It was truly a amazing time working with you all especially Ms. Obianwu! The experience was pleasant and straight forward and got me out of there in a timely manner, listen to what I wanted and made it happen. Didn't try to up sale at all! I went to the Key to get my first car off a lot. I set an appointment and was approved right away for something that was beyond my expectations. Shay was my sales representative and she was very pleasant and patient. The overall shopping experience what's great, definitely looking for more deals in the future. 24HRS AFTER THE PURCHASE: the car was having some issues that we noticed so we dropped it off for service and they handled everything with out expenses to us, so we give them 5stars!

It has been pure Hell shopping for a car the past weeks I've been told no several times My credit is horrible due to a divorce and everything left in my name Rama and Christie have been amazing and hands-on with my experience they went above and beyond be what I could've ever expected from somebody and I'm so appreciative and pray that they get the blessings that they deserve! As soon as i got there i was greeted by Jacob. He worked great with both me and my boyfriend while also already selling a car to someone else. He sold 3 cars just in the time that we where there. His other coworkers were also very friendly and kept us from being bored while they drew uo the contract. I am very happy with the service I received and super excited about my mew awesome car.

I wouldn't send any of my associates " Your Way ". They wouldn't appreciate the way you would make them feel, like you had me. Thanks for the vehicle but my experience with dealer was far from enjoyable.

It was a moments I had to sit and think if this was it. My salesman Jacob did all he could to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the car that was right for me. Sales Manager Tony verified some concerns I had but assured it would be handled. I'm a satisfied customer.

Best experience ever, shopping for a new vehicle, at KEY! The application was easy and quick, the staff was very helpful and Jacob (my salesperson) was very patient and kind! Once I picked out the car I wanted, the paperwork and approval process took only about 30 minutes and I was on my way home! If you are looking for a great, almost new vehicle, in excellent condition, KEY is the place to go!

I have been financing my car through here since June of 2019, on a biweekly payment plan paying way too much but since I have bad credit this was one of very few options. Shortly after I brought the car home issues with the car started showing up. The day your payment is due you will start getting harassed, then you will start getting around 10 to 12 calls a day and numerous messages and emails constantly which is annoying on its own, but the case managers are very condescending, rude, and judgy.

I have never been talked to like a child and an idiot because I won't have income for two weeks. Apparently being 6 days late on a car payment is "UNACCEPTABLE" according my case manager. If I hadn't already paid several thousand on my vehicle I would let it go back to never have to deal with these people again. You should only use this company if you truly have no other options.

Purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition June of 2020 was told it had 10 year warranty. I drive a lot out 40000 miles on it in 14 months had motor issues and needs the motor replaced. So I was like thankful I have a warranty on the motor and transmission so I had it towed to the dealership the checked it out said yes it needs a motor. But I had gone over the allowed 2000 miles per month I was like I was never told about the stipulation for the warranty just that the oil had to be changed and upkeep.

Now they have said I needed to pay 5600.00 for a motor. First of all they overcharge for their vehicles and high interest. I still owe over 15k on a 7k expedition now they want me to pay 5600. I have tried to talk to managers and nobody will call me back all I get is the run around. I love my expedition just want it fixed. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THE KEY

Avoid the Key DO NOT GO HERE I've been paying on my car for 5 years and I have been unemployed for 1 1/2 years and still managed to stay on top of my payments. My unenployment ran out and I start a new job in 2 weeks which means I will not paid for 3 more week and they are threatening to repo. I am 14 days late after 5 years. You'd think I could get a 30 day grace period.

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT get a vehicle from this company. I have had a car from them since December 2018, I made all my payments and now since the COVID-19 my boyfriend lost his job and am the only one working its hard enough to pay the note plus other bills, but in addition they REFUSE to work with you. The finance company they use turn your vehicle off after being only 14 days late yes DAYS, NOT WEEKS, NOT MONTHS but DAYS late.

I have asked them way to many times to let me pay weekly and they have refused to do so. Today 12/29/20 I spoke with Shonda and she asked me very rude " why won't you just pay the note" I said because I only have $140 I can pay that and the rest next week" she said "well you are risks the car getting repo" I said "that's fine ill rather risks the car getting repo than us getting evicted" she said " why would you risk going without a car" I said because us having a roof over our head is more important and we all can't live in a car." I disconnected the call after that and tried to speak with a supervisor which they have denied me several times.

They will only say "you need to pay $253 today or we can't turn the car back on." This dealership and finance company claim they are here to help you which is why I came to them, but in reality they are all about the money and if you are 8-14 DAYS late they turn your car off and give you attitude. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone I know, but I will leave a bad review every chance I get. I'm located in Texas not California.

The key is very personal and professional. Everytime I have been in their store I am greeted with a friendly smile. Their service dept is great too. Their manager is awesome and several of the sales staff have been super helpful. Jared, Zach, Damonique, Nick, or Shay, will be happy to assist you!

