I had really great experience at this dealership. Great guys, great office. Love my truck. The whole process was actually a fun time. Jason and three other guys were friendly and helpful.

Terrible place id give them a zero if i could! I bought a jeep from them 5 months ago and the engine went out already. What did they do to help me? Nothing. do not recommend! unless you want a loan with a bank and have a car thats useless! Reply: regardless if i would've gotten the warranty this is not and issue anyone should deal with when just buying from you guys. maybe you guys need to do better in your car inspections when putting problematic cars on your lot for sale and over priced! however, people do not buy from them. unless you want to buy your car a new engine learn from my mistake do NOT buy from these men.

This will be my third and final review. I deleted the other two because I felt like I was in a tennis match with the bad/good/bad service. I'll recap: I would give a one star but Jason did try and make this right so I'll give credit where it's due. He's a stand up guy and tried to make me happy but in the end it was the service department (Ron) that didn't do what was promised. let me explain. Bought a truck a week or so before Xmas and the alternator goes out Xmas eve. It's the holiday and I needed a vehicle so I called a mobile mechanic because I bought the extended warranty which turned into a nightmare (not worth addressing here) I called TT and the guy who answered sounded annoyed I even called the warranty company but it's not like I had a choice.

After some back and forth Jason told me he would write me a check for what the warranty company would have paid for since I paid out of pocket but I paid about 700$ for the alternator and with the warranty you're inly supposed to pay 100$ no matter what but I was only given a check for 330$. I suck at math but not that bad. A week later my truck started acting up, starting rough and sounding like it was going to fall apart so I reached out, I'll admit full force pissed because I just bought the truck and it had back to back issues before my first truck payment.

There was a lot of back and forth and Jason defused this ticking time bomb after I tossed some salty words his way. He convinced me to drop my truck off and let them make it right, I agreed. They had it for about 2 weeks I got it back and it sounded better? Or maybe I had high hopes it would finally be fixed. Still was acting weird but not knowing much about the exhaust system I thought maybe it would run a little rough until it was driven for a little while, time came and went and boom it now sounds even worse than when they did the "good faith" fix. Took it to Firestone, they changed out a bad pulley that sounded like rocks when it was taken off and hand twisted and they brought me into the shop to point out a very obvious issue with the exhaust.

They don't work on that so I had to either go back to the dealership AGAIN or just find someone who would for sure fix the issue. So I obviously did not want to jump through more hoops. One gasket was not flush so this is leak number one. Made an appointment with an exhaust place and they found the culprit. When Truck Town replaced my exhaust manifold (which I was told had a huge hole in the top, wouldn't it be caught during inspection?) they neglected to change the gasket, you can tell the age just looking at it.

You can see the obvious blowout marks so this 32$ gasket cost me another 400$ to get done when this *should* have been addressed when TT had it apart in those 2 weeks they had it. Now that it's actually fixed fixed 2 months later I'm finally happy. Not only do I look back at it when I walk away but I'm happy while I drive now too. My advice, don't do it.

They will befriend you and make you feel like you are palls but that's what good sales guys do right? I fell hard for it I think my knees will bleed forever. I won't do business here again but I'm sure I won't be missed. **ask every detail about this "amazing" warranty.

Truck sold as is with no horn or fob keys. My friend thought he's getting a great deal with the salesman's unbelievable sales pitch. Trade-in was practically priced real low. Wished my friend just walk away. I will not recommend this place.

Went into to look at a vehicle we liked, the sales team was great and worked with us to make a deal. We were undecided so we talked with the salesman and they said we were first in line to buy the vehicle. They pride themselves on first right to refusal they said. We spoke with the salesman and we agreed we would make a decision on a certain day. That morning the salesman texted me to find out if we wanted it, I called them and let them know we would like to buy it. Salesman then says it already sold to a friend of the general manager. Salesman said the vehicle was taken that night on a overnight demo when we just left from looking at it when they said we were first in line still. We never got offered an overnight demo either. Very bad service for what they tell you in person.

Great guys here! Got us approved for a better deal than our own financing company got us. They went above and beyond to get us the best deal on the truck we wanted! Couldn't be happier! I recommend this company 110%

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. We needed a truck immediately, long story, and they got 'er done. What we liked most was no time wasting trying to sell us vehicles we didn't need or an hour trying to work out the exact trade in number for our old vehicle.

