Value Kia is taking advantage of people. These people attempted to lease a Kia Forte GT for $521/ month for 36 months. This car is MSRP of $24,000. Kia's are great cars. I've owned 7 Kias and currently have 3 Fortes for wife, daughter and myself. Was looking to get one for my younger daughter. I expected to pay about $280/mo due to vehicle shortages but they pushed me to get a Tesla after that quote.

Not really. once I got the quote I immediately left but I had to go back in and make sure I heard correctly. the salesperson said the price was right and they were selling at 6-8k over msrp which still wouldn't be $500/mo. I felt so bad for the mother and son who were signing paperwork. I'll go back to Kia of Warrington or Turnersville Kia who were both very good.

Do not use Value Kia or Sipala in West Chester or Coatesville is my advice based on past experiences. For the record, Yelp forced me to give them 1 star - my choice was to give zero stars.

This was my 3rd time purchasing a car here at Value Kia. Hassan did such a great job with helping me purchase my new 2023 Kia Sportage. I have no complaints with his service at all. Ask for HASSAN, I promise you won't be disappointed. I would say the cars are definitely marked at extremely high rates right now but I guess it's to the current market.

I stopped in because they had a "Carnival" on the lot. The place is really shabby, but honestly was a cut above their immediate neighborhood. For the first time in my life I actually had to go looking for a sales person. Once found, things went better, nice people, seemed to know what they were doing, had a little inventory. Then I saw the $10,000 markup over MSRP. Maybe I did the math wrong. Either way, I don't need a new car that bad.

Edit to reply: I never test drove a Forte or any other Kia. I immediately left after being denied a test drive for the car I was interested in, the sorento. The absolute worst dealership I have ever been to. I went in to see and test drive a car that I was interested in purchasing. I was told it had a market adjustment and that I had to be aware of that before going outside to see the car and the price.

When we got outside to see the car they pointed out the market adjustment of over $11,000 above MSRP. When they showed me that they asked if I'd still buy it and I said I'd need to see the interior and test drive before I'd know if I'm going to buy a car to which they told me that I wasn't able to test drive it because they did not want to put miles on the car.

I went to Mazda right next door which was an amazing shopping experience and was able to test drive the car I was interested in. Happy to say I'll be purchasing a Mazda (without a market adjustment) due to the horrible experience at this Kia location.

We should have known when they were tacking on $12,000 "market adjustment" stickers that they had no interest in actually making a sale. There is plenty of profit built into MSRP, but I guess greed never goes out of style unlike their tacky showroom. We went to Value Kia after shopping competitors with an already below MSRP deal that I thought could be improved because this was a lesser equipped model, but no, they wanted about 10k more than the better equipped model.

I can't imagine there's any reason to shop "Value" other than you can't get out of the city or you're already at the auto mall and just want to see what Kia has to offer before you head to the suburbs to actually purchase.

Went to this dealership after emailing back and forth about a SUV I wanted to purchase. I was told that the price listed online is accurate. I get there, and a MSRP for $37,000 turned into $55,000? They promoted $6500 for a trade in and up to $6700 in rebates, and I was told that the $55,000 price included both of those. When I told them to beat it, they said that all dealerships are marking up prices and I wouldn't get a SUV for less than than what they offered.

I left and went 2 blocks down to Pacifico Hyundai and purchased a SUV from them at the actual price listed online.they didn't try and price gauge me like Kia. They are a ripoff and they say what you want to hear to just get you in the building. They lost out on a sale and Pacifico Hyundai benefited from Kia's greed!

My husband called and talked to 2 different people and they both stated that they would likely buy back his car in its current condition and year. This buy back policy is heavily advertised on their website as well. Why are you adverting buy backs for book value--no matter the condition-- if you aren't actually going to honor it? When my husband got there, they told him they didn't want it specifically because of its age and condition.

They wouldn't even look at the pictures they told him to take. This isn't the only time this location has failed to communicate properly and made us waste our time and money. I will be contacting corporate headquarters, as our experience, in conjunction with the other reviews on this location, indicate that their management is pretty unscrupulous.

