The sales team was polite and a class act, but they attempted to include several things in the contract that someone else might not have caught, which left a bad taste in my mouth. The first thing I noticed was that they included a $3000 weather protection package. When I asked to take it out since I did not purchase or receive one, they claimed it would not raise the payment.

I insisted, and sure enough when removed the payment went down. The same thing happened with sales tax, which they "accidentally" doubled. Then when I asked to remove their warranty, they left it on. Again I insisted, again they claimed it would not contribute to a higher payment. After all was said and done, I'd reduced my payment by roughly $100/mo simply by rectifying their doubling of the sales tax, inclusion of a nonexistent weather protection package, and them failing to actually cancel a warranty I mentioned repeatedly I did not want.

While I enjoyed interacting with the polite and gracious sales team, I did not enjoy them taking money I didn't owe them and acting shady about it. I guess that's why you read the contract, in some cases 4 or 5 times. Also, my original review was removed. Not sure if the business got it marked as spam or what, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one.

I'm so happy my wife and I found this dealership. We felt welcomed from the very beginning, and our car salesman Luke Aubin helped us out tremendously. He worked so hard to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted, and enough for my trade in. Everyone here is very friendly, and the financing department was great! If you go to Honda see Luke! Such an amazing dealership! My husband and I have been all over trying to find a dealership to work with us, and F.X Caprara did everything they could to put us in the vehicle we wanted! Our sales guy Luke was fantastic, and truly cares for his customers. He helped us so much and made sure to call us with any updates. The financing department was amazing as well, and overall super great people! Thank you Honda of Watertown!

My mother and I would like to thank Josh VanBrocklin for his courtesy, and for saving the day. The story goes that I was driving with my mother(81 years), in my mother's 2016 Honda Civic, from Canada to New Jersey. Shortly over the Canada/US border, and close to Watertown, a vibration and grinding noise emerged from the car: randomly, mostly on bumps, uneven pavement, and when braking.

We traveled for a distance trying to determine the cause, and we listened for the source. I pulled over on the interstate twice, and on hands and knees tried to determine the source of this issue. The grinding vibration and noise randomly continued, unnerving us enough to make us want to get a mechanics' guidance. We pulled off the interstate in Watertown on a quest for a mechanic to help us.

We stopped in a few service garages, but each were tied up with clients. When describing our car problem symptoms, opinions ranged from brake issues, to bearing issues, to sway bar link issues, and so forth. We were given the address to the Honda dealership and we chose to backtrack to the Fx Caprara dealership for help. Stress was mounting for my mother, because we were on a time deadline to get to New Jersey for a college graduation event for a grandson she has not seen during the whole pandemic.

To her, she felt her car was going to ruin her entire trip. When at the dealership, the service representative listened to our plea for help, but informed us that they, too, were completely full and had no available bays for inspection. Josh overheard our conversations, and he volunteered to take my mother's car out for a drive to see if he could determine the source of the issue.

In the moment the dealership was extremely busy, and Josh was multitasking with other clients. Somehow, he found time to take my mother's car for a drive. When he returned, he said he noticed the random grinding, and he said he noticed the protection plate under the car engine looked like it had dropped and seemed low to the ground. Not being 100% certain this could cause the issue, he suggested his workers try to pin the plate up higher.

And luckily, a service bay came available. He asked us to come over to inspect the plate under the car when it was up on the hoist. You could see wear on the metal plate where it had been scratched by pavement. The service mechanic was not sure bolts used to raise the plate higher could hold it up, so I opted to have him remove the plate. He removed the plate, then he wrapped the plate in plastic to protect our luggage from dirt, and he put all the bolts in a zip loc for safekeeping until the plate gets replaced. Josh was with us as well in the service bay. Josh refused all attempts from my mother to reward him and his coworkers for the incredible act of courtesy they provided to us. Removing the plate solved the problem, and the car sailed down the interstates quietly from that point on.

The pressure that had built up for my mother was removed by this courtesy.and we made it to New Jersey on time for the planned celebrations. Thank you, Josh.100000 google star review

I bought a truck about a month ago and I had an issue with the battery. They had to come to my house the first weekend I had the truck and pick it up cause it would not start. They had my truck all weekend and called me Monday afternoon to come and pick it up it took all weekend to replace the battery. The following Thurs I had the same issue this time I talked to a manager and they said it was drawing power from somewhere and they could not figure it out after I sat there all day they finally gave me a loaner car and I did not hear anything til I called them.

They said they would keep me posted on what's going so Tuesday I get a call saying my truck was done but they had no one to get it from the Ford dealership so I went to get it. To this day no one from FX Caprara has reached out to me to see how the truck is doing. I will never go back and I will tell people my experiences with this company.

Thank you to the FX Caprera team/family for always making our vehicle purchases hassle free and super quick. Scott Webb always delivers top notch customer service. He listens to what we are looking for and doesn't try to put us in something we aren't going to love. Jennifer was very thorough and made the buying process that much easier. Thank you for helping me keep this a birthday secret from my husband. We will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases!

The level of service at this site has continued to degrade. Since day one of purchasing two Hondas, the service department continues to amaze us with their level of low performance. It's a shame. We have bought vehicles from Caprara car companies for over 40 years but we will never buy another Honda. Don't get me wrong, the vehicles are excellent, it's all due to their poorly run and managed service department team.

I just recently had 900 dollars worth of labor done on one of my vehicles for a service that was quoted for 640. Not only was the quote way off, the team left grease marks all over my door and seat. It's so difficult to work with the team that I would rather clean it myself than to take it back and have the problem rectified. During one visit we requested new brakes on one of the vehicles.

They installed brakes that continue to squeak and grind but no matter how often we go back to them, they informed us that this is normal. Until they fix the service department, I'd recommend driving somewhere else, perhaps Toyota or Ford, on outer Washington Street.

Nice place Rob Thomas my salesman was friendly understanding and did his best to accommodate my needs. He was very astute professional and patient with me. The whole staff has a positive vibe and are very approachable with a no bs no games attitude. If you don't want to beat around the bush give them a shot. Way more than just Hondas.
