Chris at Village Auto (Hwy 29) location was very professional, listened and answered all questions. Drive 3 hours each way to test drive a truck. The whole experience from inquiring to choosing a warranty was smooth. I came back three years later as the customer service and quality is top notch. Trustworthy honest dealer.

Purchased a 2014 Ram 2500 a little over a year ago, truck has been a complete lemon since a month after the purchase. It has been into the repair shop multiple times, from countless front end issues to fuel issues, HVAC issues. I get buying a used car will involve maintenance as things wear out over time. A person can only stick so much money ( totaling over $10,000 out of pocket over the course of a year) into repairs before starting to question the honesty/ reliability this company provides to its customers.

I'm not one to complain or post negative reviews as we are all human, but as I'm faced with yet another issue on the truck I wanted to take the time to make an honest post to hopefully save someone else a headache in the future.

My experience visiting Village Auto was great. I went to visit the dealership to test drive an suv that I was interested and afterwards I applied to see if I could get approved for a loan. Within a few minutes I received a phone call from Geoff Sonntag, the dealership manager, that I got approved. I went to the finance office with Micheal and he explained about the loan plan and other important documents about the suv.

He made it clear and easy for me to understand on what steps I need to do and all the other questions I had about the car loan. Walked out with a New to Me suv, one of the best experience I felt.

Just to be safe, before any used vehicle purchase, spend $25-50 and take it to an Auto service center or trusted mechanic for a complete inspection. It's worth every penny! Salesman are very nice and smooth talkers.

I can't say enough about Chris Germain at Village Auto on Milltown Road. Despite the very cold temps the day we were shopping, he promptly offered to help us and was out in the frozen lot warming a truck up for us to test drive. We were on the fence about buying the vehicle we did, but Chris earned our respect with his honest demeanor. He walked us through the steps of our purchase, helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely buy again from Chris and Village Auto.

This is the second vehicle we've purchased through Village Auto in the last 2 1/2 years. We've been happy with the low sales pressure and the help that the sales personnel have given to us.

I purchased a 2013 Ram 1500. Love the truck! Had a couple issues with it and Daryn and the staff went above and beyond to take care of those issues! Their customer service is worthy of a 10 star rating! All in all, a rewarding experience with all the staff at Village Auto on 29! Thank you all and when it comes time, I will definitely come back there for another great experience!

What a great experience buying my retirement pick up. Bill was my salesman and he was friendly and helpful. I drove over an hour and half from Stevens Point and the truck that I was coming to see was sold an hour before I got there. However, Bill showed me a couple more trucks that might work for me and we found a winner. A nice 2011 Ford F150. It was a bit more than I first was looking at, but Chris in financing worked the numbers and we were able to make a great deal. I would definitely recommend Village Auto for a used truck. Great selection. Great people.