Visited this location on 12/21. Chris, Shondera, Ellis and Chris, were great. They offered amazing service and were able to find us a car that matched our needs. I would recommend anyone who needs a great car along with amazing customer service to visit this location.

I recently purchased a Kia Seltos from Value Kia. It was a great experience from the first phone call with Chris, to the purchase with Zane. I appreciate the time they took to explain things to me, and how helpful they were. I definitely recommend Value Kia and would purchase from them again.

Rude and somewhere I can never recommend anyone to visit. Made an appointment to work out a purchase today. I met with Chris, who was pleasant. We chatted about life which included our backgrounds, college, zoom calls, and even talked about home internet speeds. Everything was going well and I was 100% comfortable with Chris. When the conversation switched over to what I was looking to do, it immediately went south.

The sales manager must have been listening in on the conversation because he invited himself over, shook my hand, sat down, and immediately told me the price of the car would be inflated by thousands because of the situation around covid. Then proceeds to tell me that he could easily sell the car for more, he could get a broker involved at the inflated price, and we both agreed to not waste each other's time. IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS!

After this though, and this is the icing on the cake, he turns to the employees and tells them that this is how it should be handled and continued to talk negatively because of our interaction. Again, IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!. He proceeded to tell the employees that this is how things should be handled. No! You don't speak like that IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS!

If this is how you act in front of customers, I can only imagine how you act behind their backs. You have all been warned! Chris, thank you for your time and for being so personable. No need to say sorry for your manager's actions.

They are marking all their vehicles up at least $8.5K above MSRP. This is the type of company you do not want to do business with now and when the chip shortage is over. Shows you what type of humans run this dealership. Terrible company. No one should ever do business with them. ps. they are asking $40K for a Kia Seltos whose top MSRP is less then $30k

Made an appointment to test drive a K5. Upon arriving, they told me since they are in high demand that they don't allow extended test drives unless you are ready to buy. I asked what an extended test drive is compared to a regular one and they said it's nothing. The manager proceeded to ask me what other dealerships I've been to. I told them this was the first.

He wanted to know if I was ready to buy immediately. I said if the idea is I have to agree to buy before I test drive then forget it. The manager started telling me I need to listen better so I walked out. Total waste of time. Very clearly they want people who already have decided what they want just by reading specs online and not actually getting in the car.

This easily could have been said over the phone but no. Reading reviews below, I see I'm not the first they've pulled this on. I'd avoid unless you want to be treated rudely.

Just an awesome place. The staff is friendly and professional. I never expected to walk out with a car just went in to see what they offer. Oct1, 2021 traded my old car a 1999 Avalon. Drove away in a New Altima fully loaded. Sl.

If I could give zero stars i would. Total waste of time, brought my trade in 2016 Altima, Never gave me a book value price, never appraise my car, just ran my credit, I was told I need to put 3k down. I told them I dont have 3k laying around. Like do yall realize people still recovering from a pandemic. Total waste of time, very disappointed, I read the reviews, thought my experience would be different, nope, just frustrating. The best part was I left in my own car.

Visited today. Horrible experience. Gave a range of 15-20K for a car as soon as I entered. Kia Forte was listed at 20K online. Had me wait around for an hour with my child and then told me the lowest price they could go was 31k for the Forte. Totally fine if the car is that price, but don't make people sit around and run their credit if the price isn't in the range. Absolutely a waste of time. Will never return.

Getting laughed at in your face cause you couldn't come up with a $2500 down payment within 15 days is just rude. Hence why I didn't purchase a car from this dealership. Ellis was very rude and very unprofessional will never go back to this dealership again. I could write more about the treatment I received when I was there but I will leave it at this and say just don't go here.

Maybe some have been here and had a good experience. I on the other hand did not. I got laughed at in my face cause I couldn't come up with a $2,500 down payment within 15 days. That is just rude and unprofessional. Ellis should really work on his customer service skills that is not the way a customer should be treated. Hence why I did not purchase a car from here and took my business next door to Hertz Auto Sales.

