Schaefer & Bierlein Chrysler

I was just telling my husband about this place- so I had to get on and leave a review. My grandpa (Jack Crowley) bought cars here for as long as I can remember. I used to love hanging out in the waiting area and eating from the popcorn machine. My sister and I were always treated with such kindness as little kids. Good memories and good people.

I've been a long time customer of Schaefer and Bierlein. Since 2000. I reside over a hour away and pass more than a dozen dealers. Over that time period I either purchased or leased a vehicle every year for myself or my spouse. Many of those vehicles were either ordered or taken off the lot. If they didn't have it in Stock they take the liberty to find what I'm looking for.

I'm a tough customer and I don't settle. They go above and beyond to make vehicle experience joyful. Both sales and service are great! Kyle, Adam, Rick in sales are hands down the best. Craig, Samantha and Carlton in service are great. Between Sales and Service this makes them a power house dealer in my book A one stop shop. Other Dealers should follow thier example. I've had a repeat issue that I took to another dealership in the region and after several attempts to fix it (and by fix it I mean they just scanned the codes and never actually tried anything) they pretty much told me not to bring the vehicle back. The staff at Schaefer & Bierlein listened to us explain the issue, talked it over with multiple staff, and actually tried something to address the issue. So far the issue hasn't presented itself again but even if it does, I wouldn't be mad at them because these guys gave an honest effort. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently purchased a Jeep Rubicon and Ed Sunday assisted us. We will purchase again from Schaefer & Bierlein! Ed was a great person to work with, no pressure just all the support you could need. I recommend them 100%.

Service was performed in a satisfactory amount of time while I waited for the vehicle. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. I had washed the vehicle just prior to my appointment. Dirty/oily hand prints were left on the wheels as well as the drivers door and hood/front fenders. I know everyone is short staffed right now, but a few minutes to correct things like this is well worth the time, in my opinion.

I buy between 15 to 20 Sprinter type vans a year. I have learned to hate the experience of going to car dealers anymore. It is so obvious they are playing you like a fiddle as soon as you walk in. It is different at S and B! You can go buy a car and actually be excited and enjoy the experience without worrying about being scammed or pressured. I always get the commercial trucks I need here whenever they are in stock! Good group of people and the service department has always done me right. I highly recommend getting your next car here!

We have bought 2 vans and currently purchasing a third van for our business. Whenever our vans have an issue that is keeping them from doing their job, the service staff have been stellar at getting our Van back in business as soon as possible. Same day service on the first day after a holiday weekend, outstanding service! Right from Matt at the service counter on down to everyone we deal with including sales. We are grateful. From the start it was a great experience! I wish they had dealerships like you guys out here in IL. I flew out to pick up my truck and drive it home. They picked me up from the airport. No haggling, no issues, no pushy sales. Chris and Rick were easy and great to work with. Thank you guys! I can wait to come visit the area again and maybe pick up another truck.;

The whole team at the dealership made our truck buying experience good. We forgot and left a cd in our car we traded in I called them they sent back I had it the next day.
