Got 30 seconds into my first run with the traxxas slash 4x4 and snapped an axle. I had no clue what had happened and was devastated. When I brought it here they showed me what part I needed and how to fix it. This is your one stop hobby shop.

Went to see if we can get some help to getting our son into Rc, dont not get much help just a rude guy telling us its over there. We went back to get my oldest sons helicopter to work and got the same rude guy. We will be going to Hub hobby, where they help you with out attitude

On their web site the claim to be the "King" of value and service for all radio control needs. They are off the mark here. I called to find out about a specific product I wanted. They were 10.00 higher than their competitor. I asked about a price match. The sales clerk tells me that they have a margin to maintain and that's how they keep the doors open.

So they would not price match 10.00. I asked him what was better, the amount of the sale or no sale at all and I go to the competitor. He didn't answer me. I took my business to the competitor. Not good business practice if you ask me.
