Called service to see if my truck was still under warranty so I could get it in for the death wobble for the third time- I have a recall and the guy feels like I'm asking him to personally give me something- I just need my vehicle fixed not an attitude when I call- I'll never do business with these people again- period

I took a 2013 Ford Focus to Rogers Ford to get some recalls taken care off. One of the recalls was for a transmission issue but they said they need it to diagnose it first. They charged me $370 to diagnose it which I agreed because the problem was part of the recall. Well when they "diagnosed" it, they said something was damaged inside the transmission and that would need to be fixed in order for the car to be right.

I disagreed with that diagnosis so I took the car and ended up paying the $370 diagnosis fee. We got a computer ordered for the transmission, came in, got installed and just like that, the vehicle was running as it should no problem. I went to Rogers to try to get my money back for a wrong the diagnosis and they said no because they stand by what they diagnosed.

It's sad that a place like Rogers Ford takes advantage of people like this. Will never ever do business there ever again. Edit: I was able to speak to Jacob the manager and he went above and beyond to help me sort out the issue.

This was hands down the best car/truck buying experience ever. Randall Brockington coordinated this high price sale remotely (as I live in another state) and he kept everything running smooth as silk up until delivery. Lupe in finance came in competitively, and did not try to stuff anything into the contract. No pressure sales, and held to their word and pricing.

And we all know by now how insanely difficult buying a car in today's market can be. Thank you guys so much for getting me my dream truck! I truly appreciate Randall, and the folks at Rogers Ford and I highly recommend others use this jewel of a dealership in the middle of west Texas!

Took my truck in for routine maintenance today, the quick lube was awesome, they would get 5 stars. I was also looking for a new vehicle. Had to swing by the service department to schedule repairs to my 2017 F350, they required me to leave my vehicle for 2 to 3 business days just to diagnose. My issues were; back glass plastic rail has dry rotted and come free from glue, passanger seat warmer and AC is not working, sun roof is leaking when it rains.

They could not put me in a loaner vehicle. They had no vehicles on the lot that my wife would care to drive but I would have been willing to wait for a vehicle to come in. The service department just cost you a sale. I'll return to Sour Lake TX and buy from Rockie.

Came in to get a key cut and new fob along with activating Ford Pass. Which I've tried on numerous occasions. Clerk at service was rude and dismissive. At which point I asked to talk to manager. Manager was decent with great character minus a very disturbing attitude from dest clerk. I was actually thinking about giving Ford a second chance after getting this 2019 Ford F150.

Not after this experience though Hell will freeze over before I touch a Ford Product. I bought a 97 powerstrone new in 1999. It was same experience with service and attitude eight after purchase. I vowed then to never buy a Ford again. Some people may find it to be a privilege to buy a 70k vehicle then be treated like crap. I'm just not that customer guaranteed!

Since 2002 I have purchased 5 vehicles from Rogers Ford. Starting with a lease on a ford ranger to build our credit history to the last vehicle I purchased was a 2014 mustang Roush stage 3. Every vehicle was purchased with the help of Bo Herrera and his son on the later purchases. The prices are on the vehicles, they've always given me fair value on my trades and went above and beyond to make the deal even when it cost them more money. I plan on buying my next vehicle from Rogers soon. Thanks to the Herrera family for helping my family for so many years.

I hope people read the issues other people have before they commit to taking their vehicle to Rogers Ford for service. I took my truck in for a factory recall. It was a transmission program issue. $1500, 3 trips back, and 1 part later, No I have a check engine light on for a sensor and the transmission temp was at 240 degrees on the way home from the dealership.

I have not had a single problem out of this truck until I took it to them. This was my first experience with Rogers and for sure my last. Gigi was very nice. Jacob was cordial but will not return the calls And voicemails I have left. The truck is going to Dallas for repair. Like I said at the beginning of this review read the other reviews. That was my mistake.

The service department is horrible. Had my husbands truck for over a week just to tell us that his rims and tire was messed up. Something we obviously already knew. Priced us over 4 grand to fix it, so we went with custom wheels from another company. However due to liability they stated they had to put on the wheel to get it off the property and couldn't allow another mechanic to do it due to insurance issues. That's fine, but they then said it was too late to do the service and then when they decide to do the service they dragged their behinds and stated the mechanic went to lunch.

When we got back up there WELL after lunch, they apparently forgot to put the tires on and the mechanic was running around with his head cut off trying to find the lug nuts to put on the vehicle. asking us where it was and they were sitting in front of their face their entire time. poor service I will never go to this dealership for service ever again. Then took him an hour to put on two tires and he put them on wrong SMFH! This place is horrible, Period! I rather drive to El Paso before I come back here.

