I took my pickup and get it worked on I thought something was the matter with it and they looked at it there's a few hours they worked on it and couldn't find anything they look pretty hard for what I had explain to them but they said it it runs good drives good everything's good just keep an eye on it and if it does it again bring it back so I was very happy good people down there thank you

Got an appointment the day after I called for oil and change and DEF fill. Arrived, in went my truck, out it came 30 minutes later. Aaron was my service advisor and was right on top of things. Great service, nice folks and I can recommend them as far as what I had done is concerned.

My 22 F350 Diesel malfunctioned while towing from out of state late on a Saturday. I was able to go online to Riser Ford website and made an appointment for 8:00am Monday morning. Apron arriving at the dealership the service staff was extremely polite and helpful, they understood dilemma and time constraints being I was towing my RV from out of state on vacation.

They were able to take my truck back immediately and found an issue with the DEF system. After they were able to diagnose the faulty sensor, they went the extra mile and set a runner to pick up a part from Little Rock AK and had my truck up and running and ready for pick up by 3:00pm the same day. If you are every in the area I would HIGHLY recommended RISER FORD! Special thanks to Service Adviser Katy and Tech that made it all happen you two were awesome!

Just took delivery of our 2021 Bronco we ordered. We couldn't be happier with how we were treated by the entire Riser team. Our salesman, Larry Joe and sales manager Kyle were great to deal with. Dan showed us how to use the Sync system and went over the vehicle with us and made sure we were comfortable with all the tech features.

Bought my explorer last June from Hayden. Very good experience. Love my vehicle. Oil change today. Service department very efficient and courteous. Answered all my questions. Suppose to get back with me about one question. I did not care for the loud TV on Fox news Channel in the waiting room.

Very pleasantly surprised. Great experience! They fully exceeded expectations. Ford paid for a rental car for a few days until a loaner came available. They were upfront with projected repair cost and time estimate. Ended up getting repair done 2 days earlier than anticipated and under repair cost estimate. You can't ask for anything more. This was one of my best dealer experiences. Thank you!

Riser Lincoln took care of my service needs for my car most efficiently. The app was easy to schedule service and they were expecting me when I got there. Terrible customer service. They act like they do not need your business. I tried 3 times to get an oil change I'm my new $68,000 truck. Totally indifferent. Pull into service bay? No ones comes to meet you. Go into service center? They are busy on their cell phones and chatting with each other. Save yourself some frustration. Find another dealer that cares about customers.

Stopped by for an oil change and they were fast and super nice. In the morning they have the best cinnamon donut muffins (or what ever you want to call them). I think I ate 4 of them today. I highly advise everyone check them out.

What a pleasure doing business with Keith Thomas at Riser Ford Lincoln in Hot Springs, AR. We were looking for a specific Continental and when we called from Fort Smith, Keith took the call. He checked and called us back promptly. He had just what we wanted. Buying the car was easy, we were happy with the price, but what really impressed us was the entire experience.

All the staff were very friendly and you could tell our business was appreciated. After we purchased the car, everyone was shaking our hand and congratulating us. The entire establishment was extremely efficient and well managed. We have only experienced this type of professionalism with one other Lincoln dealer which was in St. Louis. Just walk in and you will notice the difference between Riser and other dealers you visit.

I cannot say enough about Keith Thomas. He was not pushy or impatient, took the time to explain everything and did not rush you. Super nice guy as well. Would not hesitate to recommend Keith Thomas and Riser Ford Lincoln to anyone. Fantastic experience!

I only called to get a quote because my husband wanted a third estimate. I told them person the vehicle information and what needed to be fixed. No explanation of what was goin on as the car has already been diagnosed. I just needed a price quote. I was questioned about why I would want that done. When I said a ford dealership had diagnosed it and I just wanted a quote I was told two things. Based off what I told them.it wasn't the problem. (Wait.

I didn't tell you what the car was doing! I only said what the mechanic told me.) That was impossible. AND their prices would be identical to any and all ford dealerships so they didn't need to work it up for me. Hmmm.two ford dealers have given very different prices so that's not true. When I called him on that he said he would work up the price and call me back. That was two days ago.

My daughter and I were 500 miles from home when my Edge started making a noise climbing a mountain. Took it to Riser. They got us right in. Diagnosed it and we were out within an hour and a half. Gave us great directions to tourist locations. Great experience. Friendly atmosphere.

Very Dishonest. Very Rude Sale people that dont know very much. Tom Hollingsworth being the biggest rudest person there. He pretty much turned me away from the whole dealership. Just like other review i would get 0 Stars if it would let me. Drive a little farther and go to Benton Landers Ford will help you out.

I had no intention of buying a new car but on a whim at 6pm on a Saturday night I stopped in to look at the Mustangs a car I've always wanted. Gary Norman insisted that I drive one to get the feel. I was hooked. I explained my credit wasn't that great & I didn't even have my car with me but they worked a deal that I couldn't pass up & they went out of their way & got me the color I wanted, now I have my dream car.

If i could give a 0 stars i would, just for the simple fact of pure dishonesty. This business preys on elderly people. I had first hand experience with them falsifying work required and verified there was NO ISSUE at a local reputable repair shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! If you have a Ford have it serviced at a local repair shop with a good reputation.