Don't do business with the key. They don't stand by their promise. They promise to stand by and cover issues with the engine and transmission. Not true. Screwed over

I do NOT recommend getting a car from The Key! They tell you they will apply $200 to your car loan for every person you refer that buys a car from them! They do NOT back their word up. My niece bought a car from them and told the sales person that was working her who referred her, he wrote the information down, but that is as far as it went! I will not EVER get another car from there OR refer another person! Nor will she.

My husband and I just purchased our 3rd and 4th cars from here. Up until this time we have been completely happy with our experiences. We purchased both cars on the same day in early March. After numerous calls and after being given the run around we finally received our titles at the very end of May. We called almost daily from the date the paper tags went out.

All we were told was that the title department was way behind but that they would pay any tickets we might get as a result of the delay. Once we finally got the titles in the mail I was not added to my husbands which prevents us from getting tags through my tribe. This mistake is going to cost us over $1,200, and there is nothing that they can do about it. At this point I would definitely not recommend them to anyone at this point!

Antonio at The Key was amazing. He made this dreaded process so easy and stress free! I think this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Great selection of new model, low mileage cars. Highly recommended The Key and especially Antonio!

So I have had my 2013 Ford Focus for 1.5 years now. Lately it's been giving my issues. The trunk won't open. It says it's opened, that makes the doors not in lock or lock. And the Key pad had quit working. To top that off, Ford has put faulty transmissions in these cars. I spoke with the Key. They said to take it up with Ford. They refuse to help put me in a car that isn't shaking all of the time. Great customer service JERKS!

I was approved for a loan but at an insane payment. Im not that desperate. The vehicle i was looking at (used) was priced higher than you could buy it for new. I was "helped" by Lynnesa who only contacted me for answers to her questions but never answered mine. She was extremely rude to my family when we went in to look at vehicles. The selection was a joke.

Not to mention we had to search the lot ourselves and was told to come back in when we found something. Lynnesa stayed inside where it was warm the whole time. I understand I have bad credit, but you certainly arent doing me any favors. There are plenty of other dealerships who help people like me. I will never be back and never recommend this dump to anyone.

I worked with Caleb for two days through text before I was able to get to the showroom. Caleb was very busy but still made sure everyone was happy with their choice. He is an amazing asset to The Key and I have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so. Also Josh (sales manager) was very kind. I took my car in to get it detailed and he had them put a rush on it and then when they were done he took to fill it up.

Good service, a little bit pricey, cars don't seem in bad condition. Overall not to bad. Let's see where this goes.

I can't bring myself to give 5 stats because of the price of my car it's WAAAY too much for a 2012, HOWEVER that was my decision to go ahead and get the car. it sucks to have bad credit. HOWEVER, even if it doesn't count I will give 5 stars for the customer service I experienced with Matt, the service tech manager. During my test drive the gauge on the dash said "tire low" so they aired it up and sent me on my way 3 days later I was having the same problem again, I talked to Matt and he changed the tire and my oil with no problem! about 4 days after that i noticed the back two tires were not the right size for my car, Matt told me to bring it again. he had the back two tires changed and fixed my horn! he even sat with me a few minutes after it was all done to talk to me about what would be the best fuel for my car and what to do to check the amount of miles I was getting per tank. he looks like he's a grumpy gills, but I'm pretty sure he's a big teddy bear. my customer service experience with the key was nothing but fabulous!

Sales guy was fast with the paperwork. I was in and out in an hour. The car is amazing that I got. HOWEVER, yesterday my paper tag expired and they still have not sent me my title in the mail as required by law. When questioned I was hung up on and lied to (I had already called the OTC to find out the status of my title).

Vehicles are extremely over priced. I understand that it's a bad credit place, but all vehicles are priced $10,000+ over blue book value on top of the extremely high interest rates. Service was not good either. The sales person that help us had no knowledge of the inventory and brought out wrong keys to the vehicles we wanted to see. When we did get the right keys the vehicle was dead.

5 stars. Enough said. I think The Key is a great place. Newer model cars with lower miles. Plus you've got that lifetime warranty! How many BHPH lots offer that? Ya, thought so. All these haters are probably ones that were denied.

Sales staff very helpful and professional, vehicles are very clean with low miles, prices are a bit higher but the year, make and models are top of the line vehicles in excellent condition, I would recommend my friends and family to visit The Key if they are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Ok, so you have to understand that in the used car industry there are a lot of crooks out there. It is a very aggressive business and I understand that. I had a couple of friends buy a car from The Key at their midwest city location and they had bad credit and not a lot of options. So they got a car when a regular dealership would not finance them. However, once it was all said and done they got mediocre cars that were overpriced and paid a large financing charge. If you have bad credit then I guess this is an okay place to go but I hope you have other options.
