My experience at Spitzer was excellent. Finding a car at this time is very difficult and I was able to get one in 3 weeks. Rudy kept me updated about the timeline and was quick to respond to my questions. Kyle in finance explained the various warranties and was not pushy. Taylor was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all of the features of the car.

Don was the best salesperson I have dealt with in over thirty years of buying cars! He was very friendly and had an attention to detail. He went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the used vehicle I purchased and truly treated me like family. I highly recommend that you ask for Don if you are shopping for cars and Spitzer is an all around fabulous Toyota dealership. Ralph is the sharpest and kindest finance guy I have ever dealt with and everyone from the moment I called until I drove off the lot was awesome!

I've been coming to Spitzer since I moved here five years ago. The service staff is great. Most days, I've been able to drop off my car and work in their waiting area (complete with coffee, water, couches, and tables). And James Thomas and the service staff have given me detailed results and talked through what needed to be done (and what could wait). I've never driven off the lot with any issues!

I get positive vibe every time I visit Spitzer Toyota Monroeville for servicing my wife car. Quick service, never had to wait too long. I specially thank Charles Carter for his friendly, positive attitude, and excellent customer oriented personality.

We spent 7 months trying to get our warranty work done. We were ignored, lied to and in the end the work they did wasn't even right. Disorganized and mismanaged, take your business elsewhere.

To say I am not a fan of dealerships would be an understatement. I spent years selling cars, so I avoid dealerships like the plague. That being said, Spitzer and our salesman Rudy made this experience worth coming back for. We found the car we wanted and in 20 minutes had a deposit over the phone and the approval ready. Rudy kept great contact with us and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

We walked in a week later, did a test drive and were out of there in just over an hour. We also got to work with Kyle in Finance as we signed our papers, and the experience there was equally as great! He presented us with a great warranty option that was priced so good you'd be stupid to pass it up! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle take your business to Spitzer. I promise you will not regret it!

After going through a bunch of hassle with other dealerships. Rutul Shah (Rudy) at Spitzer was able to help me out. He made the process straight forward, answered all of my questions and relieved me of any concerns that I had. Best experience I've had at any dealership thus far.

Rutul Shah is an excellent and experienced sales person. He made the whole car buying process a stress free one for me. He patiently answered all my questions and guided me in making an informed decision. Kudos to you Shah and the entire team. Way to go guys!

I recently went to Spitzer Toyota for service on my car. Charles Carter was my service advisor as he has been on other service visits. Mr. Carter always answers all my questions patiently and treats me well and makes me feel like a valuable customer. He is one of the reasons that even though my car is a 2009 Corolla, I still go to the dealer to get it fixed. I am always happy with the service and if something isn't quite right he goes the extra mile to make it so.

Quite possibly the nicest dealership in the Pittsburgh area. They were very attentive and treated me with respect and I felt very comfortable there. The sales man, Matt was awesome and kept me informed of when my vehicle would arrive. Kyle in finance had all the paperwork ready to go and I was literally done within 15 min. Keep doing what you all do, as it seems to be a great model of customer service.

Just wanted to take a moment and give a shout-out to Idan Danan "Don". Terrific associate that went the extra mile to help my wife and I get a new highlander right when her Santa Fe bit the dust. Very knowledgeable, willing to negotiate and even stayed late one night to accommodate our schedule. If you're looking for a Toyota, he's a great guy with whom to find one!

Cant say enough about Spitzer Toyota and their team, especially Andy and Jason. They took great care of us when looking for a new 4runner, all the way from Massachusetts. The team made the process as easy and stress free as possible and were a pleasure to work with throughout the few months it took. Thank you again!

This was the worst car buying experience that I have ever had. This used to be an excellent dealership and I considered it "my dealership" and now it seems to be home to shady/cliche sales tactics and down right rude treatment of customers. It is a seller's market at the moment, but a little tact and courtesy goes a long way. I love Toyotas and this will not be my last purchase, but it will be my last from Spitzer. Shame on you.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Spitzer Toyota, specifically Idan Danan. He was very attentive and worked well with me. It was honestly the fastest I've ever been at a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. Thanks for all your help!

