I was so pleased you all were able to get my son's car in. I went over the recommended maintenance items your team provided and suggest he get them done as soon as possible. The maintence Manager was great. I appreciated his candor as a strength. He is obviously very good at taking care of customers immediate needs without making commitments for services the mechanics are not available for. I would rate my experience as exceptional. I plan on using this service center for my own car as there pricing was very reasonable.

When having my RAV 4 serviced for the first time the tech needed to use my lug nut key. Unfortunately after service the lug nut key was left out of the vehicle. Realizing the mistake the service manager went out of his way to make sure he had a satisfied customer. They did an excellent job and will return there for all future servicing!

My first 5000 miles service went 25 min over the time they said it was going to take. I just left their now had a second 10000 miles service had a appointment for 1:00 pm went to look at 1:25 and my car wasn't even moved. Had a doctor appointment at 2:30 so I decided to refuse my service cause I wasn't going to make it to the doctor appointment in time. The experience that I had with this dealership since day one a fully regret buying a vehicle from this dealership!

My experience at Toyota of Colchester was very unpleasant and insulting. A hand written final cost figure written on the back of a business card (red flag) is unacceptable. Not producing a purchase agreement showing all fees (signed and agreed to by both parties) is unacceptable. Hiding a $3000 dollar price hike is unacceptable. They suggested a $1000 deposit when every other dealer requires $500.
They want your money quickly so the high pressure can begin to buy something you don't want. You cannot trust a dealership that allows sales tactics like I experienced. Save yourself the headache and go to Lynch Toyota to buy your new vehicle.

Toyota of Colchester was my go-to prior to purchasing my 2021 RAV4 Prime. In addition, when I first contacted the dealer to check availability of the Sienna, Amanda answered my question, she was very nice as well.
