary. BTW, I hope their mechanic is a better mechanic than he is a singer! During his test drive, my dashcam recorded him as he was singing along with the radio! I won't comment on his singing! LOL

I'm a long time customer of PTL. I can drop in any time for an oil change and tire rotate and they always get me in. Car repair expenses are never convenient but I feel they have always been honest and have even told me when it would be to my advantage not to have a repair done. Bottom line is I trust them. Plus they're just friendly, have a nice lobby with snacks and TV, and they have coupons if you're willing to look. A great small business.

I needed a couple tires dismounted from my wheels and some tires I bought on Craigslist put onto the rims. I had called Discount Tire, Tires Plus, PTL, and a couple Craigslist service ads I found. Tires Plus was the cheapest but only by a couple dollars and PTL ended up coming down just a little to compete with them. The difference is quality of service and environment. PTL has a big waiting room with beverages, snack bars, and other goodies all free of charge.

The environment is clean and the staff is friendly. Furthermore the staff is honest and quite funny as I overheard them talking to other customers. They were very down to earth with one lady who needed her engine air filter cleaned and had no idea what that was. They even took her in the back so she could see the difference between the new one and the dirty one.

I was impressed with how that gentleman that worked there was explaining to her what she needed and why. Overall this was a great visit and I left feeling like I got a great deal.
