Staff was pleasant and helpful. No coffee machine on premise, however. and that is irritating at 7 am. Major complaint: I had purchased a bundle of three minor services, and asked the service advisor how many I have left. I was told "1, but you have to use it by December". What? I pre-purchased a service from Larry H. Miller, and there is an expiration on it, even though it is paid in full?

What if I don't drive enough miles to warrant a minor service by December? This is not right, and turns me off from wanting to continue to do any business with this Toyota dealer. I will be submitting a complaint directly to the company.

I'm very thankful my family and I went here! We were greeted promptly. The entire staff was so kind and friendly. Mark and Michael got to work right away and got us in and out as fast as they could. We were able to trade our car for a beautiful used SUV which better suited our family and we are all extremely happy! Thank you for taking great care of us we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our experience buying a pre owned Sienna from Corona Toyota. The salesman Frank Navarro was superb. He answered all of our questions patiently and did not waste our time. The financing with Mosses was done immediately and we were on the road under three hours. I highly recommend Toyota Corona. We've purchased multiple cars for our little rental fleet and are genuinely looking forward to working with Frank and his team again. Totally worth the drive from Lake Forest. Keep up the great work!

Very disappointed in how they conduct business here. I spent last 2 months speaking with the sales rep to purchase a vehicle that was allocated to this dealership. I even showed up the day before delivery as the sales person recommended I do a credit check for a "better chance" of getting the vehicle. When the vehicle finally arrived, I contacted my sales rep when they opened, when I should be come down to the dealership.

By the time he told me to come down they sold the vehicle as I was standing in the lobby waiting for him. I've wasted so much time and ran a hard credit check for nothing. I don't understand why they would mislead customers and have sales rep who doesn't understand their own process. After reading all these negative reviews here, seems like the theme is all the same.

I tried giving them a benefit of the doubt but that's my own fault. Should've listen to my instincts. If possible, avoid this dealership or be prepared to be let down. They've completely lost my trust and business.

I have bought 2 very hard to find cars from Larry H. Miller Toyota in Corona. Both times, I worked with salesman, Jock Stephens and was very pleased with the experience. All of the staff seemed very professional and courteous. My dealings with the service department has also been excellent.

We had a great experience with the help from Roberto. He was very professional and also listened to our needs of a new car. He went above and beyond to truly make us feel satisfied and we are. Much better experience here than Claremont, Glendora, and Lancaster Toyota dealers. So glad we made the choice to come here. From the moment I called and spoke to Patricia, arrived got helped by Roberto, and through the final stage meeting with the finance manager I believe his name is Joe, who also listened to our needs. My husband and I came from Mercedes Benz and this specific Toyota location exceeded our expectations. Will be recommending this Toyota location to our family and friends.

I recently had my old 2007 Corolla serviced at a different dealer were I was informed of numerous costly repairs required. I was advised it might be time to think about replacing the vehicle. The following day, I returned to that same dealer hoping to be assisted in purchasing a new vehicle. I was led inside to sales and was basically told they didn't have the vehicle I wanted on the lot, and they weren't sure when they would.

I was told the vehicles showing available online were not available and they had deposits on them. No interest was shown or attempt to sell me a vehicle or get my name/number to contact me when future vehicles became available was made. Disappointed, I contacted the Larry H. Miller Toyota of Corona while still on their lot. I spoke with Shelton Webb and told him what i was looking for, a 2022 Toyota Corolla LE with Celestite Exterior and Light Grey Interior.

The following day I met with Shelton, put a deposit on a vehicle that was expected to be delivered within a week. Less than a week later, I happily drove off in my new car. Shelton was an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept me posted on the status of my vehicle and it was delivered ahead of schedule. He was very personable and the best car buying experience i have ever had. Thank you Shelton!

Just recently got a new car here I worked with Robert and Frank, both are phenomenal sales guys. Robert gave me an excellent deal and was upfront and honest from the start so knew what I was buying. Frank helped me with all paper work and process and made very easy and pleasant. It was my first time at this dealer and I will come back again. Thank you guys for helping me get the car I wanted! I loved my experience getting a new car at Larry H Miller Toyota in Corona! Due to the lack of cars on the market, I had to drive out of my way to get the car I wanted, which was kinda annoying, but everyone at this dealership made up for that. Mark, Robert, and Michael were lovely to work with and truly all the employees were friendly, patient, kind, informative, and professional.
