Definition of a scummy, shady used car salesman. Sold me a lemon that had problems from day two of ownership. Refused to fix it even with diagnosis from a Ford dealership. Gave me the fax line treatment and everything. Ignored my lemon law buyback request. Would stay the hell away.

Love this place. Bought my beautiful 2012 impala there. They have worked with me through loss of loved ones change of jobs and covid. Been understanding and patient. Couldn't be happier with my automobile.

Got a truck for a decent price but they took the running boards off before delivery and never told me. Salesman that delivered hadn't even noticed. When I asked about new ones, I was told no. Check engine light came on 3 days after purchase.mechanic said emissions problems are not covered under warrantee. Gas gauge did not work.mechanic will not fix unless I pay. Owner was not happy with my review but refused to listen to what his employees told me. Definately have communication issues.

Really down to earth and funny people. Roger and Scott were great and my grandpa really liked talking and working with them. Very patient and not pushy. This place cares about their customers.

As soon we mentioned a couple of issues we had with our car to Scott, he had us drop it off the next business day. He fixed all of the issues on his dime with no questions asked. Couldnt b happier with the way he has done business with us. The mechanic was quick, polite, and good at what he does. Roger's been awesome the whole time we've dealt with him, hes a good dude.

They've had my car in the shop for over two months now and are still at square one. They never call me with updates and when I get ahold of them there's a new story as to why they haven't made progress. Roger, who sold me the car, threatened to physically harm me when I called him to get an update because he was annoyed with me calling for updates. Scott has expressed that he has no interest in returning my money for the car, which I drove for one month and they've now had it for over two months.

So I'm making insurance payments on top of car payments on top of rental fees because they wouldn't supply me with a rental. I've paid a ridiculous amount of money for two months for them to make no progress and not go out of their way to help me. I would recommend not buying a car from them.

You are absolutely amazing! You have made.sure everything is right with our truck. 3 months since we bought our truck we ran into a couple of issues and you never hesited once to fix the issues and I don't know of anyone that would have gone above and beyond what you have done! Can I give no stars? Worst customer service I have received from any business ever. Car died after one day. They wanted to replace my engine with one and not give me any information about it. Also they wanted me to pay for labor. It was never stickerable according to the state inspector. This happens way to often to do business with this guy. Had a lawyer tell me he likes to drag out court cases and if I couldn't wait 2 years for a resolution than don't waste my time.

This car was purchased in 2016 Edit: December 28th 2018 Scott threatened to sue me for defamation of character if I didn't retract my negative review. Then had a mutual facebook friend my former teacher ask me about my experience about an hour later. I am not sure why this is being brought back up but I have moved forward. After making 18 payments while I couldn't drive my car I have put another 4500 into it.

It now runs and drives and does what I need. I made a big expensive mistake doing business here and I have taken care of that without any resolution from Thayer Auto Sales. It would be nice to not have him send me nasty facebook messages two years later stating that he never did business with me.

Always a pleasure! I have known Scott for a long time and I have gotten multiple vehicles from him and always felt like I was treated special and if there ever was a problem he has always taken care of it immediately so as far as used cars he is tops in my book!

I bought my new car from them a month ago and they made the whole process quick and easy! They only finance small amounts, as it's in house financing, but they were able to point me to the open Five County CU that's 2 minutes away and I got it all taken care of in no time with a great deal on an awesome car!
