I was looking at a certain car and Donovan was super up front about the condition the car was in and how it wasn't retail worthy and hadn't been checked out by a mechanic which was the reason it was so cheap. I thought that was really great of him to be honest. When I gave him a price range of cars I could afford, he sent me cars that were under that range and did not try to upsell at all! Dan was able to get me a low interest rate before I left the lot with the car and even after I was already gone, he let me know the next day that he had found an even cheaper rate and he asked me to come back in to sign a whole new packet with the better rate! I am so happy with my car and my payment! I could not have asked for a better team of people to buy from!

Worked with Kenyon and he was so helpful! We kept in contact with him multiple times throughout the whole process and he always kept us up to date with the type of cars we were looking for and what was in our budget. Stay as far away from this place as possible. I went in to get an oil change and they straight up lied to me and told me that there was a tear in the CV boot. After inspecting it, there were no issues and the car has been driving just fine for 3 years. And then, they added me to a mailing list without my consent. I get letters from these people trying to get me to sell them my vehicle every month.

These letter have my VIN number on them increasing the risk of title fraud. I contacted their marketing department to try and get them to stop sending me these letters. Even though the marketing manager said he would take me off the mailing list "immediately" I have received 3 more of these letters, since. Get your vehicle serviced elsewhere. There are plenty of other reputable service centers in the area. Also, if you're looking to sell your vehicle, you'll likely find a better deal rather than selling to these vultures.

Was hesitate in buying a car from a dealership due to price and time but Kenyon made this such a great experience! 1st time buying a car on my own and Kenyon was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, friendly and easy to work with. He went out of his way to contact us and make sure we had a good vehicle! Definitely will come back to work with Kenyon for buying a car in the future!

The Mazda service center is the worst. First they break my side mirror while "fixing" something else. It takes almost a month for the replacement to arrive and another week to schedule an appointment. I drop my car off in the morning and they try to get me to pay for what they broke. Obviously I said no. They told me it would take a few hours. I get no notice for the whole day and when I call to check.they're closed.

They never said they would need to keep the car overnight. Every interaction has been so stressful, they never apologize and only offer compensation (for their mistakes!) after I complain and argue back. I have never experienced such poor service anywhere else.

From out of town, Royal Moore provided a no pressure and very transparent buying experience that was hassle free. Would recommend Royal Moore to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I dealt the a guy that goes by "Raptor" in the sales department. I had indicated I would like to purchase a vehicle sight unseen as I am out of state and "Raptor" was INSISTANT I not commit to anything until he could "crawl around" the vehicle and check it out. He said he would go do that the next day even though Royal Moore was still open for 2 hours that night, he said he would just go down the next day, which in my opinion is just lazy.

I had indicated to him I was eager to buy and asked that he please go down first thing to do his "crawl around" so that no one else would have an opportunity to swipe the vehicle out from under me. He said he would. Got a call today at 10am (2 hours after they opened) to let me know the vehicle had been sold. "Raptor" never went down to the truck. Very poor salesman and poor busniess practices. I will never buy from Royal Moore, and neither should you! Happy New Year.

I am very thankful for Alec, the salesperson and Doug the custom finance director at royal Moore auto center in Hillsboro! They did what they could to get me into the brand new 2021 wrx I've been dreaming about for a while. I don't have great credit but Doug did his magic and got me my first new vehicle with acceptable terms. I am very pleased with the buying process at royal Moore and would refer them to anybody. I just found out my parents bought their new Mazda from the same dealership and had nothing but great things to say as well.
