Shawn was an absolute and I mean absolute professional. These guys not only actually mechanically knew what they were talking about, they were friendly, and overall very helpful people. Above and beyond service! I am a young female college student and I was so worried to buy a car from a used car dealership. I have been driving a motor scooter for the past five years, and me and my family decided it was time for me to buy a vehicle. My brother went with me to check out this adorable yellow Mini Cooper, and we were both surprised at how good condition the car was in and how low the price was. Shawn was incredibly helpful, he filled and changed all the oil and fluids, checked the tire pressure, changed a break light and made sure the car was running well.
He even stayed late to drive to the store to get me a couple of items I needed, and he didn't let me leave until he felt I was comfortable with all the controls. Shawn is an outstanding person and a honest and fair businessman. I'm so grateful I was able to buy my first car from him.

I have had the opportunity to purchase vehicles from many dealerships across the US. During all those interactions with many dealerships and sales personnel, I have never met a salesman/owner like Shawn Baba. Shawn takes customer service to a whole different level! I located the perfect vehicle for me. Unfortunately, I was 800 miles away in Florida.
I contact the dealership through their website. Within minutes on a Sunday night, Shawn answered my request and returned my phone call. He was very professional, polite, and understanding. Shawn answered all my questions and provided me with all the information he had on the vehicle. He was not a pushy salesman and understood my budget. Two days later, Shawn and I spoke again.
In order to make the deal happen, Shawn worked very hard to meet my budget. He even made it possible to deliver the vehicle in Florida less than 48 hours later. Shawn went beyond the basic car sale. He is a true professional! The Jeep was better than expected. Shawn was very detailed in the information he provided. The Jeep was 100% what he said and better. I had been shoping for 4 weeks. Shawn went above and beyond demonstrating the Jeep for hours. I felt very confident to buy the Jeep that day. I received a great value in my purchase. I noticed a vehicle that Shawn had listed on Craig's List. He was very responsive and we arranged for me to come see the vehicle the same day. He was very knowledgeable with respect the the vehicle. The vehicle was priced well and he even worked with me a bit more on price. Very painless discussion, almost like CarMax, only Shawn had some flexibility.
I had already been approved for financing through my Credit Union. It was a little complicated getting all the documents the Credit Union required completed and signed. Shawn was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. There are a couple of after market improvements I'm interested in making to my vehicle, and Shawn is going to set me up with a group he works with to obtain wholesale pricing. Another bonus I didn't realize until after the deal. All in all a great experience!

Buying a car from Shawn was the best car buying experience I have ever had! He has so much experience and knowledge about cars that he was able to look at several available cars and help us pick the best one. He genuinely wanted us to get the best possible car for us for the best price. We highly recommend him!
