Devin Arnold was very personable and helpful, and I felt like he was genuinely on my side during the car buying process. I never felt like he was scammy or just trying to get a sale. Everyone I dealt with at Sandy Sansing Mazda was kind and courteous. I have recommended them to a few friends already, and 100% recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Sean and his staff at Sandy Sansing Mazda were Great! Kaleb answered all my questions. Showed me features on the vehicles. Mazda actually had vehicles to test drive and compare. Our finance department visit was very quick and informative. Great pricing and selection!

Love the customer service, especially from Tracey Hodges and staff. But I do not care for the customer waiting area. It reminds me of waiting at a used tire shop. I believe the Waiting Area should reflect the appreciation you have for your customers and also the kind of cars you sell. Mazda vehicles across the board are clearly aiming towards a more classy, higher end demographic but the interior of the facilities display otherwise.

We were traveling on the road and my car started having some engine issues. When we arrived at the service department, they listened and began working on our case. They were able to assess and fix my car within a few hours. They took care of everything and my family feel comfortable while we waited. They were honest and genuine. Highly recommend!

I was so very impressed with the sales staff at Sandy Sansing Mazda. The biggest compliment goes to Ryan Henry the salesman who helped me he never once tried to push anything on me he listened to what I was shopping for then went to work trying to find the vehicle. I was in market for a CX5. They listened to what I was in the market for but never tried to push me to buy a vehicle.

I told the staff my budget and they went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I was wanting. It was hands down the best car buying experience I ever had. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone on the purchase of a vehicle. If I could give greater than 5 stars I definitely would especially to Ryan.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Ryan was my sales rep and was fantastic! He was responsive, professional, not pushy and once I provided them the info they needed for my trade, I was out of there in less than 30 minutes! Drove over 6 hours each way to get my truck, but got the best deal in a 500 mile radius! Highly recommend them! Call Ryan, he'll get you in your new vehicle quickly and easily!

My sister had a terrible experience at this dealership. The first time she went in she asked if Davey worked there and was told "no." She had worked with him for years prior to this visit and knew she could trust him. We found out later the dealership didn't tell her he now worked next door at an adjacent dealership. It's unfortunate a dealership is so desperate they need to keep a secret to make a sale.

She brought her car in which had physical damage and was told repairs would be $4000. They never asked her if she had made an insurance claim. She ran over something that was clear, but she didn't know she could make an insurance claim for the damage. The sales team immediately went to selling her a new car. She was unable to look at written paper work per the salesperson and she had to read it on a computer.

As people age this can be difficult but the sale just kept moving along. They sold her a car without power windows! Who orders cars without power windows? Of course she didn't know that when she test drove it. They made the sale, sold her a warranty and out the door they sent her. She came back a short time later and yes they sold her another car.

When she walked in the door she had a 2016 and two cars later she had a 2021 with a $38,000 loan. This was very deceptive and they took advantage of an elderly person who simply needed assistance. If a claim would've been made on her car this would have all been avoided. I know a commission is a wonderful thing to earn for a sales person but ethics need to be practiced in all walks of life. Lastly, I spoke to Kelly who is the lead customer sales rep and she never had the courtesy to call me back as I had requested. DO NOT LET YOUR ELDERLY FAMILY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!

Tracey in the service department was phenomenal! She went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, all of my questions were answered and the price was approved prior to work being started. Paul and Caleb on the service floor are equally pleasing and were available for questions and didn't mind working some numbers up for me for a new vehicle possibility! Excellent team of people from sales to service!