I had a great experience at Truck Town. I needed a used truck for a new business and they worked around my budget to get me the right truck at the right price. On my drive home the check engine light came on - I called them up right away and they assured me that they would help me handle whatever the issue was. Luckily a simple spark plug replacement solved the problem, but it's nice to know they would have had my back if it were more serious. Best used car experience I could have asked for, both during the sale and afterwards!

I think most people assume that car/truck dealers are out to con you and some of them are! But, these people are straight shooters. A special shout out to Jason who has gone above and beyond with customer care. I appreciate it and recommend Truck Town.

I never write reviews but just had to give the people at Truck Town a Bravo Zulu for thier hard work and outstanding customer service. I was looking to purchase a Chrysler Pacifcia and found one on thier lot. Decent miles, a fair price, and drove well. I liked the vehicle and Jason did his magic and got me great financing on it as well. At the closing I made notice of some cosmetic issues and Jason took it upon himself to get the issues steamed out and even re-dyed a part of the carpet they couldn't get clean. Looks and smells brand new!

This is the fun part. A few weeks later the gauges went crazy on the highway. I limped over to Truck Town and they kept it overnight (it was close to closing) and gave me a vehicle to drive home with. Next day they said they couldn't repeat the issue and tightened up a few connections thinking it may have been a loose cable. Two days later it happened again.

They said no problem, and sent it to West Hills. It took West Hills almost 1.5 months to find the problem, the whole time Truck Town said don't worry about it. They gave me the use of one of thier vehicles for the entire time my vehicle was being worked on and they picked up the cost of the repair. I finally got my van back and dropped off my loaner and I can't tell you how much respect I have for these people. They honestly care and do thier very best to help you out. I'll be getting my vehicles from Truck Town from now on.

Review written in 2018 when my car was newer. I stand corrected its now 2020. Apparently 2014 Ford Escapes transmission goes out at a certain mileage 77,000 for me and then you pay $4194.10 for it to be fixed 2 years later. You also try to trade and get a reliable, decent car from Truck town who sold me the car and they dont help! So not okay. Let's sell crappy cars to single mothers.

I was happy with my experience here they gave me a fair deal on my purchase and paid off my loan on my previous truck. Offered to let me test drive before they even opened since we made the trip from Mountlake Terrace. Not pushy at all, offered coffee and was easy to negotiate with. Overall a great experience and would happily refer friends and family members everyone on the team was personable and seemed to have the buyers best interest in mind. Thank you for your help!

While they seemed very nice. It was all to fool me into buying a truck that looked nice on the outside but Falling apart literally the next day. The brakes were bad I heard a noise during the test drive but thought it wasn't a new truck maybe it had sat. The next day I nearly got into a car accident with my sons in the car I took it back twice.

They told me they put new ones on but to this day it's hard to stop. Now it's making a crazy noise. I haven't had to make my first payment yet. Im so angry And i trusted them being it's my first time buying from a car lot. At this point I'm sure they look at me as easy prey and now I'm stuck paying for a truck that probably will cost a few grand to fix.

I will never go back there then they told me I had a 5 weeks to bring in down payment but the next week charged my card for full price. When I talked to the owner to get my money that I needed he didn't say anything other than "when will u have the money then". Not hello or sorry we broke our agreement. If there was any way to get out of this I would I'd pay them 5 grand to get me out of this I have no idea why they would set me up like this.

Basically just cause ppl appear to be on your side or friendly when u go to places like this some are snakes waiting for easy prey. I'll never go back again. Nor would I recommend anyone else go. There is no way this truck is worth anywhere near wht I'm paying for it. So great win for them.

Carl Westphal did a fantastic job of showing me multiple trucks, being patient with me and helping me find what was best for my needs. I ended up buying elsewhere, they just didn't have what I needed. But they really tried working with me on the price, and were very knowledgeable. A local, laid back place. I would highly recommend working with Carl if you stop by. He's got some rad ink too!

I bought two cars from here!they both broke down in less then a few months of owning them my cars are always in the shop. I had to buy a new alternator and a battery. These people are crooks. Did I mention that I am a military member. I feel that those are the ones they love to screw over the most. yea and now I got screwed and I tried trading in my car and it was only worth two thousand but this place was wanting to sell for 10,000.

Please do not buy a car from here. One of their sales men keep trying to give me his number and saying we should go out. If you want a car go to a real dealership. If you want to have your car always in a dealership and not running then come on in.

If there was a -5 star option that would be more fitting. Bought a car from these guys back in December of 2015. It had 73,000 miles. I spent $22,000 on the car. Not even two weeks after I drove it off the lot the wheel bearing went out on it. I was stranded on the side of the highway. I called the guys at truck town and they were great about getting the car fixed.

