Once again received wonderful service on our 7 year old Kia Soul! It is worth the 1.5 hour drive from our home to receive service here, as we have had some unpleasant experiences at the "closer' dealership. They don't "hound" you to buy a new vehicle (if one could be found!) but have always put our safety as a priority when giving options for upkeep and repairs. Love our Kia!

So far poor, several issues with a new kia. Great at selling, ultea Poor customer service with manufacturers defects. Lots of turn over with staff. each time we are told that they are sorry and they have new staff ( and are reassured things will be different) ( yeah right) that still doesn't sort out the issues ( lost paperwork on claim). Going on 3rd year with issues that developed within the first 3 months of buying the car.
Do yourself a favor. find a different dealership. Now that this is posted we may get the phone call we have been waiting for. not holding our breath. I will not use kia of j town again.

Bought 4 new all season tires ( Mastercraft ) through Shults KIA for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and had them installed at the garage on Washington Street in Jamestown. Cameron from the service department even went as far as coming out to pick up my car and dropped it back off when the job was completed. Very fast and professional services. Thanks Shults KIA

Called about Recalls on my vehicle they sent me up appointment for the same day which I thought was fabulous they did it and I had just recently recently updated my registration on my vehicle and they put the new registration in my window for me without me even asking I had great service they were polite they talk to me and I will definitely be doing service there again.

I spoke with Ron DiNapoli, he was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I purchased a very nice used KIA with a great warranty, and am very happy with the purchase and how easy the financing was. Overall I am very satisfied with the whole process. I look forward to bringing my car in for the scheduled maintenance in the future. Thank you Ron for helping me with my purchase.

The car we purchased was great, the price was right, and Ron DiNapoli provided us with great customer service. However, when it came time to finance, the finance department and sales manager were shady as hell! They refused to return our phone calls and would not fax the bill of sale to our credit union so that we could get a check by the time we needed to pickup the vehicle.
This left us with the option of abandoning the deal or financing through their bank. Their finance guy even admitted after we completed the transaction that they had ignored our requests and communication about the loan because they make more money if customers finance through them. This is horrible customer service! I was not impressed with the way they handled the situation and was even more upset by their arrogant smirks when we asked why they hadn't responded to our phone calls and requests to have the bill of sale submitted to our credit union.
Apparently professionalism and customer service are lost on some people. If you shop for a vehicle here, make sure you deal with Ron DiNapoli. He's old school and knows how to treat a customer. Also, make sure that you allow yourself at least a week between when you sign a contract and when you need the vehicle so that you have the time to go to the dealership and hold their hand so that your financing doesn't get messed up. I wouldn't recommend shopping here if you live out of town, like we did. They don't answer their phones or call you back once the paperwork has been signed.
