I went there 3 times for the same sound. First they said they didn't hear anything and charged me too look at it. Second time they said it was one piece. Paid for that. Left the lot and the noise continued. Went back again, spent 4k. As soon as I get in the car the sound is there. I want back in and now all of a sudden they say it must need part. Why wasn't this conveyed to me while you had my car or even when i showed up to pick it up or hand you 4k.

They were going to let me leave AGAIN with my car making the same sound. They said they would order the part. I call to check they forgot the to order it. They tell me they ordered it and it will be in the next day. I travel 45 minutes to drop my car. They car later that day to say they didn't get my part and will hold the car for an additional 3-4 more days.

This is not how you run a business. They aren't even apologetic for the gross negligence and customer service. Stay away from this place. They have no idea what they are doing.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE "MANAGER" HIMSELF. JOE MASTRETTA! I WILL START USING PAUL CONTE CADILLAC IN FREEPORT INSTEAD. They were much nicer over the phone and willing to help without hesitation. My experience with sarangi Cadillac started when my tire blew on the expressway and since I recently purchased the car from this place and am paying for extra warranty that covers everything I brought my car in to get fixed.

When I come in, Tony the guy at the service department tells me that my car also has a recall and needs a reset on the computer, which was fine and I said yes, please do that and also both my USB ports weren't working. I desperately need to use the GPS for work every day because I go to different addresses so please fix that also while the tire is getting worked on and the wheel sent out for polish.

First they said it would take 2 days but it took them 5 days instead. They wouldn't give me a loaner car so I had to miss five days of work. when my husband calls Joe, the manager, he was nothing but rude and disrespectful saying to my husband that we were not a priority to him! As a paying customer you are a priority period! He plainly said he wouldn't do anything for us at all!

Five days later I come to pick up my car because they had to wait on the wheel to get fixed which gave them more than enough time to fix my USB ports, they didn't fix them! The manager decided not to fix anything in my car but the tire. I guess because he was upset at us asking for what we deserved which was a loaner car that they never gave us. he was such a complete asshole!

I am never bringing my car here again, never recommending these people again and I will make sure that I take this to corporate! I will have to bring my car elsewhere to get the USB fixed and the recall handled! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE AND DOESNT GIVE A F ABOUT YOU OR YOUF MONEY AND TIME! And please believe the one star reviews because I disregarded them at first but I should've listened and that's why I had this terrible experience here.

This was my first visit to the Sarant Service team and I was very pleased! Steve supported me and the whole experience overall was excellent. Steve was very professional, courteous, patient and did whatever he could to support me. I was expecting a certain level of service from Cadillac and they came through!

Great Experience! Eli is an amazing salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about all Cadillac models and features. I was in the market for a new car and went to Sarant. I leased a SUV from Sarant a few years ago and the experience went well which is why I came back here. Dina was the salesperson that I dealt with this time and she was fantastic! I highly recommend this dealership and dealing with Dina in particular. She's honest and you don't feel like you're getting scammed like you feel when going to other dealerships.

Sarant is the dealership of dealerships to buy your Cadillac from. For a dealership to receive 4.6 stars when so many of the best are too happy to have time to leave 5 star reviews compared to the handful who have too much time on their hands to not leave a 1 star review says a lot. Those of you who read the 5 star reviews they are accurate not on just what people say but the timing of when they are posted.

The 1 star review especially when several gets listed in less than 24 hours while two or three say idenitical things in Rosetta Stone style shows clearly one person with 5 accounts leaving bad reviews 5 times just to being malicious. The people of Sarant are good human beings that do the work I do not envy and appreciate their customers like gold. When certain individuals are told what they need to hear it is only better for us as loyal customers to be treated with what we deserve and they acknowledge that.

