They sold me a car I've always dreamed of having. Great! Got it home. Had to replace a suspension sensor of $300 for the part and fix it since it's was literally hanging from underneath the car. Called them up. Said they'd cut me a check for it due to they didn't see it and such. Great. Never got the check. I've called 4 times to speak to someone and they never will call me back.

So they say they care and they're different but no they're just exactly the same as every other dealer, except these guys won't even talk to you. But when you're doing a deal they will be calling you nonstop to get it done but now there's a problem and ghost the customer. $40k isn't a slouch for buying a car! You need to do better by your customers!

Worst experience ever! I bought a van with 80K miles on it. Supposedly they give all their used car a thorough check but they forgot "little things" like the sliding side doors don't close, the back seat is broken so it can't be dropped back down in the well, none of the chargers work and the windshield wiper fluid tank has a major leak in it. That's just what we discovered the first week!

The salesman was super pushy, rushing us through the whole process. They added a $2,500 warranty package without asking, the van was already overprices by $2-3K so with title, registration and all the added fees the total price was almost $5K more than sticker price! Now I will have to pay thousands more if I want to fix all that's wrong with it. Beware!

Only have great things to say about my experience at Schoepp Motors in general and with Wade in particular. I found the car for me quickly and Wade went above and beyond in helping get the car inspected independently and addressing small cosmetic issues. I'm happy with my new wheels and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Well, as a first time car buyer, it was intimidating. My sales person, Carmine Green was nothing short of exceptional. A true professional in every regard, he had answers for all the questions me and my father had, and kept us entirely at ease. The process, as overwhelming as it felt, was made a lot easier with his expertise, and I sit here writing this review a proud new car owner. Would absolutely recommend you work with Carmine and the good folks at Schoepp Motors.

This is a two part writing. Possibly three. Good words, because they apply, and not so good as well. First some backstory. Nearly 10yrs ago we purchased my wife's Scion and had no concerns. Last summer following my Honda Odyssey being declared a total loss, I was searching for a replacement. I had a budget, and a short timeline. Sheopp's had something ideal.

Lower mileage, higher trim level, and it was even an acceptable color Honda Odyssey. The price was reasonable, at the time. The only downside was it was 2008. My previous ride was 2009. So what. Being the end of summer, when I noticed the AC wasn't all it should be, the salesman stated he could schedule it, but is was not going to be free. This was a concern, I'd only had it a week, this was something that should've been already resolved.

This is part one of the bad. I had them inspect it, but of course, and it was also found by myself driving in that moment, it actually DID blow cold. But next day as such things go, it again wasn't cold. But the weather was done. It's September. It could wait. A few months later (March '22) TPMS glitches led to complete failure. I first asked a friend/client who owns a small shop on the east side.

But when I overheard his attempt to mislead me, very deliberately, doing precisely what I'd just asked him to not do, I changed my plan. Next, Costco, where I purchased every set of tires for all the cars I've owned in around ten years told me because one tire was not there's there would be a charge to the rotation service. Last summer I purchased 4 new tires for my Odyssey. (3rd Odyssey I've owned, all were Costco tires) One day I find that my rear tire was sabotaged (scissor blade was discovered inside tire) and I needed an emergency replacement.

So I had it done nearby the incident. Not a major deal. But not simply doing the free rotation because of the one oddball tire. That's the type of service I actually fully expect from SAMS CLUB. Not Costco. I've literally been a Costco member since (accept between 2000 and when they finally opened a store in Middleton Wisconsin.) the actual very first store opened in Renton/Kent Washington in 1985.

A fan you could say. Finally, I just took it to Scheopp and the issue was resolved and the fee was fully acceptable. This is the five star portion of this narrative. This next part returns to the first section as far as it's my Honda again as the vehicle of concern. (The Scion is now my teenage sons car, and still no troubles) About two weeks back, the heat wave reminded me of my forgotten AC issue.