My parents were pulling their 5th wheel across country to Arizona for the winter. They stopped overnight to sleep in Midland, Texas and woke up to their 2011 Diesel F250 not starting. They had it towed there on a Wednesday and on Friday my Father had to walk to the dealership to ask them what was the hold up on taking a look at the truck. My Father got the run around and was told it might be a week and half to get it fixed IF they could get parts for a 2011 F250.

They showed absolutely no empathy for my parents and didn't care they were stranded. Needless to say my parents found a different place to take the truck to with in the Midland area.

I use the Fast Lube service because I run a Hotshot truck and time is money. The folks in the Fast Lube department are great. They get you in, serviced, and back on the road fast. Both times that I have used their service I was in and out in under an hour. The people are friendly, courteous, and professional.

Took a F250 Diesel truck to them that was not running. After a month and half of nothing and very little communication with the service advisor, they still have not worked on it! Tried calling the service manager several times but they would never return my call. Very frustrating. I am having it towed to another automotive shop that can get it running. I would not recommend this place for service.

This last time I brought my suv in, they didnt do the tire rotation that the paperwork said had been done. When I called the next day to ask them about it, they scheduled a mobile mechanic to come next day and check everything that was said to have been done previously. In the end my tire rotation was completed and everything else had been done. They threw in a complimentary oil change for the trouble.

So even though it wasn't done right the first time I still give them 5 stars for doing all they could to make it right. And I've never had a problem with this place prior to this.

That was the best car service I have ever experienced. Granted it was only a basic, 15K service, but they performed as stated, the facility to wait was great. Very happy.

As a business owner I have to say rhe unprofessional service I received from the service director Jacob and the technician Jody is beyond incompetence. I run 4 businesses and one of the jobs I do is as a warranty inspector. It is a job that sends me out to make sure businesses aren't trying to scam their customers. I made 3 appointments to inspect this vehicle and everytime we arrived to to inspect vehicle wasn't ready and tech wasnt there.

Today he refused to demonstrate what is wrong with the vehicle which screams that he doesn't know what he is doing. The sad part is thst instead of the director making the tech do his job we were kicked out and threatened.

SAVED US! We were on a trip across Texas to California and had a break down while pulling an RV. ROGERS Ford, for us in, repaired and back on the road in 4 days. Incredible, since SEWELL FORD, a few miles away told us they wouldn't even look at our F-150 for "4 to 6 weeks"! That's right, weeks!

Recently bought a 2021 F150. With less than 3,000 mile on it. I am already having issues with the temperature controls. I was told when buying a brand new vehicle that while it's under warranty I could send it in and get loaner while it's being worked on. Since this dealership doesn't do appointments and you have to drop your truck off and wait a week out to get it worked on, I am without a Truck to go to work.

I have called daily asking if there is a loaner truck in, and am told every day there's not. They refuse to call you when one comes in because it's against their policy. Two months now and I still can't get my truck worked on. I would suggest buying a truck somewhere else because if there is issues, Rodgers will not take care of you.

The gentlemen that assisted was very friendly and clearly explained everything thoroughly. He called me to let me know that they would be taking longer than expected. He gave a complimentary car wash for the long wait. Very happy with my experienced.

Peter in used cars, I don't usually give 5 stars, especially because dealers don't give real value for trade ins, instead keeping deep gains for themselves at the public's expense. However, I drove far to trade in and drive back a truck that was priced appropriately, even though the market was going up on used vehicles. The salesmen Peter, definitely took his position seriously as a liason for buyer and seller.

He was always available and communication was effective. He kept me informed as to the line behind me and how to ensure I held my place in line for the truck. I would recommend this dealership, and I can't say that for many, but very few. I am happy I can add another good experience to the short list, and I've bought new from dealerships, including super cars.

Went in to get a oil change in the morning and left at 3 in the afternoon all because they didn't tell us our car was ready when it was done. I had to get up and ask the lady when my car would be ready and she looked over to her left and saw our papers and car keys sitting there and said oh it's been ready like so you didn't care to tell us? HOURS AGO? and she said that no one told her yet she was talking to all the other people behind the desk the entire time and didn't even apologize for keeping us there hours after our car was ready. Never going back to this place to change my oil if they paid my ass. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Would avoid this dealership at all costs. The most unprofessional Ford dealership in the Permian. From Larry in parts who doesn't want to go his job to the girl Casey in the service department who is the most unprofessional, rudest, vile thing that has slithered out of the service department. I would push my truck to Sewell ford before I drove it back to Rogers ford.

Most unprofessional experience I've had to date in Midland/Odessa. P.s. I know a mechanic that works there. Watch your invoice, they like to throw an extra hour than quoted because they wouldn't think you'd argue about it.