Called in the morning in regards to a car I was interested in. They told me the pricing deal over the phone and I confirmed this because it was an hour drive there. That evening we got to the place and looked at the car and test drove it asking about the promotion they had which was still confirmed. Sat down to do financing and all of a sudden the lease price jumped $200 more than original promotions with good credit.

So basically they lie to you and make your waste your time hoping you will be an idiot and pay them the same amount you could be in a luxury suv for. Awful and never returning. People are terrible.

This place is terrible and avoid like the plague. To potential visitors - would you buy a car from a car dealership that has signs posted on its windows - dogs on premises? Would you buy a car from a dealership that has posted pictures of people not allowed onto its premises? Value Kia gives a deservedly bad reputation to car dealers/sales people and Value Kia causes one to question the American educational system.

All the negative reviews on this website are absolutely correct. You would think people are being unduly negative, but Value Kia deserves these reviews. Please read about my experience. Here was my experience at Value Kia: 1. I entered the dealership and there were only two models on the floor. There is space for more models but the dealership has chosen to utilize its floor space to display tables and chairs.

Despite the many tables and chairs there were no salesmen available. The Sales Manager (Shonadera) asked me to be patient. After 30m, I had to ask her if she was going to send a sales person to talk to me. In the interim, some other person asked to make a photocopy of my drivers license. 2. By the time a Salesperson did visit me (15m later - 45m in total), we went to examine the car that i was interested in.

When I asked for a test drive; he told me that I needed to make an appointment. Ask yourself this: If you need to make an appointment to test drive a car, then why is someone asking to photocopy your license. 3. I then told the salesperson; I do not want a test drive. I then asked for a quote on the car. The salesperson went to Shonadera (Sales Manager).

The salesperson returned with a Credit Application. I said I want the price of the car. He said: "I do not have a price, but I want you to fill out this Credit Application." Let me ask the reader here, is that intelligent/intelligence. Or is that stupidity? After wasting an hour in total at Value Kia, I walked out and left. If you check out Value Kia on other review websites; their reviews are far less positive than what has been placed here on Google.

I had the worst experience ever. I was told a used vehicle was available. Drove an hour to look at it. Was told upon arrival that the vehicle was sold this morning but they have another more expensive vehicle for me to look at. Classic bait and switch. At this point I was furious! Maybe said some things I shouldn't have said walking out the door.

A man followed me out the door and proceeded to make a choking gesture with his hands and said you don't know what I would like to do to you. At this point I told him only air and opportunity are stopping you. He then went back inside. Have never been treated that way my entire life.

I would give zero but.you know the drill. Total joke. Want to pay $8000 additional fees above market price for a car? GO HERE! Want to waste hours in the lobby only to have your beliefs about the low quality of scam artists come to fruition when they actually start talking numbers? GO HERE. Want to feel good about yourself for being a decent person? GO HERE! How they are in business, I'll never know. Kia should revoke them.

Please don't go to this place, first off. They have 2 dogs barking constantly in a cage inside the building where customers are. 2nd the cars are overpriced by $10,000 minimum. A 2019 Kia Optima is $35,000. So the manufacturers price is $22,000 & they add on there $10,000 making it $32,000. very unprofessional place.very trashy.the cash for clunkers is also a big scam to.the website said it can be used towards new and preowned cars. Haha yeah right.only towards new.they don't even give you $6,500.they give you way below KBB.they are scam artists. Stay away from this place. I walked in figured out their scam and left. I refused to give them my social security number

Do not waste your time going here. Let's start with the unprofessional atmosphere in this place. My only saving grace was that my sales associate, an older lady who's name I can't remember was very nice. After test driving a 2016 Rogue, the "manager" comes over and "offers" me $1500 down with a payment of $500 a month. For what? I said no, try again.

So he leaves and I ask the sales lady how he just pulls that number out of the air. She said that they take an average of everyone's credit that comes in there and base it off of that. What does everyone else credit have to do with mine? She said I was the first person to question it. Yeah, because it makes no sense. So about an hour later he comes back and states we need to add my daughter as a co-signer, no reason why.