Again it seemed intermittent. But following a drive this past weekend to Minnesota, in my wife's current '21 Subaru, I was made aware that AC should not be merely cool, but frostbite cold! So a call was made and a date set. This was Thursday May 19, 9am. My car was admitted and I was told probable price to be around the cost I'd expected and was fully comfortable with.

Since I know the test procedures and enough mechanical, refrigeration and general know how to make an accurate and educated decision. A few hours pass and I get the call, a comprehensive explanation is offered and I pay and return to my car. As I sat in the lot, evaluating both the anticipated cross state drive for todays job, as well as the immediate realization that he AC is half ass not working.

Basically a tad colder, but in particular, it's only cold on the passenger side vents, and the rear compartment. So, leaving it running I drove back to the automatic door, which opened and parked, and returned to the counter man I'd just dealt with and described my issue. He check and confirmed my claim and said he'd have the mechanic look deeper.

So an hour later, I'm handed another version of the same form, with another $325 parts and $90 labor estimate if I want to have them proceed to the next 'guess' procedure. So I just paid $160 something. And now they want essentially to compound it to well north of $500 to accomplish what should've been resolved when they made it ready for sale 8 months previous!

So it's because of this latest thing my 5 stars nosedive to 1. Because I'm extremely busy as a for-hire problem solver, primarily electrical issues, but also jobs of a physical and mechanical nature (as well as tech and security systems) I have the aptitude to waste an afternoon in hopes I can resolve this myself, but do I want to forgo the loss doing so?

I don't readily have the answer. But at this specific moment I'm not wanting to have what's presumably a highly trained mechanic just start replacing parts, instead of doing an actual mental brain work evaluation of this issue. Fwiw. A truly skilled mechanic will do the job by deduction, and reason, a lesser skilled just replaces parts until they get lucky.

This is literally the preferred method as ascribed by dealerships. They make some profit selling cars. They make MOST profit later in the SERVICE and MAINTENANCE. This is the long game.

We worked with Wade on purchasing a larger SUV. He had several options ready for testing driving and was knowledgeable about all the different Makes/models. He took his time to answer any questions we had and was able to give us a fair trade in value on our vehicle. Low pressure and a comfortable experience. I would recommend.

Do not buy a vehicle here, they're very good at deception I bought a challenger 2 weeks ago I put a hundred miles on it and it's misfiring check engine light and transmission is downshifting very hard. One of the key fobs does not properly work of course it was not the one that they gave me to test drive it, it also passed the rigorous inspection with a shredded donut spare tire, they did replace the spare tire with a used donut.

I'm guessing all of their tires come from junk yards my car has a mismatched set, It looks like common practice is too sand the rust off of the rotors not change the brakes. I guess that should tell you everything you need to know about this place. And if the salesman rides with you on the test drive he's only trying to distract you from focusing on what is wrong with their vehicles. Now they're attempting to fix with a misfire there could be any number of things how will I ever have peace of mind with this car.

In my experiences with car salespeople, Carmine was a breath of fresh air. He was courteous, prompt, and completely transparent about the numbers. He kept me updated on the status of the car I test drove while I was still looking at other cars and trying to make a decision. Although I ultimately didn't purchase the car, I will definitely be shopping here for my next one.

I worked with Carmine and Doug Schoepp on my vehicle purchase. I would recommend purchasing any and all car needs here. We had the best experience. Carmine was so pleasant to work with. He was patient and so fun. Everyone made the experience quick and easy. Thank you Schoepp Motors for all your help! I will refer all my friends and family to your business.

DO NOT GO HERE! No matter what you do DO NOT GO HERE! Sold me a lemon and lied to me. Wont do anything to help fix any of the $4,000+ in repairs! No apologies or sympathy/ care. Will just charge you and not even try to work with you. Barely have put 2,000 miles on this car and have only had it for three months and already tons of issues. They lightly fix up cars so they seem decent enough but actually have major issues from all the reviews I've read now.

