Terrible customer service they are very rude on the phone when I call asking for part.dishonest people I don't advise you to buy a transmission or engine from them they always lies about the mileage. I will never do business with this company, and I highly suggest you don't either. I highly Recommend phoenix auto part or Arizona auto parts they are the best always have warranty for parts and labor.

Great deal, honest, everyone was polite and friendly and Hector made sure it was the right part after getting the run around from other parts places. Definitely will do business with them again and would not hesitate to recommend them either.

I found a car on google images, when I got the number and called Greg the sales man was outstanding. Most places don't want to take the time to look for the part or just don't return your call. I'm working on a old 560SL and parts are hard to find. Not only did he return my call he checked on other parts for me and keep me updated. I want to say thank you Greg for your WONDERFUL customer service.

Beyond impressed- First let me say there was a problem with my order and they made it right! I purchased a side view mirror online, which was very scary but they provided a description indicating the product was in grade A condition and after months of online searching I found what I needed in their inventory. Package came quickly however, when i took the box to the body shop for installation I was very disappointed to see the product wasn't quite grade A.

I took pictures of it and emailed them to Riteway. Within hours i had several reps reach out to me, once on the phone they asked me what it would take to make it right. I explained the extra expense of painting it and they refunded me most of the cost to paint. With no hesitation in escalating the request to their owner for approval. I have a side mirror once again and I have full confidence in this company as a source for body parts!

In fact, I just googled the company to browse for a few other parts because I most definitely plan on purchasing from them again. Thanks for your great customer service, it goes so far in the auto industry. Great company!

As a long time employee of this company, I can tell you that nobody would ever need to be concerned about leaving any personal belongings here. All of our employees are screened and back ground checked. I'm sincerely sorry that this gentleman lost his wallet but I assure you it was not here. We sold him a part that was inventoried incorrectly and promptly refunded him in full.

I cannot say if there was an apology given but am extremely offended by the suggestion that we would steal anything from anyone. Sorry you had a poor experience with us Michael Keleher. Our goal is always 100% satisfaction!

I had one experience. I needed a cd-changer. They had one advertised. I bought it, and found it was not a changer but a single player. Drove back got refund, but no apology. Took out wallet to give credit card for refund never put it back in my pocket. Nobody but staff at counter when I left, and went straight home. Their counter staff said I could come and look for it when I noticed it was missing. A call to the office has gone unreturned now for 4 days. I wouldn't drop my wallet here if I was you.

Bought a used transmission from them for way cheaper then anywhere else I checked and my mechanic thought it would be a piece of junk for that price. We were both pleasently surprised, my vehicle is up and running very well. My transmission is even warranted thanks Riteway I will be recommending you to others

These other reviewers are correct. My story also involves their "Gold Warranty" which I purchased thinking it covered full parts and labor in the event of a part failure (I bought a complete engine from them for $1500). Right before the warranty was about to expire the engine failed and my mechanic told me it would have to be replaced again (in an old car not worth spending more money on).

After I realized it was still under warranty I felt a bit better, but then I realized that the warranty did in fact NOT cover labor and that even if it had, it would only cover up to $50/hour for labor which is approximately half the going labor rate for mechanics. So even if I had bought the right "full parts and labor" warranty, it still would not have covered more than half the labor cost, which also, by the way, is calculated according to a chart that all shops use and not by how much time is actually spent on the job.

These guys are worse than used car salesmen. There's a lot of money in "green" parts (used parts). My advice is to stay as far away from them as possible and tell your friends to do the same.

Back in October I was in a car accident that affected the transmission in my truck. GEICO contracted with RITEWAY to get a rebuilt transmission. The shop installe dit and it was defective, so they had it rebuilt. Reinstalled it and immediately I could tell there was still aproblem. The shift from 1st to 2nd is way too rough. "drive it for a month" they said.

So I did and it is STILL a major concern. Now they say they will send it out under warranty but will not cover the cost of a rental vehicle while they do so. That is the LEAST they should do since they delivered an inferior product. Stay FAR away from this company. Should be "WRONGway" Auto Parts.

The man who answered the phone spoke in that speedy way that let's you know how very busy he is. It only took a moment to tell me that they did not have the part I wanted and when I asked if he could order it for me he told me I could go to the U-Pull and get it cheap. I said I'd like to order it through him and he informed me that it could take up to ten days.

I had already priced the part at two other stores that would have also needed to order it, and it was running $40 to $50. I told him that's okay, and asked him what it would cost. So, off the top of his head he quickly said that by the time he got it there for me it would be about $90. At that point, he got rid of me, as it seemed he was shooting for from the start.
