Con artists at they're worst at this place. I went in to purchase a new corvette yesterday. The sales lady explained that they never mark up msrp. So I decided to buy from them. Today the manager called me to say they would require $15000.00 market adjustment on top of the original sales price. Stay away at all costs.

Perhaps the worst experience I've had trying to buy a vehicle. offered me $5k trade in on a car I received over twice as much cash buy from other dealers, so I said ok I'll just buy it financed, interest rate was several points higher then normal rates everywhere else. Called new car manager and was insulted with snide remarks. I then offered to buy the car cash and was hit with a $350 non finance fee.

I can not recommend highly enough to stay away, absolute pariah of the car industry, thee worst ever! Will be contacting the owner directly and Chevrolet headquarters this is what they have representing them

After a few mishaps at other dealerships, I've finally found a great trust worthy one. Clean, quick, and efficient. They even accommodated my complimentary tire rotation that was missed by another dealership on the first maintenance appointment. Tony was very helpful and understanding and made it happen. I will always recommend Riverview Chevrolet! Thank you for being great!

I called & made an appointment for oil change, new oil filter & a tire rotation. The night before my appointment, I was driving home & my brake assist message came on my driver's message screen, service soon. By the time I got home, my check engine light came on & my cell phone was receiving the same messages, too. Service in a week, service in one day.

I arrived at my appointment & the service manager took care of everything. The technician had to diagnose the problem, they had the part in stock, although it took 2 days. They even refilled my windshield washer fluid, because it was low. They also put a reminder sticker on my windshield for the next oil change. They rode me to & from my house.

I just recently bought a Chevy Equinox and absolutely love it! Mike helped me find the perfect car that worked in my budget. Not only was Mike extremely helpful, but he was super friendly as well. I definitely recommend going to see him if you're interested in a new car!

I scheduled an inspection & oil change. I was waiting for about 2-1/2 hours to be completed. Wait time was longer than I thought it should be. Friendly service. Others were there about an hour or so longer for the same service, however they had work needed to be completed before passing inspection.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had service done on my car yesterday, the technician gave up on the repairs, lost parts in my engine, claimed faulty repair jobs from prior services (done by CHEVY!), was yelled at and degraded by the service writer, and told we were wrong and that the problem we described is not the problem that we have even having.

The manager will not return our calls. I will NEVER recommend this place for service. We are going to report them to the BBB, and go to the magistrate to get our money back and to have the car repaired by a competent technician.

We are Very satisfied with Riverview Chevrolet and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car or service. The staff go above and beyond to take care of customer needs and service vehicles. We have not been disappointed yet.

This was definitely the best car buying experience I've had! I went in to talk with Kym, we had been corresponding via text for about a week. She knew exactly what vehicle I was there to see, we instantly took the car out for a test drive. Obviously, I fell in love with the truck. The manager, Al, was very honest in his opinion to how I should proceed and made each step clear and concise.

Not to mention, I came in the right day since they bosses catered lunch for the employees I was offered some food also! Kym and the whole team made the purchase of my new vehicle easy and straightforward I will definitely be back when it is time for a new truck!

Daryl was a very wonderful person through any process I've ever brought my car down for. His customer service skills are amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of any questions and concerns i had. Daryl also went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. He is definitely one of the best ones down there. I had to give it a one star because it wouldn't let me give it no stars I bought a car back in July the sales man john he was very helpful and nice however almost 2 months after i bought my car i noticed a oil leak i took it to a shop near my house since i didn't live close to the dealer. I found out it was my transfer case that was leaking i also found out that the reinforcement bar that holds the bumper in place was completely rusted holes as big as dollar bill on it i was told by a state inspection place that they shouldn't have sold me this car like this that it is a safety issue it wouldn't of passed state inspection like that they stuck my life and the life of my children's at risk.

I called them right away spoke to john who sold me the car i sent him pictures of it all and he told me i would need to bring it in for them to look at it they didn't want to believe that this car slipped through the holes. The next day the service people called me he stated that they were gonna fix the transfer case and he actually had a bumper reinforcement bar there for my car already i asked him if they just ordered it he stated no it has been there before the car was even sold he couldn't explain to me why the car was sold before it was fixed.

He couldn't explain to me why it had inspection stickers on it since it wouldn't of passed inspection until it was fix it was inspected in may i bought the car in july and he really couldn't explain to me why NO one called me when they noticed the part there someone needs to be blamed for this i am really upset that no one called me no one took the blame and no one apologized.

They thought everything would be ok since they fixed it. I asked the sales manager who called me why all this happened it seemed as if i was just getting excuses to cover it up. How was i suppose to know that everything is ok with the car if there were stickers just thrown on it in the first place without making sure everything was done what else was wrong with it i was told didn't i have someone else look at it well no I had someone look at the oil leak when he stuck it up on the lift that is when he noticed the reinforcement bar he didn't look over my whole car which i will be doing that since this only was like 2 weeks ago this all went down.

I was told he was going to have someone else not the person who stuck the stickers on it in the first place but someone else look over to make sure nothing else was wrong do i trust it HELL NO i don't i was told everything was good on it sure it better be. I am upset that NO ONE reached out to me to make sure everything was ok still not very professional. i know if i didn't discover this before their 3 month warranty was up i would of been the one screwed i know they wouldn't of covered it they would of blamed me i wonder how many other people got screwed like i was with this place. i know they fixed it and i didn't have to pay for it but that isn't the point again someone needs to take this blame what if me or my family were rear ended we could of been seriously hurt.

This is a big dealership not a little dealership. I will be spreading the word about this place and i will never buy another car from them again. As it is i just bought my daughters car from a different dealership yesterday and those people there were so wonderful Wright Hyundai in wexford pa or just the Wright dealership will get all my business in the future.

My son just renew a Chevrolet Lease at Riverview Chevrolet. The people over there couldn't have been anymore Professional and Pleasent to deal with! A BIG shout to Jared Candelpre and Darlene Warnell for all their help! This is our 3rd vehicle that we have acquired from this Dealership!

Riverside Chevrolet I purchased my car in 2017. My brakes went straight to the floor they told me that was normal I told them it was not. I literally had to stand on the brakes I took it to the dealership, they lifted my brake pedal and said everything was fine. The very next week my brake light comes on. I returned to Riverview where I was threatened by the service manager because he he's dropped on a conversation between me and my husband.

The manager of the dealership was the most insincere and offered me no recourse against one of his employees. They ended up keeping my car when it was returned to me a week later I just started to drive out of their parking lot and I noticed my oil light had come on. I immediately turned around into in their parking lot and pulled into the service Bay and ask them did they have any common sense they had my car for a week with the oil light on why did they not call me and ask if I wanted my oil change which by the way was free under my warranty.

I had to make an appointment for the very next day. I have not received an apology from the man that threatened me and I did tell the general manager that I would be taking my car to another Chevy dealership to have its maintenance done regular maintenance but if anything technical I would be coming back to Riverview. Side note everyone that knows about cars knows about certain laws three visits oops on them.

I have never been to a car dealership that disregards their customers in the way that Riverview has done to me. I would not and could not in good conscience recommend that you buy a car or service from Riverview Chevrolet in McKeesport Pennsylvania. It seems that common sense does not reside in this building.