I dropped my vehicle off at sarant I was told it would be done the same day and it wasn't. I was told to come at 8:30 the next morning which was suspicious to me but I did. After I paid my bill I noticed a quarter tank of gas is gone and I had thirty extra miles on my truck. Looks like one of these morons drove my car around. Never again. I'll drive the extra miles to Atlantic Cadillac

In a world of corporate owned dealerships, with salespeople who can do nothing more then demo cars and take deposits it's a breath of fresh air dealing with Sarant Cadillac. Dina, is an incredible salesperson. She stays in contact with you from the time of your first visit to when you take delivery of your new car. Even when she is home on a sick day, she takes phone calls and helps in every possible way. Prices? Very Fair. Very Competitive.

This is a Horrible Dealership Stay Away at any cost! I brought my car in two weeks ago because my vehicle was shaking of rough idle. I get the vehicle back and it still shakes and runs rough. The service advisor Joe MISTRETTA is useless and doesn't return phone calls or explain what was going on with the vehicle. This dealership appears to be GOING OUT OF BUISNESS! BEWARE.

Worst customer service. Battling with them and GM over my Escalade ESV and it's constant cue system malfunctions. When they found out I filed a complaint with BBB they told me that GM was unwilling to help any further. Stay away and beware! Horrific experience!

Had an amazing experience walking in late on a Saturday close to closing time. I'm on the market to look for a new vehicle since my lease expires in 5 months. Darlene was extremely friendly and personable at the front desk. She took my information and was able to connect me with a sales consultant within 5 minutes. I met Kristin who provided me with information about the XT6 and CT5.

The customer experience from this visit was 5 stars. I felt comfortable working with Kristin and will definitely look for her assistance when I am ready to purchase the vehicle. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Cadillac to visit Sarant and ask for Kristin Loos.

My family and I have been going here for a while now and purchased a few cars from John Nasser, he is by far one of not the best car sales person we have every dealt with, he is fair and honest and always try's to take care of us. I come to this dealer for service every time, service department is very friendly and organized. The only issue is the service become expensive after warranty expired, like now I'm sitting in the waiting room waiting for a $160 diagnosis because my engine light is on.

Back again for the third time for the same problem. However, didn't have an appt, rolled up at 7:30am (yes, they're early birds too!), taken right in, given a courtesy car and out the door in minutes. Now. if the problem is fixed once and for all. I'll be happy.

On 9/16 I sent an email to Antonio who is listed as the General Manager at this dealership regarding trading in my Acura MDX and after reading yelp reviews I asked Antonio a few minor questions and no response. it appears he answers negative reviews on yelp so I thought to other yelpers this might be helpful If this is their customer service of not responding to a potential client for a $80k vehicle I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Elsewhere iback to Acura where I receive outstanding response and a more reliable vehicle in my opinion. I recently had communications with the GM after my review was posted and he had a absolute good reason for not getting back to me and answered my service questions. He confirmed that the Duke of this dealership had falsely checked into this place 65 times and was misleading yelpers of these check ins that gave the appearance of poor service dept. He suggested that he would report this imposter to yelp. Further, he offered me a great price and deal on my next vehicle. He seems like an awful great guy.

I am so disgusted with the sales and finance department at this dealership, that I am going to say something so others "BEWARE" Finance department person "Fred" will lie to extort money after the sale/lease a car. He is dishonest as a used car salsemen can be. I lease a XTS on 7/28/2018 and was given my price and upon signing my lease agreement, Fred the not to be trusted finance manager, tried to tell me as a great customer he was giving me a free tire and rim protection package, but I had to pay $506.00 on tax rebates.

He went on to tell me that I would receive a tax refund of said amount at the end of the year. When I questioned him he lied again and said, "would you like for me to take away the tire and rim protection" I contacted other car dealers and found out how unethical this was and to fall victim to it. I contacted the GM and explained my situation and what I had to endure and he apologized to me and sent me a check for the $506.00 I had to contact the dealership again today because I have not received my tags for the vehicle, Why? you figure it out because the temp expires 9/11/2018.

