Worse service and full of lies will charge for all kinds of parts you didn't agree. Will not call or update you on what's going on then call to tell you it's ready for pickup when you only dropped it off and agreed to adjust the carb. Then the parts they say they also replaced you didn't agree to they never did 24hrs later it's broke at a real shop getting fixed.

They've taken great care of both my quads and now I'm dropping off my Harley.

Zero communication. Good work, just is nice to know what is going on with your bike especially when they've had it for weeks and don't bother to tell you what is going on AT ALL!

The absolute best service and prices anywhere around these here parts. The only place that was able to do what I needed done. Love these folks, they are honest and will take great care of you.

Really enjoy all the people working here. They are all very helpful. Even the kids, they carried my wheels to my truck! Very knowledgeable, very helpful. Very reasonable prices which I would happily pay knowing that they are extremely skilled at what they do. You not going to find better work, performed by more skilled people then here. I highly recommend them.

Great mechanics and great people. I enjoy talking to these guys and they have never done me wrong and they always make sure my bike is well taken care of these guys are awesome. Love this place and highly reccomend them to anyone who needs work done on there bike. They always do great work and always try to give you the best deals.

Extremely unprofessional. No one is ever in the lobby to serve new customers. Must go into the garage where they are mostly hanging out chatting. After waiting for a long period of time and grabbing someone's attention I asked for a part on my 400 Polaris sportsman. Wasn't sure what year this one was but I brought the VIN#, only to be told that they could not help me.

Once we figured out the year from the VIN "witch I told them I have with me" I was quoted $182.00 for a $52.00 online part without labor. I would have paid more for the convenience but not $130 more. My $52 part is new, works great and comes with a warranty. I am a military veteran and would strongly recommend all motorcycle owners to do business elsewhere.

Can't speak high enough on Sunburst Motorsports. Very efficient, and work done in a timely manner. Polaris Sportsman 500 was having issues running.after several diagnostic checks, found to need a fuel pump. Got it replaced and quad runs great. VERY honest and reasonable rates! Highly recommend.and avoid the competition a few doors down!

This place is awesome in a few ways. Staff very personable and informative about their work. The work is superb and now my boulevard is purring like a kitten. And they have bike night every third Wednesday of the month, location varies. Great group of cyclist and can't wait until next month. Thanks everyone!

This shop is amazing! The owners go out of there way to help everyone who enters their door. They held a food drive for the Yavapai Food bank during the holidays and support the local community. I have read some of the other reviews and do not buy into the negative, Rich and Ramsey have proven to be honest and helpful. There is no better shop in Prescott Valley.