All the good reviews are from profiles with one review and most likely fake. Everyone I have talked to about this was like "oh no you bought from schoepps? I'm sorry." If they were willing to fix my car, I wouldn't be so upset but they're not. At least not without charging me thousands. I'll be making sure to tell everyone to never come here and having everyone leave a bad review as many people- friends, family, coworkers and customers of my own have witnessed all my issues with this car and them! Was so excited to finally be getting what I thought was a nicer car, now just wasted money and disappointment. Wish I had better things to say and a good experience.

These guys could fool Penn & Teller into paying too much. I should have taken a day away from this place after the papers were typed up. I wanted something with better gas mileage. I traded in an SUV 4 years old. I ended up with a mid size car 5 years old, 20k more miles, and still they managed to bring the price up so I owe $6000 more than when I went in! And if you still buy a car from them, get the warranty. You're gonna need it!

I aged a smidge this week. I decided to take the plunge and buy a mini van. Since I started driving for taxi I have found myself really enjoying driving the van. When I have to get back into my little car I struggle with feeling like there just isn't enough room. I feel like I'm sitting on the ground. I cant get the seat further away from the windshield. Lol I bought a 2010 Town and Country.

It's under 100 thousand miles and in great condition. I keep learning more and more about the van as I drive. This van is fully loaded! Heated seats both front and back seats, DVD player, backup cam, remote start, Bluetooth, leather, trailer hitch, auto start, auto high beams and so many cool features. I'm very happy with my purchase. I had a really great experience at Schoepp Motors.

I've purchased many vehicles from Schoepp in the past. My salesman was Shane Sorenson he was beyond amazing. He busted his bum to get me into this vehicle. His customer service skills are beyond exceptional. He is on point and you can tell he really loves what he does. Shane communicated throughout the entire experience and still is messaging me to see how the van and myself are doing!

Thank you Shane! It was great doing business with you! I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else. I can honestly say if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have gotten this van! I appreciate your hard work and dedication to providing exceptional customer service!

Very rude manager! I went to fix my tires yesterday because it was losing a small amount of air but not fast enough to lose all at once. So they fixed the problem (which they claimed) and I got home straight and parked on the driveway. I use my second car for errands. The next morning, one of the tires is completely flat. So, I called them up and the manager was so rude blaming me that I might have run over a nail after when I left the shop.

He was raising his voice on me and trying to reverse the problem on me. He said he was the manager at the service dealer. I am never going back there to maintain my car. I bought my car there 5 years ago and have since been a loyal customer. I didn't even want to ask his name, I will probably just throw up.

Yelping a car dealership, with well intended words isn't an activity I might've ever thought possible. Lo and behold, this guy had what I wanted. Since I didn't care terribly about stereos and all the bells and whistles etc, I simply drove it and mentally registered the lower mileage. Additionally it was remarkably quieter inside than my 2009 Odyssey even after I spent countless hours sound dampening it.

Killer service and even a couple follow up texts from Wade, asking if everything was as it should be. Cool. This marks the second car purchased by my wife and myself. The car I gave them in partial trade in for her car back in 2014 brings back an irritating recollection which blackens out star number 5. Two years after that traded in car was essentially a forgotten bad memory, I received a ticket from the Milwaukee municipal something or other, demanding I pay for a pile of parking tickets accrued prior to the vehicle being towed into car jail.

For which they also wanted a ransom paid before I would be given back my car! This was a total of possibly more than the cars trade in worth. As it turned out, Sheopp sold a heap of traded in heaps to a shady used car peddler in or near Milwaukee, and in turn this business never bothered clearing titles etc. a couple angry phone calls and Sheopp again redeemed their image to me, resulting in my recent purchase of my "new to me" Honda Odyssey for which I write these possibly useful, marginally funny and definitely uber-cool words.

