I bought a Jeep from this dealership, and the radio didn't even work. The deal was the same as what I saw on the internet though, so they get props for that. But anyways, not realizing something so little, I continued on with the purchase. 8 months later, my check engine light comes on throwing a code because of my transmission. This comes after an oil leak they neglected to mention when I bought the car. Why, 8 months after buying a new car, is my check engine light on and my transmission needing service?

I serviced my own transmission last night and the light is still on, telling me it's a bigger problem. I would usually handle this myself, but 8 months after buying a new car, I'm starting to look at the dealership as the problem, because this is not the first problem I've had with it. Update: I need a full transmission rebuild, costing thousands, barely 8 months after buying this Jeep.

Family operated, friendly. They back up what they sale, offered loaner car, while a repair was being made AFTER purchase, no cost to me. No hesitation to repair it, on their dime. If I ever need another used vehicle, I will contact them first.

Absolutely great experience traded in an ecoboost mustang and was able to get a 2013 mustang gt. Everything was so quick! And the few flaws to the car we're completely fixed no questions asked (had a taillight replacement and got a new trunk Liner and spare). Definitely such a great experience buying my first car on my own at 18.

I absolutely love this place iv gotten two trucks from them, Ryan and Bob were super helpful made everything super easy from setting an appointment to financing would recommend 10 outta 10 times, I will definitely buy my trucks from them as long as there open.

They were super helpful when it came to financing - I got a great deal. Especially at a time when it's extremely hard to find decent cars at a lower price. I couldn't find anything on the market elsewhere that fit my criteria - especially not a car with three rows of seating, heated seats, a backup camera, good tires, gas mileage, etc. Those were just some of the bonus features I got buying from here, so that was pretty awesome! Seriously recommend checking them out.

Wish I could put zero stars I bought an 06 GTO back in 2016 from them so I brought my dad to buy a vehicle and it is a total lemon the "owner" Ryan assured us that the vehicle was inspected and passed some sort of mechanical inspection. The truck not even one day of it being driven has thrown multiple warning lights. For low power TPMS and this was a diesel truck when we received it all fluids and filters said they were at 100% and now the fuel filter life is at 0% after a couple hundred miles.

I felt like I got good service when I bought my car but this is the most disgusting car buying experience i have ever had it felt like they didn't care that they are selling BROKEN and UNSAFE vehicles straight off the dealership lot. Comparable service to what I would expect at a subpar buy here pay here dealership to give. never recommend anyone to consider this place unless you want to be left stranded by the vehicle you just purchased

I have to say without a doubt these guys are amazing to work with. First off their vehicle prices are very competitive. They are a no pressure place and they are patient when trying to find the right vehicle for you and your family. After finding the right vehicle the paperwork was smooth. We had a little problem with the vehicle and without delay they had me bring it back in even though I purchased an extended warranty, they took care of the problem.

After the problem was taken care of they reached back out to ensure everything was still good with the vehicle. I can honestly tell you we have not had a better experience when buying a new vehicle if your are contemplating, this is the place.

My husband and I just recently bought our new to us truck from Sterling Auto. And we couldn't be more happy with our Truck and with Adam the salesman that helped us out. We have drove by this dealership a number of times over the years always impressed with the selection that they had on their lot. So when we were browsing the internet for a new truck we were excited that we had found one on their lot.

Originally we had looked at another truck online. But when we got there, there was such a selection that we fell in love with another truck that they had sitting there. All around it was a great experience. When we first entered the lot the first thing we noticed was there wasn't 5 or 6 pushy salespeople at our window trying to get our business. There are only 2 salesmen at this location.

Which we really appreciated. After just a few minutes of talking with Adam we felt like we had known him for years. And it didn't feel like he was trying to push a sale rather trying to help us find a vehicle that would fit our needs. The whole process from beginning to end only took a couple of hours and Adam stayed late to take care of us. Working around my husband's schedule. Sterling Auto was even great enough to fill our tank for us after we purchased it an old school value I haven't seen around since I was a young girl tagging along with my grandpa when he would buy a new car. Sterling Auto treated us as Though we were family. From now on we will always go to Sterling Auto for our vehicles. And we will recommend it to everyone we know.
