We received an appointment quickly. The check in was efficient and easy. The warranty work was completed effectively within a short period of time. Michael our service advisor was very courteous and helpful. The whole experience was painless.

I'd like to thank Nile with Dolan Toyota in Reno for a terrific service appointment this month (June 2022). He kept me apprised of the process and time to completion. In addition, Nile freely shared his expertise about my vehicle's needs and things to look for as an owner who loves her Toyota. I just went in for one of my free oil maintenance services. I live about an hour and 15min from them so it's not like just going down the street to your local dealership. As I enjoyed my Sonic burger in their very nice lobby area I noticed that everyone was very nice and polite, both Dolan employees and customers. Something I definitely haven't experienced at any other dealership except 1.

They completed my vehicle in under the time they promised. I had some questions about my car while I waited and the gentleman that helped was very knowledgeable and quick to answer all my concerns. Madeline was the one I mainly had contact with during my cars service and she was very prompt and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for myself and my vehicle. I will definitely be going to this dealer from now on.

I had an airbag recall on my Corolla. Not only was the service exemplary, but so was the personal touch by the front end service writer. Kudos to Michaela who took it upon herself to go the extra mile. My wife has stage 4 metastatic cancer. We were on our way to a treatment when we dropped the Corolla off for a recall. After checking in I asked Michaela if my wife could remain in the car while I organized a rental for the day.

No problem. When I got back to the car Michaela was sitting with my dear wife chatting with her and keeping her company. This meant a huge amount to us both and we talked about it all the way to the treatment center. A small thing which was actually a big thing. Please recognize Michaela for her kindness and thoughtfulness. Very impressed by the Dolan Toyota experience.

We brought our 1988 4Runner because it had issues passing the smog test. It took some time for them to figure out the issue but it was worth the wait. We bring all our Toyota vehicles to Crystal when maintenance is needed. She is very knowledgeable and keeps us informed on the status of our vehicle.

I have never been to a Dolan dealership before but after this service experience, we won't be going anywhere else! Their costumer service was truly exceptional. Everyone was so kind, helpful and had great attitudes. They were very upfront about everything that needed to be done with our truck and it was done right.

Had another Toyota air bag safety recall. Called Dolan, set a time and went in. Crystal took care of me. Job was done by midday. They washed my car which helped me a lot. I'm on crutches and two Dolan Employees (one in Sales and one in the Service area) opened doors for me. That kindness is most appreciated. You see it less and less today. Great job Dolan. Thank you.

Thomas the service advisor was great, did everything he was supposed to do and was polite and professional. Unfortunately the technician wouldn't replace my bad hub assembly on my Tacoma because of a liability issue with my aftermarket lift. The bad part of this is, the labor for the replacement wheel bearing/ hub does not require the strut assembly to be removed, loosened or altered in any way.

So it makes no sense that the strut spacer becomes a liability if it is not at all involved in the job. Unless the dealer contacts me and makes it right I am replacing the hub assembly out of my pocket when it should be warrantied out, and I may not be returning to this dealer for future service.

As with all dealerships, the pricing here is much higher than you can get at an independent mechanic's shop. However, the service is wonderful and I did feel like my vehicle was being taken care of. I brought in my 2004 4Runner and worked with Elyse who was ultra friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. She's the reason for 5 stars instead of 4!

The Dolan Auto team is awesome. They are always kind and professional, always run on the time schedule they lay out and sometimes are even faster! I got my 20,000 mile check up in less than 30 min! Taylor was my service specialist and she was terrific! 5 star performance!
