I always bring my car to the car dealer to get service because they do a great job. They have the best service advisors at Ford. I would not go anywhere else. This is where I purchase my vehicle. My last 4 vehicles. They do a great job. They have great people.

Didn't like the service. Tried to sell me on a car that the manager was driving. On top of that, the car wasn't there for me to look at.

I was just looking for a certain dash light bulb and they had it. The gentleman behind the parts counter was very polite. There service department is huge and and seems to be very up to date.

Bought a car to only have nothing but issues. When they took the sticker off the windshield there was a crack in it they were hiding. But low and behold 2 weeks later they had refused to pay their portion of the lending fee to secure the financing and never told us, but I suppose who would want to own up to the not so good business practices they do?.

They dont like to return calls and they are liable to hang up on you when you need to talk to someone about the "no problem" issues that were supposed to be fixed. Lol best advise and bottom line shop anywhere but here.

Great parts department. I needed an axle nut and a suspension bolt that isn't listed in the factory manual (part of an assembly) for my Honda and the Honda dealer down the block didn't have the nuts and couldn't help with the bolt. The parts guy here had one axle nut in stock, but went above and beyond to find another in the shop, and he had a box of bolts that had the exact size bolt I needed. Awesome service.

Recent visit was a case of good and bad news. Bad news was that we had reached the end of our extended vehicle warranty. Good news was that no maintenance issue was found. And the service manager didn't bill for the inspection. Bad news is that it's time to think of replacing the vehicle. Good news is that it has given good service and departing with it would be sad. Decisions.
