On April 22, 2022, we were driving back to MA from Florida. We had just bought our son's leased car. A few hours into our road trip, the 2019 Civic had every light go on. We were stressed and definitely knew we needed to get it checked out. We arrived at Superior Honda and told Breanna our story. She was kind and compassionate (with a great sense of humor too).

The mechanic, Craig, put our minds at ease. He told us that there was too much ethanol in the gas tank. We asked him what he would do, if it was his car, and took his suggestion of driving the tank to empty and replacing the tank with lower ethanol. We did what he said, and arrived home safely. A HUGE thank you!

They even went beyond their duties and gave me the service information that was done in Georgia on my Honda before I purchased it. We were heading to Florida when we developed engine problems near Santee, SC. Since it was the weekend we had to wait till Monday morning at 8AM to call Courtney, the Service Manager at Superior Honda in Orangeburg. She took the car in immediately and she and her expert techs diagnosed the problem quickly and had us on our way within an hour an a quarter.

Our fear of a more serious problem was put to rest. Courtney was kind, empathetic as well as very competent and efficient and we are extremely grateful to her. I would not hesitate to recommend Courtney and her Service Department at Superior Honda. And like a fancy doctor's office, Courtney called us the next day to check that everything was OK.

I had an excellent experience coming from out of state to buy a 2021 Ridgeline. Specifically my experience is with the sales manager, Joe. He gave me a great deal right out of the gate and was very nice to work with. Excellent communication. I was in and out of the dealer in no time and I couldn't be happier with how the whole process went down. I probably spoke with a dozen dealers.

Their price was among the best but the service was unmatched. Just genuinely nice to deal with and no high sales pressure. This is why I chose Superior over the others. Thank you Joe and Superior Honda!

SUPER friendly staff in a comfortable, casual atmosphere. They seemed to know exactly which model would fit me and my budget. The entire process took less time than I imagined. My XM radio went out on me after I had to replace the car battery. I tired to restore the radio but all I could do is reset the clock on the tuner. I went to Superior Honda and was greeted by Brianna at the service desk. She said she would take a look at the radio and to have a seat in the waiting area. Within 3 minutes she had the XM radio working.

She showed me how to correct the issue if it happens again. Thank you once again Brianna for being such a professional and clearing up my issue within minutes. I will bring all my business to Superior Honda for now on. Walter James Jr.

Great choice for maintenance for my 2012 Honda. The price was great, and they were honest. They lowered the price $10 because I didn't need a recommended service. I did come late and missed my appointment, but they took me about 1.5 hours later. The place is small, the people are friendly and they even offered to drop me off at Walmart. If I purchase another Honda I will be returning here for service. It's something a oBOut the people in South carolina :- BTW I had traveled from NYC to go this Orangeburg location which was on my way to GA.

Had a really great experience here after going to the larger dealerships in other cities I thought it would be good to go to my hometown dealership. The last time I was there is was not impressed as I went in to have my power outlet repaired and they could not diagnose the problem. This was unfortunate as I was able to only after doing a search on google (it was a fuse).

But it has been a while since then and I decided to give them another try. Brian the service manager was really great from the beginning. I went in for my oil change and he made me aware if some other things I needed in the near future. He didn't use any pressure tactics like the larger dealerships due and made the situation comfortable. Also, the oil change was reasonable ( it did go up a bit from last time) and I was unable to use a coupon they sent me in an email.that's the only reason they didn't get 5 stars!
