Set up in 1995, Riteway Auto Salvage has offered an outlet for used and new auto parts to the Southeast US. We have over 2000 late model salvage cars, plus a huge inventory of new replacement parts for most vehicles in service today. We employ over 15 people as technicians, client service agents, 'part-pullers' and shipping agents. We sell used late model cars and trucks.

Terrible customer service, rude, unprofessional, and the manager Jonathan was unwilling to help me after being reassured by his salesman Lucas that the parts i was buying were correct. After calling a few times about my refund they then began to refuse my phone calls, which lead to me driving 4 hours out of my way to get my return. Highly unprofessional, i definitely would not recommend!

Friendly service. Cleaned car. Very patient. They make you think you'll get 100 for a good review. Never seen my money and now they charge $7 to make payments. And the car is trash.

Horrible service. I drove in from Charlotte, called beforehand to make sure the bumper was in good condition. Guess what, it wasn't. All scratched and scuffed up. Really disappointed.

Worst experience trying to get a car part sent. Over two weeks and still nothing. After being told it was going to be sent out. Gave it a week and called, was told it still hasn't been sent out. Waited another week and still nothing. Maybe it's different in person but definitely don't order part's from here.

I was having to drive almost 100 miles per day until I purchased my camper from the Chris duo. Not only did they make the entire process as painless as possible, but they answered every question I had with a smile and made me feel very welcomed. Will definitely keep doing business with them!

Riteway has some nice cars, i was there because 1 of their people rearended my truck lastnight and told me he would fix it, so i was there to have them order a bumper and tow package for my nissan.new cars are junk, look at the damages in the photos