If youre buying a used car here make sure you really look it over. I drove 3 hours to buy a car that I was told was perfect. It definitely was not perfect. The car had all kinds of rock chips in the paint. I dealt with the salesmen Charlie Condon. The guy is definitely a liar. I usually take these reviews with a grain of salt but I was blown away by how "fake" he was. After being there for 2 hrs I got him to knock off a few grand on the car which was still not enough. He is the typical car sales men thats for sure.

Everything was great at 1st they even gave us a warranty but not even 6 months later something major goes wrong and they refuse to cover it at all and will not give a good reason. They found any possible way to get out of fixing it when I clearly could not have caused this issue in less than 6 months. I will never buy a car from these crooks again!

Absolutely terrible. The sales associate was unorganized and dishonest in regards to the vehicle's condition. Even worse was the management that contacted me after I refused to purchase the vehicle, he was completely dumbfounded how I could refuse a vehicle that in no way represented the quality or condition I was told. I was belittled and disrespected. How this dealership is still in operation is unbelievable.

Had $20000 cash to buy a truck I viewed online. When I walked in the door the salesman asked me how much I wanted to spend at which point I stated 15-20 thousand. This clown looked at me like a second class piece of garbage. little did he know I was a cash paying customer that deserved respect. Lost my business and I probably should have selected a salesman not wearing boat shoes. next time maybe this moron will treat a customer who has more $ falling out of their pockets than he makes in a year with respect!

Shane Sorenson was an amazing salesman.we test drove 3 vehicles and my daughter bought the second one he put her in a vehicle she liked and made her payment affordable without being pushy. Nathan hooked her up with affordable financing and got her in the car she wanted. Thanks again Shane, Nathan and Schoepps East

If you know what you want, and tell them beforehand, this can be a place to find the car you have been looking for. I saw a car I liked, read the reviews (boy are they AWFUL!) and emailed my Salesperson (Charlie) exactly what I wanted when I came in. I wanted the car on a lift for inspection, I had my credit report available to show that I was a real buyer and I didn't want them to run my credit unless we had agreed upon a price, I didn't want the "salesman game" and that if we went back and forth 3 times, I would politely walk out, I wanted a Carfax available, I would not be using their service dept. so no extended warranty, ect.

If you have ever bought a car before, you kind of know everything that is coming your way, so I am a bit surprised at all the negative reviews, have these people never purchased a car before? Anyway, when I arrived for my appointment the car was available. It was not in the condition described (it was described as "not a scratch on it", and there were several scratches and door dings, along with something funky on the rear passenger quarter panel), although I am a perfectionist.

To the average car buyer I would describe it as "in good condition", but far from flawless as it was described. The other thing was price, it was priced typically for a used performance car. I had done my own pricing research and knew what they should have bought it for. I had a price in my mind of what it would take to recondition the vehicle to my satisfaction, taxes, title, license and a $1000 profit for the dealership. Needless to say, I came in well prepared with facts.

They did try to show me all the paperwork of what they bought the car for (which wasn't real, it showed what they told the previous owner they were paying for it, as they rolled him into a different car), which was about $500 off the price they were asking. Needless to say, if they did buy the car for that, they paid about $6k over black book.

That is not my problem. We negotiated, but in the end, we were so far off it just wasn't going to work. I didn't have a trade in, so they couldn't keep me, and in the end they offered to take a few hundred off the sticker price, I said we were to far off, they asked what it would take, I told them, they said no way, and that was that. In, out, no pressure, no gimmicks.

I thought they would be more willing to move considering the condition of the vehicle, the COVID-19 pandemic and the season (performance car, still winter), but in the end, it's their vehicle, and sometimes a deal just isn't where it needs to be. In/inspect vehicle/negotiate price/determine if sale or no sale in about 1.5 hours, can't complain, hence the 4 star.

