Update. just found out they never actually changed my fuel filter. but charged me $450.00 for it! Now no on me is returning my calls! Don't use them! They will ruin your vehicle and charge you astronomically for it. Lose lose

Couldn't ask for a better place to do business. Bryan was very laid back as a sales person and the finance man went way out of his way to insure I received the best deal possible. I got a great value and a no pressure sales experience. I would definitely recommend Team Auto Center and will deal with them again.

If I could go lower I would. I was having problems with my bluetooth not working, and they kept trying to say it was my phone and my carrier, when they even tried to connect their phones and it would not work. They said there was nothing they could do. I called toyota and did a complaint. So then I ended up calling a toyota dealer in Denver and they said there was no record of me being to Team for this problem, so they deleted all the communication and washed their hands of it. This is disgusting. After visiting with the Dealer in Denver they told me some options that could be going on. I will not go back to team for anything.

Let me save you money and heartache don't do business here! Doug in service and Wade Huber Manager will lie and play games saying that they're looking into it and will get back to you and never do. They refuse to stand behind their work.not sure if they are racist or just don't care.they played with us for so long that now our mileage is past warranty! Thanks team Chevrolet of Scottsbluff! Stay Away! They are not Team players!

Nobody at Team Auto Center listens to what you need and ask for. They constantly try to upsell you on services you don't need and their communication to the customer is horrible. I've been told multiple times they would call me to explain services and still 4 days later I haven't heard a thing. If you want an overpriced oil change with bad customer service this is your place.

Received a recall notice in the mail in regards to a air bag module. The next day I took my truck in to have it repaired. Service department scheduled me in without delay and did not charge me to have the passenger air bag module repaired. They knew exactly what part it was, had it available, and fixed it on the spot. Great customer service and no hassle repair. Thank you!

They rack up the price on parts by a few hundred. Douglas, part of their mechanical department, tried convincing me that he would put a upstream o2sensor bank one for no less than $200. I called him on his B.S. and he said that if I order the part he would do the labor for free. He was trying to make up for wasting my time earlier that week. He charged a little under $3000 to replace two catalytic converter and kept on promising me it would be done by this day. of course it dragged on.

I called her said it would be done in 20 minutes; however, that was not the case I sat in their lobby for a good 3! Yes 3 hours. Over charged, inconsiderate of customers/my time, and failing to order the right parts. I figured they would be professional, holding the name Team Chevrolet. If they cannot screw you in one hole, best believe they will try another.

As you can tell I am disappointed with my experience, and hope they treat you better than they treated me. A wolf in sheep's clothing. Do not be blinded by the big company name, and keep your eyes peeled back folks.
