I've brought my Subaru Impreza to Town Motors in Englewood perhaps ten times. I always look forward to spending time there. I bring my laptop with me, and get work done in the spacious lounge area with comfortable seating, and chairs by a long tabletop with connections for computers, Prior to the pandemic, there was an active coffee machine, treats in a cupboard, bottles of cold water.

There is a separate area for children to play in. Best are the personnel--all welcoming and friendly. I know many by name--Joelle, Woody, Prince Patrick, and Charles, whom I just met. Charles saw me wandering around, got up, and asked me if I needed help. I was looking for a water fountain; Charles located a bottle of water for me. I asked where the rest room was, and he accompanied me to the location.

I then asked who the manager was--Manny. I wanted to tell Manny what an excellent manager he must be to have such a pleasant, happy staff. And now I'm writing this recommendation. I want to add that the work on my car was done with care, and the service staff solved an issue re a tire that had been troublesome for quite a while,

You have to call 1000 times before getting someone to answer. They play a lot of games at Town Motors, Inc. Finally, if the receptionist answers she tranfers you to random voicemail. No one ever picks up or returns your call. Therefore, I am clearly being denied the additional service I paid for when I bought my Q5. I paid additional costs for maintenance yet I am unable to get anyone on the line to honor this contract.

I live in New York, so it's not like I can just drop by just to make an appointment. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Once you have purchased your vehicle, that will be the end if them being courteous. It is the worst experience I have ever had with anyone that provides a product or a service or in the case not provide a service. #supereffingannoyed.

This is our 4th go round with Town. John Lee as Great! So was the Finance Department. It was so easy. They purchased our 15 Macan for a good price we brought 2 new cars and drove them home the same day. I would recommend John Lee! Also, the service department is excellent!

Sadly, I found glaring examples when recommended repairs were not necessary at all, according to other professionals, or the repair strongly recommended was at the highest possible cost when a lesser remedy wasn't even presented. I believe this is not true of all dealers but I suspect this is a pattern at some dealers where the real money is definitely not in the most competitive area of sales, so servicing brings in the bigger revenue flow. When honesty is compromised, confidence is lost.

Purchased a vehicle from dealersbip and had one the most pleasant buying experiences of my life. The staff was attentive, but not overly aggressive. My sales consultant was professional, friendly and my motivation for submitting this review. I cant thank Town Motors enough for my amazing new car! 2016 SUBARU OUTBACK! Cream of the crop. A very special thank you to Chris Bradish (my sales rep, probably the only sales rep I will deal with), he knew exactly what I wanted and was able to get it for me! And I can't I forget about Pete Poccia the dreadful Finance Manager. nobody looks forward to speaking with them.

But you Mr. Poccia are not your typical run of the mill, looking for more money Finance Manager. Pete made me feel at ease about my purchase. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, he was able to work around my own finical hurdles. I WILL be recommending this dealership and all of its staff to my own family and friends for their future purchases. Even Rudy the mechanic was a pleasure to speak with. An absolute pleasure. Thanks again.

Get the best deal and really good service when you shop on line for a used vehicle from Town Motors of Englewood, NJ. I just did. I live in Tennessee and went on line to find a used Subaru Outback, and started looking locally, and found the prices too high. When I expanded my search to all states that's when I found Town Motors in Englewood, NJ had just the car I was searching for and also the best price of several states. Buying out of state can seem daunting, and very well could have been, but my sales rep, Will Trevino was great, going way beyond the normal and made the task very easy.

He made several follow up calls to me and even worked with my bank and auto transport company to help my wife and I to get our dream car. He even called to make sure the car arrived at our door when it was supposed to. GOOD DEAL AND GOOD SERVICE.

I would refer anyone here. I worked with Rolf and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The used car that I bought was priced right and in great condition, and the service was excellent. No complaints.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I was with the Lincoln Date Night program and with Town Lincoln motors and its staff. First the date night program - really a winner. I would have NEVER thought of buying a Lincoln but the Date night program ( They give you a Lincoln of your choice for 24- 48 hours and a gift card for dinner ) totally changed my mind.

I took my wife to a restaurant we have been dying to go to and got to try out all the amenities of the Lincoln MKC - good times, good car. I was really impressed with the vehicle - not at all what I had in mind when I think Lincoln. The MKC is right-sized for a small family living in an urban area. The safety features were amazing and car had every bell and whistle a buyer could want. ( My car had self parking but I did not find out until the morning I was due to return it so I never tried it out- Dang! ).

I'm a car guy and and technology nut to boot, if your thinking about buying a RDX, Q5, X3 or GLK - go check out the Lincoln - you will be surprised. And finally the staff at Town Motors was fantastic. I had few timing issues with picking up the car ( I run a small consulting firm and had some business that would not wait ) but they were very gracious and patience. Additionally, the sales staff was not pushy and filled with information and excited to show me the various little features that make driving the MKC more pleasurable. I was greeted when I first walked in by the receptionist with a friendly hello. I was directed to the Porsche area where I met Gary. we discussed a Cayenne lease. After 45 minutes of showing me the car, he opened me at $730 per month on a lease with no money down, basically $1,000 off list. Within 15 minutes the price had dropped to $659 and the final number walking out the door was $629.

This translates to about $4,200 off the sticker. I will probably buy the vehicle from this dealership as the owner seems to be very involved in the day to day running of the place and the salesmen seem well informed. They know the product and once they see that you have some knowledge, they quickly will work with you on a fair price.