HIDE YOUR WALLET On March 31st, 2018 my mother went to Schoepp Motors in search of a vehicle, as hers was no longer safe to transport her granddaughter. Having previously been in the automotive industry for years, I was hesitant to let her do business with Schoepp, but her sister knew the salesman. I live out of town so this made me feel slightly more comfortable.

This was my first mistake. My mom was shown a car that fit within her budget and given her situation, she was in need of a reliable vehicle fast. Not being able to be there in person, I spoke with Russell, her salesman on the phone. He explained the financing terms, which were fair. I gave a credit card number over the phone for her $1000 down payment and explained to Russell EXACTLY what would make me comfortable with finalizing the purchase.

I told Russell that they could include gap insurance into her financing, but UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WERE THEY TO ADD AN EXTENDED WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER MAINTENANCE PLANS, etc. Russell told me he understood, and that he would honor my request. I believed him, which was my second mistake. My third mistake was never looking at her paperwork after the purchase.

Last month my mother learned that she had cancer. As she won't be able to work, I told her I would be taking over her car payments. Upon review of her documents, I found that the $9900 car she thought she had purchased was actually sold for around $13,500. THIS INCLUDED AN $1800 EXTENDED WARRANTY. To be clear, she should have paid more attention and been less trusting, and I certainly should have been more proactive.

I just discovered all of this last night, so I'm in the process of finding out what else was rolled into the loan. I'm not certain that Russell was intentionally deceitful, but he was complicit nonetheless. Nathan A Delmore was the actual name on the contract. Either way, this experience confirmed all of my reservations about Schoepp Motors, and it makes me sick to my stomach that I did not do more to help my mother avoid being taken to the cleaners by these people.

The Better Business Bureau and Wisconsin DATCP are next on my list, but I wanted to make sure this information was immediately available to anyone who may be considering this dealer group for a vehicle.

I will never go to Schoepp motors again! Worse customer service dealing with a general manager, Doug Johnson. Purchased a vehicle and less then a month of me owning it, it needed a $800 repair, and schoepp felt they weren't responsible for helping with the repairs even with a 3 month warranty I received when I purchased it. Doug was very rude, . used profanity during conversations with him in person and over the phone, he never got back to me when he said he would.

And he just didn't care about his customer satisfaction! Which is part of their slogan on their website. NOT! Save your self the hassle with ever having to deal with him. The remark he made was "oh you bought a used vehicle, what do you expect it to be perfect " Was very uncalled for and unprofessional.

I went out to Scheopp Motors today to look at a car. Was told by Dan he would make it worth the drive. NOT SO.Only came down $300. from list price and couldn't get the 55 TV offer with every car sales made today. Plus they ran my credit before coming to an agreement on a price without my consent. Told them let's see where we are for price before we talk finance. Already approved at bank. Not happy with the sales team.

I was at Schoep Motors this week and Russell came out to help me with exactly what I I was looking for. A beautiful red Dodge Ram. Actually inspect your cars before you sell them. Have bought 2 cars from each locations, and neither were fully inspected. 2000 Blazer had lots of issues and 2014 Mustang had worn out rear brakes and dry rotted tires.

Purchased an excellent F150 on July 9th 2019. My sales person deserves a 5 star rating, he was very attentive, not pushy and was enthusiastic in helping me find the specific option in a truck I was looking for. My one star review is due to the finance department for two reasons. 1.) Completely ignoring my request to work exclusively with UW Credit union.

I mentioned it several times and during the paper signing I asked him to verify that UW Credit union was in fact the loan originator. I took him at his word and quickly signed the papers as it was the end of day. Two is weeks later I haven't seen the loan show up in my online account so I called and was informed that the loan was through some umbrella Credit union, and there is nothing they can do for me since the loan has been completed. 2.) They were extremely misleading with their assertion that it has a clean Car Fax report.