So we did. Another hour goes by and nothing. Meanwhile the other people in there are having loud, inappropriate conversation at the front of the showroom. After some more time goes by, I tell them I need to leave, he states that it should only be another 20 minutes or so, no I need to leave now. So he stated that he would call me when they had an answer from the bank. That was 7 hours ago and I have yet to hear from him. That's ok because I took my business elsewhere.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! The KIA dealership out by the airport is shifty AF. Not only did they have a "MSRP" that was $10,000 higher than any price we found online, they also flat-out lied when we asked if they had the model/color configuration we wanted at another dealership nearby. They said there was no vehicle of our choice within a 200 mile radius, when there is one on the lot at the Springfield KIA, 6 miles away. Guess where we're going next weekend?

Can only speak to the service department but wow are the guys here great --on the phone and in person --ABSOLUTELY the best Kia dealership I have been to since I bought my Kia. I am really shocked this gets such bad reviews and I can only say that has been the exact opposite of my experience each and every time I come here and that's been well over 5 times.

In fact they are not even the original dealership I got my Kia from in Langhorne yet I continue to go out of my way to come here for one chief reason : unparalleled customer service. They are seriously some of the most cheerful and efficient and genuine customer--at least for the service department. They are as quick and efficient as they can be and I value courtesy over speed.

Love these guys. I can only say give them a try and form your own opinion but I can only imagine this review must be based instead on the sales department which I have no experience with. Bravo Service!

This is a warning, do not deal with these people. They all about money. Today I got service to my vehicle. All i told them to do is change the oil and inspection. They fail the state inspection over rust. But pass the emission come on. Then give me a bill if I want to pass. The total came up to 825.00 so I can pass the state inspection come on. They full of bull. I only had the vehicle for 8 months. I got the vehicle from them. Its 2015 hydundai sonata. Still had to pay for the test 62.00. A warning dont deal with these people.

Horrific customer service. Rude --- everyone who picks up the phone there claims they're a manager --- went there last night and was told they were understaffed and a manager just stood on the middle of the floor doing nothing and told us we could just walk on the lot to check out the vehicles --- told us we might as well go to Chevy first. Most unprofessional etiquette I've experienced at a dealership during the greeting. Called in today to single out what dealerships we'd visit tonight and was told that the bottom dollar on a vehicle "varied depending on the customer", which is clearly an absolute lie. Oleg and Allan were two of the four representatives that need their customer service skills brushed up on.

This is one of the few remaining dealerships that still give the car business a bad name. They exploit working class and working poor minorities, their lack of knowledge of financing, and their poor credit into a "we're your only chance" scenario. They play any number of games, including, but not limited to: -Keeping you waiting up to 8 hours, while they're "waiting for a decision from the banks, " so by the time the "decision" comes, you're so tired and hungry that you accept whatever number they throw at you because you just want to get out of there. -Blaring loud hip-hop music in the showroom so there's culpable deniability when you come back and try to say "My salesman promised me." -Promising an outrageous number for a trade in, while grossly inflating the price of their car well above market value. -Bating and switching customers with low internet prices and vehicles that are no longer on the lot.

The guy who owns this place has been sued and fined by the PA Attorney General's Office multiple times for his tactics. He lost a dealership in Coatesville, PA and Lawnside, NJ. That should say enough. Do your homework and your arithmetic before you buy a car, and whatever you do, go anywhere but Value Kia.

Visiting this dealership is akin to a mugging! They refuse to honor internet pricing and their trade in deal is basically a bait/switch. They offer you $4500 above trade value but only after adding close to $8000 to the value of car. I 'ordered' my car online and was provided a price of $18,420 with a high credit score rate of 0.0% but when I got there I was told there was a dealer charge of $7,853 and the interest rate was 6.9%! I'm not desperate, dumb or easily intimidated! I drove to Springfield Kia 4-5 miles away and was offered the same car with a dealer charge of $1149 with a rate of 0.0%.
