Selinsgrove Ford

I received an email that our 2016 Explorer had Equity and wondered about trading in and up! I called and Spoke with KATIE, she was amazing and very Thorough. She went over with me a few cars on the lot and sent me some links to look over the specs. I stopped in with my 2 year old and we looked over a few Certified Pre-Owned Explorers and we looked at a 2022 Ford Explorer Timberline !

It was a pleasure dealing with Selinsgrove Ford. There was no pressure to hurry up and buy or to buy a lot of extra add-ons. It was also nice to get a fair price (MSRP) without a lot of negotiations. Our salesman Tony was great and very patient showing us how to use all the features, and there were a lot of them, on our new F250 Lariat. Kelly handled all the paperwork and it went quickly and smoothly.

Ok so my mkx had to go in for service 3 times till the problem was solved correctly and finished. Overall there's Mr. LEVI THERE THAT IS OUTSTANDING and went above and beyond to help me out with making sure I'm safe on the road. I want to thank the whole team for finishing my Lincoln and putting me on the road safe. Thank u & will continue as a long term client.

Amidst the holiday hustle and bustle, I found myself in immediate need of a new vehicle. The current market is not exactly a "buyer's market" & I went from one dealership to the next, spent countless hours combining the internet and making phone calls only to be met with frustration. No silly corporate gimmicks, just down-to-earth people who give a family-friendly business vibe.

I couldn't be more happy with my experience at Selinsgrove Ford. I purchased a truck from Phil Walter (Fast Phil) and was amazed by the process. There was no pressure whatsoever from the team. Skip did a great job appraising my trade in and Kelly made the financial side very easy to understand. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to stop in at Selinsgrove Ford and ask for Phil.

Do not fall for places like this who try to scam customers through the mail. They try to fool customers into thinking they won the lottery. When you arrive they will bait and switch you. If they are willing to use tactics like this then I cannot imagine the type of sales people you would have to deal with. Do not waste your time here and please leave more feedback so they learn to change their antiquated style of sales. Edit: Re-adding the old images removed as well as the new fake scheme they have going. It's like clockwork and of course I just keep winning! AMAZING! Terrible tactics.

Absolutely loving my new "used" Chevy Equinox! The salesman had some options ready for me to view when I got there. The choice was very simple. They made the rest seamless! Everyone was courteousness and friendly!