I found out at signing that this truck is from Canada and Carfax doesn't follow the vehicle across borders, aaand although this has fewer than 30,000 miles, there is no remaining factory warranty. My trust has been broken, I won't be doing business with them again. I would Highly recommend avoiding this dealership.

Buyer beware! This is my experience with Schoepp-I now feel safe posting this because enough time has passed, I was fearful of backlash from Schoepp at first if I posted this. Shortly after moving to Madison in 2016 my car broke down. I went here after I found a good deal on a car online, that offered monthly payments within my budget. When I went there to see if I could test drive it, the vehicle was nowhere in the shop so I was offered a test drive in a 2013 Corolla instead.

It looked decent, test drive went well. It was explained to me that the vehicle I was originally looking at, I wouldn't be approved for finance because it was an older vehicle. I did my research while I was waiting and it checked out-car lenders are more willing to finance newer vehicles. I signed for the vehicle and didn't think much of it.

Last year, I thought about looking for a new car-I was seeing much newer models on the market for the same value as I had left to pay on the Corolla. I go into another Madison dealership to check out vehicles, they run a Carfax report. Low and behold, the vehicle I had been driving since 2016 was involved in a FRONT END COLLISION! And this was never revealed to me before the time of purchase.

The other dealership referred me to sort of a watchdog regulation office in the state of WI that can mediate between consumers and dealerships if need be. I had a chat with a representative from that office. Per the information I found out, if a car was involved in a front end collision, this must be formally documented and revealed to the consumer.

In the process, we were told by someone on the management team of all three locations that "it doesn't matter what the Carfax report has in it, there's really no weight to them." This was after he had the CarFax report of the vehicle Schoepp motors sold me in his hand. Excuse me? You don't say? Here's what Edmond's has to say about Carfax: Carfax reports all maintenance and repair data, if the vehicle was serviced by a shop that reports data.

My partner and I fought tooth and nail to get the car returned, my loan written off, and a little bit of money back from the deal. We literally had to threaten to take them to court to get the result that we wanted, and the manager we were dealing with simply responded that we'd loose. The final kicker was when I actually dropped the car off.

I read over the paperwork and nowhere did the agreement read they were buying my car back "as is." The car was in fine shape, but no way was I risking it. I was given some resistance but the manager did write in permanent marker "as is" on the contract before I signed it. Sorry this is wordy but if you're coming to Yelp, you need to hear the truth. Here it is folks. Avoid avoid avoid!

Way wayyy too pushy. Just inquiring about a quote. I got two emails, two voicemails and a text with in an hour. I was at work and declined the call and then got the text message after seeing the notification that they left a voicemail. This is scary. I'd never do business with someone working that hard to call me.

Don't ever buy cars from this place. I've had 2 bad experiences and I was willing to let the first one slide, but now I should spread a few warnings for people who are gullible enough to give this place their business. The first bad experience I had was getting my previous car serviced. or at least getting a response that they were even going to work on it within the next century.

I had to get it looked at because it got flooded and I needed to know the extent of the damage, but the only feedback I was able to get from them came when I was the one to contact THEM. It took a week passing before I decided to give them a call to see the status of my car, and what they told me was that they didn't even start LOOKING at it.

After a month of me constantly pestering them I was finally told that it had been totaled. by my insurance agency, the repair services never even let me know that's what happened. After getting a new car from them at cost, due to the service of my previous car having the expediency and care of a dead snail, my new car needed service after about 6 months.

It is one that uses key fobs and has no actual port for a key. So naturally both of the key fobs disconnected at the same time and need to be reconnected by the dealership. I got it taken in and they mercifully got back to me before the heat death of the universe. I was told that in addition to the key fobs needing to be reconnected, some part of the breaks needed replacing (sorry I can't remember exactly what he said), and the car had the entirely wrong battery in it, but was retrofitted to work for the time.