I still had to pay for the tow out of pocket. Two months later I started noticing that my steering wheel would shake really bad while driving down the highway. I took it to a local tire place, as I thought it was just a balancing issue. I was mistaken. My caliper, on the same tire that my wheel bearing went out on, was seized up. Had to spend even more money out of pocket to have that fixed. Then, I kid you not, a WEEK later my fuel pump resistor went out and I had to to pay to have my car towed back to the truck town lot where I was told they would compensate me for my troubles.

Which they did not. I spent $900+ when it was all said and done. Now I understand a little bit of wear and tear is completely normal in cars especially when they start reaching the 70-80,000 mile range. But I mean COME ON GUYS. Get a new mechanic or something! This car was NOT worth 22,000 dollars! I got ripped off! And I'm still having more issues with it to this day! It's been my car for 7 months. The salesmen are very polite and truly do care for their customers but they sell lemons! I will never do business with this company again.

These guys know how to go the extra mile, stand behind their products and take care of their customers like family. I always look to support small businesses like this one when they offer great deals and take care of you. Thanks guys

These scammers sell trucks that have been wrecked and then lie to customers and tell them no accidents on record. Demand a Carfax so you don't lose 10,000 dollars on a wrecked truck like I did. Beware!

I recently bought a 2000 VW New Beetle there. I had shopped around quite a bit before I bought. I think their price was fair, the sales staff was not pushy or arrogant. When I bought it I asked for a short punch list of repairs which their garage was glad to do and even more I had not mentioned at the time of the sale. I am very pleased and would recommend them to a friend.

I was selling my truck on Craigslist and a salesman called pretending to be a private buyer. After we agreed on my rock bottom price and a time to meet he ended up a no show. I called and he said he couldn't get away from work but gave me the address to Truck Town. Reluctantly I drove to Truck and after a ridiculously low ball offer I thanked them for wasting my time and walked out. Error on my part for falling for their tricks but this place is your standard sleeze ball dealership.

I took a truck for a test drive and noticed that when in 4wd low the truck would lock up when trying to backup in reverse. There was some loud noise coming from the truck when in 4wd high. I told them I was not interested as there were definitely transmission problems. When I got home there was a message from the manager so I called him. He told me I did not know how to shift into 4wd. I have owned 4 trucks with 4wd so I know how to operate them correctly. He became quite testy with me and said there was nothing wrong with the truck. Very dishonest dealer.

I drove my friend up here to buy her new used car. They worked with her over the phone and gave her something of a discount. The folks here were super nice. super nice. Gave us info about where to go/eat, even fed us some wild turkey that had been recently caught. I forget his name - but the wild turkey catcher was awesome and had great stories to amuse us during our wait.

And the wild turkey sandwich was amazing. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated for the paperwork. But all in all, these guys seemed just peachy and my friend is happy as a clam with her new used car.

Buying cars is really not a fun process. Especially if you are price driven. It is hard to find a car you actually like let alone find a car sales men that you feel you can trust. Car Town not only has BEAUTIFUL inventory (you can tell they take the time to find used cars that are up to a higher standard), but they have an excellent staff. They were not pushy and allowed me the time and space I needed.

Their finance guy Ed, helped me through the paperwork to get financing and unlike most lenders he listened to what my real numbers were. I can't sing their praises enough and will certainly continue to give them my business. The sales man I worked with was Stephen and he is very easy going and easy to work with.

I will never do business with them. They were doing their friend a "favor" and were going to purchase our vehicle for cash, then sell it to him so he could finance it. When I spoke to one of the sales guys, I specifically asked if they were going to try to offer us less and was assured they would pay us the agreed price. When we got there - after we drove from from Lynnwood to Bremerton - the guy we had to deal with was rude.

He didn't even introduce himself when he came to greet us. Test drove it and then told us he thought something was wrong and offered us $600 less. Why would he offer that amount, if any, if he truly thought something was wrong? We walked out without selling the vehicle - wasting half the day, spending $60 for two cars on the ferry, wasting gas, dealing with a jerk that claims he's a car "expert", and putting over 100 unnecessary miles on a vehicle we are selling. If I would had an honest answer to my question and had been explained their "process", we would not have made the trip wasting our Saturday and our money.

Seems like a nice lil place to buy a car but then you take it home & it breaks down on ya only to find out it was in an accident after taking it to another mechanic! Thanks guys! place is not very organized & people are kinda spacey when your trying to fill out important paperwork & get out the door.
