David Banda was an excellent service adviser. He was very helpful and informative as to what services were needed for our vehicle to be up to date. He was very attentive and went out of his way to accommodate us when we needed a ride home because the shuttle driver was not available that day.

Took vehicle for an air bag recall, made appointment, dropped car off and when they texted me the car was ready, I found out the part was not in stock and that they would let me know when I could take vehicle back in for service. Also, when I picked up vehicle I got paperwork showing that a safety inspection was done on the car, free of charge, and it has a big check list and everything was checked as being good.

My vehicle leaks engine oil and I knew the oil level was low, so when I got the vehicle back and the inspection showed oil level was "good" I thought to my self that was nice of the dealer to do that for me free of charge. I got home and NO, the vehicle needed a full quart of oil, so safety inspection was not done on the car, just signed off by somebody without checking vehicle, very unprofessional. I did not pay for the so called inspection nor asked for it, so I just don't understand why fake a service.

First impression is a lasting impression and the service I received today from the Shamaley crew was the best!. Especially Anthony! I recently moved to El Paso from the Houston area and did not know what to expect from a new service provider. Well, I must say I am very impressed. Anthony met me as I drove into the service bay and provided top-notch customer service.

He kept me informed as to the progress on my truck's servicing and I was provided with shuttle service home when he determined it would take more than a couple hours to complete. I was picked up when my truck was ready, Anthony explained the work done and charges, and I left happy! Will definitely use Shamaley GMC again.

This was the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience. Paul Rash was so friendly and knowledgeable about different vehicles. He also helped us pick out something that would be safe for our young children, without ever pressuring us. We actually did not purchase anything the first day but went back 2 days later because we felt so good about how Mr. Rash treated us. I can drive in confidence that my kids are safe and the dealership has my back for anything that could come up. We will be back in the future.

When we went to test drive the used truck we purchased the gas tank was empty and back tire was flat, I had to ask the sales guy to please put air In tire to fix, just did not get that "we want your business." I felt that we would have gotten good service only if we were buying a brand new vehicle. We purchased a used truck and they would not fill up our gas tank, nor did they fix the tire, my husband had to take it to our local Costco to get a nail taken out, services was slow but their accounting guy Juan corona was great and explained everything.

Very happy with the service I was provided by Lorena. She ensured that the service to my GMC Canyon was completed in a timely manner and accurately. During the whole process, she kept me informed, gave me options and provided me with a thorough understanding of what was going on with my truck. We purchased a Volkswagen Atlas on 2/28/22. The transaction was smooth. Prior to officially signing the contract we noticed some damage of concern to us. We brought this to the attention of the staff and was dismissed. The issues we were concerned with was a deep tear in the side wall of one of the tires and a small chip in the windshield. I requested the chip to be filled so the chip would not create a crack.

I was met with resistance stating it appears as if it was filled. They were unable to verify. Now as for the tire I was challenged with every excuse in the book. I was told " well it's not losing air". Mind you this is a tear in the sidewall of the tire. It wasn't until I brought up the issue of safety and me driving my entire family in the vehicle was it taken seriously.

They stated they could in fact replace the tire with no timeframe given. I will say after some back and forth I was offered a " well take a different vehicle then". While this was sorted out. I was told I would be contacted the following day in regards to the damaged tire that I could take my newly purchased vehicle home at my own risk since they didn't notice the tear.

It is now 2 days later with zero communication from this dealership. If you care about the safety of your family I would look elsewhere. Putting a vehicle on the road that has inadequate tires should never be an option. This should have never been offered up for sale in this condition. Three of the four tires had low tread, one with a tear another with a screw in it.

It did have one new tire. I am not even sure if the other three would even pass given their tread status. I will add in the initial negotiations I did request new tires and that was denied. So they are perfectly okay putting you in an unsafe vehicle. Anything for a sale on the last day of the month at your family's expense. DON'T DO IT! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Our salesman was a little wet behind the ears but had great communication, attentive and overall helpful. The managers at the dealership, not so much. We know what buying a vehicle process feels like as we've had many experiences and expectations and this was one of the least favorite and overall uneventful day. Everyone's experience is different but ours was not great as the managers aren't attached to reality and every time we were looking for our salesman they had his out running for coffee and such. Very unprofessional.

Frank and John truly took care of my GMC Sierra during my visit for service. Despite Frank being new to the team he was extremely professional and made me feel completely confortable. These guys truly display exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are taken care of. Feels really good to be taken care of and valued as a customer