I called today and was informed that the salesman John N. ( another unethical creature) he tried to call me. Funny, my phone hasn't rung once. I am going to Farmingdale to personally pick my registration to make sure I have it in hand. PS the service department of this dealership is amazing and courteous and professional always taking care of my needs as a repeat customer.

So be careful when dealing with shifty eyed, sales/finance pinky ring used car salespeople when leasing or purchasing a car. Shame on you Fred R.and John N. you got caught lying and you know you did.

I'm not sure if it's because I have been going to Sarant Cadillac since 2004 but they truly make you feel like you're family. No matter what I need, from sales to service, everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I leased two vehicles from John Nassour in the last 14 months and I am very happy with the result of the sales.

I am so glad John convinced me to go with the CTS4 2.0T. I was very skeptical about getting into a 4 cylinder vehicle but as it turns out, he was on the money and I love the engine performance. AND.my wife loves her 2017 XT5! I must admit that I miss Bill Boccio (former senior service guy) tremendously however, knowing and occasionally dealing with Joe Mistretta over the years gives me the comfortability to continue to rely solely on Sarant's Service Department for my service needs!

First I wonder why some ppl gave them negative reviews. I walked into the dealership after I found a deal on cars.com. I called in advance. Mr. Salvatore from the Sales Dept. is such a cool man, personable, sweet and very welcoming, not only assured me about the best price but a quick test drive of a CTS 2013 luxury. I had got a newer model which was required for my needs at a NJ dealership. Hopefully we will do some business in future! Thanks again Mr. Salvatore for the smile! I appreciated!

Horrible service dept. unprofessional con artists. Nothing but lies! Rude! will be reported to the BBB. And to corporate. Don't walk but run. They should be out of business. Don't know how these people sleep at night on how they rip people off. Should be ashamed of themselves and I hope it comes right back to them! P. S any positive feedbacks on here was put on by themselves or their family members You should be concerned, on how your customers are treated.

I wrote this review on my fathers behalf. He was treated terribly after two purchased cars AND two lease cars. Your service dept really should be ashamed at how they treat their customers. Bill the manager has been contacted in the past and nothing was done. It was reported to corporate already as well as the BBB. Hope you all can sleep at night restfully, after being so unprofessional and rude!

So pleased with the service I received today! Came in with my 2 week old pre-owned SRX. I had some water marks all over windows, side mirrors and chrome. I called Sal on Tuesday and he had me in by Thursday. I was treated respectfully and quickly. I am so happy I purchased my first "luxury" Cadillac from Sarant!

I absolutely love this dealership! With my lease coming due in a few months, I went in this past Friday to see what was available. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was surrounded by family and friends, where everyone knew my name and cared about making sure they made my visit memorable. From Joe in service, to Dominic in Sales, to Tommy in Finance, to Antonio the GM.I cannot say enough about how wonderful this team is!

I'm very disappointed with this dealer. Our Cadillac is under warranty so we bring it here for maintenance. We brought it in on a Wednesday, and they gave us a loaner car. We were supposed to bring it back on Saturday, but there was a huge snow storm with over 8 inches of snow near my house over Friday night and throughout the day, and some expressways were shut down.

The roads were horrible. They called early Saturday morning asking when we were going to bring the car back that day, no they did not mention anything about the snow and if we would be ok driving. When we asked if they definitely needed it back today, they said yes. They should have at least offered for us to bring it back later that day or the next day.

Then on our way to drop off the loaner car, the windshield wipers stopped working! In the middle of snow storm! We literally had to pull over and wait for an hour for the storm to lighten up. They weren't rude up until then, but when we got to the dealer, they were extremely rude to us and didn't care that their car was defective. I would never go back.

Called the service department & inquired about having my escalade picked up & towed there. It needs a lot of work as it's now 10 yrs old. whomever I spoke with was down right rude & nasty. I was willing to spend $$$$ knowing that it needs a lot of work. Well. They're not getting my business. Also. Interesting how so many of the 5* reviews from 2014/15 are from people who have only reviewed 1 place. Sarant. Hummmm. Seems a little fishy to me