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with sales was awful. Salesman was dishonest and shady. Set up an appointment to complete paperwork to purchase a car, and then get a call 3 hours before the appointment to inform me that the car was sold earlier that morning. This was after asking the salesman what we needed to do to hold the vehicle and he set up the appointment for us to complete the paperwork. We were under the impression that the vehicle was on hold until our appointment that day to purchase the vehicle. Not that others would be allowed to purchase it.

This review is for the Parts department. I ordered OEM Toyota parts from 3 other Toyota dealers in different parts of the country, all 3 got back 3 to 5 days later saying my order is on National Backorder, was like pulling teeth to cancel order and get refund from them. No problem with Spitzer Toyota, when they list the items, they got em! When it comes to OEM Toyota parts and shipping, Elvis is the King!

A brand new Rav-4 was purchased by someone in my immediate family only a few months ago. At only a few months old, the vehicle failed to start. The dealer was contacted and the soonest appointment that they could make to check the problem was 3 weeks out. Not acceptable. To top that, the car was dropped off the night before the appointment day, and the dealership tried to get out of looking at the car at all because it was "3:00 pm on a Saturday, and too late".

It had been there all day as scheduled. They then gave some lame attempt to sound like they cared about what was causing the problem. Shockingly poor, rude, mismanaged and unconscientious business. You will not find me buying from them or buying a Toyota for that matter.

I had an awful experience today Tuesday February 2nd at Spitzer Toyota. I waited forever for service. Then I was told that the warranty didn't even cover the issue I had. When I purchased the car last year and purchased the warranty, according to the sales rep and the guy who sold the warranty, it covered sensors and everything. Fast forward to this year, according to James, the warranty does t cover the sensor.

Last time when I was at the dealer, Albert assured me he would order the tire sensors for me. I am still waiting on Albert's call Back about the tire sensor. Then Matt who sold the car never picks up the phone. Courtney has an attitude and yells at you when you won't let her pass the buck. James will charge you twice and then keep promising to call you back. They are a group of lazy liars who will not help you and make you the problem. If there was an option to give zero stars I would.

First and foremost we scheduled an appointment for service had a 7 am appointment. when calling the service department at 12 noon they stated the car would be ready at 2pm. called back after 3 pm no answer. Called back 4 pm and they said the car was not even in to the garage yet. Long story short the vehicle never finished until 6 pm exactly when the dealer closed.the service department did not even have the decency to call us instead they sent a text stating the vehicle was completed.

Now I am home and it turns out that the services I requested did not get completed. Why offer a complimentary service if you are not going to complete it fully? Terrible service and will not be returning and will be letting all friends and family know about the horrid service department. You lost a long time customer. Thank you

This is long overdue, and I am sorry that I don't remember the salesman, but my story should help you identify this GEM of a man. I bought a 2019 Highlander, they said it was the demo model, in August 2019. Salesman couldn't have been nicer. Bought my kids snacks and drinks. When he heard my husband was ill with cancer, he was so sympathetic and helpful.

I love the car. But, here's the best part. Some days later, I was eating at Eat 'N' Park with my kids and ran into same salesman. He remembered me, asked how my husband was, and then he asked how the car was running. I said great, but I'm having a little issue with the trunk not opening all the way. He immediately said, "I know how to fix it.

If you give me your keys, I'll take a look at it RIGHT NOW." I couldn't believe it! I said, "you're eating dinner! I'll bring it into the shop!" He says, "it'll take two seconds to fix, " and insists I am not intruding! So, he takes my keys and proceeds to FIX MY CAR RIGHT THERE IN THE PARKING LOT. He was right, it took two seconds and it's been running great ever since.

He showed me how to keep the same problem from happening again, and wished my husband well. We parted ways with me feeling absolutely wonderful. Please, find this man and thank him for me. Please, promote this man. He's amazing. Spitzer in general has always been wonderful, this is the third car I've leased from there. After this, I'll never go anywhere else.

