Don't buy a vehicle from here or use their service department. I've had issue after issue with my brand NEW vehicle that I purchased in May of 2021. Since January 2022, I've had to bring my car back to the 4 times, and as of 4:45 this morning, I will now need a repair for the FIFTH time. They have no idea what is actually wrong with my car and keep on "fixing it." Which is clearly not working since the same light comes back up on my dashboard.

At this point, I feel like TCH has had my car more than I have this year! Or close to that atleast. If I could rate this dealership a 0/5 stars, I would. Very disappointed. I can't even keep the engine lights off to trade my car in to not have to deal with it anymore either! Absolutely ridiculous.

My search for a Chevy Suburban was getting very bleak, but I located a steal at Twin City Honda. Claudia Chica was OUTSTANDING. She called and walked me through the entire process. She was very professional and personable. I drove down from San Antonio and when I arrived my vehicle had a full tank of gas, it was thoroughly detailed, and all the paperwork was ready for my signature. i was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Claudia made this my best car-buying experience to date. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Suzette was our sales person. My husband and I had previously bought a Honda Odyssey from her last April and I was glad I got to work with her again. She's very knowledgeable of all of the vehicles. I sent my advanced in age Dad down to the store to pick up a part for his 2014 Accord EX-L V6. He interacted with Stanley and I'm overjoyed he was able to help my dad a genuine part compared to shopping online. Thanks soooo much! Probably the best new car buying experience I've had. Greta, the saleslady was fantastic to deal with. Brandy, the finance person was also very friendly and none of the team were overly pushy during the process. I'll definitely be a returning customer and I recommend this place. Easy and friendly sales like this should be what all dealerships seek to do.

If I could give 0 stars I would, let me start off by saying i bought a car here about 6-7 months ago, was my very first car purchase on my own, my sales woman was amazing. About a couple of weeks ago my a/c went out on my brand new 2019 honda sport so I took it to service to get checked out ( totally unaware that there's a $150 diagnostic fee even though you but from there) anyways the advised me that there was a "puncher" in my condenser that was caused from a rock(clearly this had to be some sort of special rock to be able to go thru the Grill of my car without bumping that to behind all this metal to be able to so called puncher my condenser.clearly doesn't make sense).

So no biggie I'm thinking okay I purchased all these warranties so I'm good. WRONG.they stated that since this was caused by a rock it's not covered so it would be almost $1000 to fix it. By now I'm highly annoyed because it's a BRAND NEW CAR and 2. They really gave that "I dont care" attitude, so anyways I ended up getting the sales manager Micheal's card from a friend who made him aware of the issues I was having so I give him a call thinking that maybe just maybe there's something that could be worked out, I get on the phone and explain my problem once again only for him to say the same thing and then also be "dickish" and pretty much patronizing me and trying to relate me buying a shovel from walmart and 6 months later I chip it on a rock to my issue with my car. Funny to because a friend of mine said he was rude to her as well. So I politely told him that I would NEVER do business there again.

I just went I get my car inspected. Accidental went to the body shop but Lil, the lady who greeted me, said she would take care of it all and took my keys for me and drove it over. I didn't have to do a thing. Very quick with the inspection and I will definitely be back!

Poor service. My elderly grandparents have spent the entire day at Twin City Honda waiting to close a deal on a car. Definitely disappointed in how we have been treated. If it were up to me we would walk away but my grandmother really fell in love with this car. I feel like we are being taken advantage of and our salesman seemed very irritated by our questions. We picked out the car around 10:30 this morning and are still being strung along almost 8 hours later

Terrible customer service. Any question you ask the service rep (Doug) he doesn't give you an answer. For example I asked for a part number so that maybe I could assist in looking for it and instead ask the parts rep or look for it himself he just struggled his shoulders and "thinks" is this part. Very unprofessional.

The Service Department is completely unprofessional. I have a minivan and three kids in car seats and scheduled time to be able to drop the van off in the morning and pick it up in early afternoon to be able to meet an early evening appointment elsewhere. Thirty minutes before the scheduled pickup time I get a call letting me know that they haven't even started service and won't have it ready for hours.

They offer a bunch of excuses and a rental car too small to actually fit our car seats. We figure out a way to transport our kids safely, but miss our evening appointment time. At least I left with assurances that the van would be finished that night and ready in the morning so I can pick it up in time to take them to school, but wait! This morning I call to confirm the ability to pick up the van and they STILL haven't completed the service.

More excuses. The thing that bothers me most is not the excuses, stuff happens, it is that even when they knew they'd be unable to meet agreed upon deadlines, they didn't let me know quickly so I could make alternate plans. Now I am out several hours of work and the better part of one irreplaceable Christmas function. Completely unprofessional.
