I ordered a GM part from here. It was all fine until the part arrived. The part was wrong and they insisted that I gave them the wrong part number when I didn't. They wouldn't return it, and they scammed me out of money. What a pleasant experience! Edited to add: The parts manager cussed me out and started yelling. DO NOT BUY CARS OR ORDER PARTS FROM HERE.

My husband is in Southern Illinois (Norris City) on a hunting trip, and was having problems starting his '08 Chevy 2500 Diesel in the frigid weather they've added this week. He had it towed to Rice Motor Co in Carmi. He spoke with Jeremy Snow, the service & Parts Mgr, who got it in right away. They found the problem, and fixed it right away at at fair & reasonable price.
He gave my husband his card and told him any time he's in the area, and has truck problems, to call him & hell take good care of him. This isn't the first time they have saved our trip! We were there this past summer, and the fuel pump went out. They repaired that as well, in the same timely fashion and at a fair price. We highly recommend Rice Motor Co in Carmi, IL for any service, parts or repairs you may need! Thanks again to Jeremy and his amazing service technicians!

First rate mechanics. Scott Rice, the owner is honest and will give the best deal possible on a new or used vehicle. Trustworthy people in an industry that has a lot of phonies. I have purchased 7-8 vehicles from them. Gary, the service guy is honest and helpful. Adam in parts is a professional who will help when you need it.