I want you to think on that last part for a minute. Despite Schoepp motors pridefully claiming that they have engineers service every car before they try to sell them so that they will be in great working order, they sold me a car that had the wrong BATTERY. This means that when they give it the initial okay, they are either grossly incompetent, or intentionally neglectful. Sadly i couldn't get a strait answer as to which. So yeah, don't even try giving these guys your patronage, they will screw you every step of they way that they can.

This place has lots of very lightly used vehicles almost every brand so it makes car shopping and doing comparison a breeze, saves lots of time from having to go from lot to lot. I have bought 2 vehicles from them at a fair price and I got what I bought. I bought a 2002 chevy impala with 150k miles on it for couple grand and I drove it 2 years and traded it in for 500 bucks.

My 2nd one was a trusty Toyota which they have a lot of and still running strong. They do have cheaper cars which is nice but usually with super cheaper cars you get what you pay for, . My experience there has been just fine, go in and ask for Jp he will go above and beyond to help you find what your looking for in a timely fashion.

If I could give this no star I would. WORST POST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have never seen or even think that treating their customers the way they did can keep their business running. I worked with the sales man called Chris. He suppose to order a part for the car and have it in for me in a few days. They never did until two weeks later and ordered the wrong part and was denying responsibilities.

He would not pick up my phone calls or answer the text messages. Overall experience with this place is that they try to attack you and push you to buy the car and then after you sign, its like they never even seen or knew you. Again, SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE and go somewhere else!

Bought a 2010 truck. They did a great job making sure all the rust was painted over. Within two months they paint job cracked and all the rust they had merely painted over came out. They refused to take the car back or fix it. I spent way too much for the car and spent another $5000 fixing what should have been at least disclosed to me. These guys are crooks.

And I've heard from so many people how they you sell you crap cars at outrageous prices. They're like a ghetto chop shop that somehow managed to stay in business this long. No ethics and no customer service or loyalty.

Buyer beware. lots of nice cars with some good prices, but lots of fast talking going on between salesman and Dale. They will throw numbers at you, Dale will come in and and throw a few compliments at you and tell you how much money they are losing on this sale and then before you know it the final paperwork is sitting in front of you. The paperwork they filled out had the monthly payments 50.00 more then what the salesman told me, So I walked.

I purchased a used 2008 Toyota Tundra around 2 months ago from Sheopp Motors Northeast location and absolutely love it. So needless to say I was surprised when it failed to start yesterday. I had it towed to their Middleton location, where they have their service department. A day later and I found out that the previous owner had installed some custom wiring that lost connection and was failing to start 9 out of 10 times. Ryan at the service desk was prompt to waive all diagnostics and service fees and I have my truck 24 hours later, returned to the reliable toyota stock wiring. I'm so thankful that I stuck with an awesome local dealership for my truck! Thanks guys!

Growing up I always heard the commercials for Schoepp. It was time to sell my Infiniti and get something different. I looked around Madison and Schoepp had a Camry that really caught my eye. I worked with Patrick who made the process fairly seamless. The finance part could had been explained a little better.

I'd rather spend more somewhere else (and yes, I have). Schoepp is a total crapshoot. While shopping there, they had me take a car home with me to help me think about it. Upon getting home, I crawled underneath to find extensive damage to the frame and bumpers. From the outside it looked fine. When I returned it and pointed out all the issues, they said they'd fix it all. Really?

What kind of inspection do these cars go through when Schoepp gets them? NONE, I'm betting. I don't believe it should be the customer's burden to find everything wrong with the car before buying it. A quality sales establishment would put a good product on the lot. Schoepp wants to sling them through as quickly (and cheaply) as possible.

After my experiences with them, I know why they have the lowest prices - they're not investing anything into their product. As I said, it's a crapshoot. If you know a lot about cars and are handy, you could get a pretty good deal here. Or, you could take your chances and get lucky. If you decide to pursue a car at Schoepp, I'd HIGHLY recommend using a local mechanic to do their $50 once-over used car inspection to see if there are any red flags.