Bad first car experience for my daughter thanks to Spitzer Toyota Monroeville. What should have been a great experience turned into a nightmare for my daughter. She had the car 2 days when it wouldn't start. Had to get it towed because there was an oil leak! Dealership blamed my daughter saying she was racing in the car! Kept the car for 2 weeks after promising a new engine only to get it back with a used engine!

They never gave her the Car Fax report for the car either! I would NOT recommend this dealership at all! They are not even willing to correct the situation and make things right! Thanks's for ruining my daughters first car experience!

Awful service awful experience. I repaired my car with a damaged engine here they told me it wasn't worth fixing and can be purchased at least 500 bucks. The sales and body's server became very indifference immediately when they known i won't buy the new car from them. The attitudes were really tough and snobbish.

To explain, I purchased a used Nissan Sentra from Toyota Spitzer in Monroeville in May. The first week I had the car, I experienced a distant light that would come on and stay on. I figured it was malfunctioning so I took the car back to the dealer and informed the Salesman that I bought the car from. He told me to come in the next week to get my car looked at.

I came in the next weekend to find that service garage was closed because everyone went home early for Memorial Day weekend. I then came in the next weekend and they told me that I needed to make an appointment. After going through all of that I called corporate to see if they could make something happen. The service manager called me to make an appointment.

I came in to drop the car off, during the week. By this time we're in mid June. The service manager told me that they had to take the car to the Nissan dealer since they don't service that car there at their own garage. After a couple days had passed, the service manager called me and said that the distance sensor was damaged/malfunctioned and there was a missing plastic sheath that protected the sensor was missing.

He told me to call me auto insurance company to file a claim so I can get the car fixed. I was puzzled because I didn't do anything to the car. So now we're in July. I called corporate about the issue and the secretary/assistant called the service manager to get his explanation. She told me that the service manager stated to her that I said I told him that I damaged my own car and that I waited too long to bring the car in to get serviced.

I was flabbergasted. I never had someone say that about me. I asked the secretary what is going to be done about this and she did not answer me except to offer an apology to me and said it's my word against his. I never had an employee of an establishment LIE about me like that. There should be, at least, a very stern reprimand on the service manager and the secretary for taking no action.

To summarize, the service manager at Toyota Spitzer in Monroeville lied about his customer to the corporate office and there was absolutely no response from them. This is how they treat their customers. I deserve a FORMAL (WRITTEN) APOLOGY from the service manager to say the least. I will not be back and I do not recommend to anyone.

On this most recent visit I was told they might not be able to get to my car after I made an appointment and dropped off the car the night prior. Every time I think this dealership's service department is getting better they fail me. I planned on looking at a new car today after I picked up my car but since they need to keep it for a few days, my wife and I decided we will not be purchasing another vehicle from Spitzer.

I forgot to update this. I talked to the GM after he saw my review. He was mad about my review. He seemed to be beating around the bush on trying to get me to take it down. For that he wouldn't offer any help to the situation(s). Something just seems off. Won't deal with them.

We just bought a truck from them. Don was our salesperson. Don is very knowledgeable and has lot of patience and very onest. No issues during the purchase process, everything went just perfect from the walkaround the lot to the final sale. I can say after so many cars I purchased from dealers throughout the years this it the BEST dealer and Don is awesome! Highly recommend!

I felt that I needed to post my review after seeing that Spitzer only had like one star. Anyway, I purchased my Prius from them, and it was very easy. I guess that's because I'm a no nonsense type of person and when being told bullshit I have the ability to call people on it. I got the car and my relationship with Spitzer has been excellent since.

The last time I took my car in someone swiped the passenger side while it was in the lot. Spitzer took care of it right away at no cost to me. They even called and gave updates regularly and coordinated with my schedule so I wouldn't be "put out" so to speak. As far as other reviewers go, you shouldn't leave without the things you ask for or better yet, have them in the promised writing documentation that you can fill out when purchasing the car. You also should ask labor prices prior to having a company execute a job. Those aren't faults of the company but faults of the user.