Second truck I bought from Rogers but will be the last. This was the only place I ever had it serviced with one exception when I took it to a ford dealership on Anchorage. I took it to Rogers for scheduled service and asked the service writer what could cause it to blow white smoke. This super duty was still in warranty range s was nd he advised me to take it to service department and talk to them.

Long story short they did a basic overhaul to the engine. When I went to pick it up I was informed that the repairs were not covered as it was not serviced properly. (Refer to second sentence). This dealership does not care about doing the right thing and taking care of their customers.

The guys went out of there way on a tire and wheel warranty that was not there's to find the wheel I needed and get it ASAP and set an appointment the day after the parts came thank you guys.

Service is slow and backed up with a typical 5 day wait, and I understand that. They won't take an appointment, and won't do a quick diagnostic, they want you to leave it there. I wish I would have known this when I purchased my truck because I would have went somewhere else. With the luxury of the internet these days, you can essentially purchase a vehicle anywhere, and they will usually deliver (probably better pricing as well).

The service is one of the main reasons to buy locally, but given their delayed wait times, I would steer clear of this place. They will promise you the world when you purchase it, and deliver an atlas if you need work done.

I dealt with Mike Johnston in used sales, and I must say this was by far the best car buying experience I've had ever. Sales and finance worked around my hectic schedule, got a great deal and interest rate. Highly recommend and will refer anyone I know to Rogers Ford and Mike. Other dealerships in this area should take lessons. I've been looking for a truck for 2 weeks and was seriously disgusted with sales and management of other dealerships. I cannot day enough about how pleased I am.

Wow! I'm totally appalled at the owner of the dealership and his attitude! I took my truck for an oil change this morning. I happened to look at my truck in the bay and caught a young helper doing pull-ups using the bottom of my truck. Needless to say I was pissed! The manager was like I talked to him. I walked over to the dealership and asked for a manager.

The owner said that I didn't need to tell his staff how to deal with employees, they don't care about my business and to leave. I wish I had recorded his comments! I know I was angry but dammit I work hard for my things and to see that was Upsetting. Kudos to the service manager Jacob. He was very apologetic but I will never give that man another dollar!

Where to even start. Brought my truck there for a transmission leak. A week later, they still haven't gotten to it. So I wound up paying a guy $500 to haul it to East Texas so I could get it fixed on my off days and get out of a rental car. Took literally an hour for them to find my truck and bring it up front to me. Then I notice the tail light is cracked and scratches on the bed.

They said it was like that when they got it and I KNOW that's a lie. After I took it to the other shop, was diagnosed in an hour and fixed in 4 hours for $460. I can't stress enough how horrible of a place this is to take a vehicle. But they know it's the oilfield and it doesn't bother them.

Great service and friendly salespeople who treat you like a part of the family. They foumd just what I wanted and gave me a great deal. Mike the salesman was great and I know the general manager too Kelly is a fair and honest man also. Will continue to do business with them in the future as well as most of my family can't go wrong new or used. The picture of the blue escort is the one I bought love it.

I'm visiting from California. I had a possible problem with my car. Today, Friday, I stopped in to talk to the service department. I was told they could look at my problem in four to five days. I told them I was leaving Texas early Monday morning. Juan in Service told me to have a seat and he would have someone check it out within the hour. Shortly after one hour had passed, Juan came to tell us the car had been checked out and would be fine for our return to California! Awesome service. Thanks so much!

John and Wesley work in the fast service department. They were both very attentive and over the top on their knowledge and business etiquette. Plus they had no problem going out of their way to make sure I got to where I needed to be and picked up while waiting on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend seeing either gentleman at this location. They also found mistakes from previous dealerships and not only showed me what was wrong but corrected the issue. I have even been calling this store just to talk to either one when I have a question on my vehicle. Great place and great service! Thanks John and Wesley!

I had a vehicle into their service department for repairs. On Monday I was told it would take three days for the repair to be complete. That Friday I called for an update and was told is was being worked on right then. I let them know I would be picking it up the next Thursday. The Wednesday before pickup I called to confirm and was told that they could not verify that the work had been completed, and they could not contact the mechanic for verification.

They would ask him the next morning. I had one day off to pick up the vehicle after working 14 days straight, but I showed up to find out the work had not been done. They also refused to give me a courtesy car. They aren't communicative or helpful in any way.

There are too many Ford dealerships in Texas to justify going to this one. The salesman who I dealt with when I was test driving some cars was not very informative, or helpful. He was not aware of the stock he had, or the particular details about the cars we drove and looked at. Even after looking the sticker. He had no idea about the available options on the car.

I asked if one of the cars was fitted with a certain option and he responded that he had no idea what it was and never heard of it, while the brochure mentions it several times. I am a serious buyer and I have no problems taking my business to one of the other Ford dealerships in Texas. When the potential customer knows more about the car after spending less than 30 minutes online researching, it is a clear sign to pass on this dealership.
