It was our 2nd Volvo car that we bought from this business. Mr. Xavier is a true polite seller and gives accurate answers by thinking about his customer and analytically with him. He never gives false answers to questions he does not know. It will investigate and get back to you. He never tries to make a sale more your needs. We bought our 2nd vehicle from there in the last 5 years. I highly recommend it.

Sales is okay but their service department is bad. There are no loaner cars. More than an hour delay just to get the vehicle checked for service even after scheduling an appointment. Wi-Fi wasn't good either and the customer service overall was poor.

Sales process was good. But the service department is terrible. They never return voicemail if you leave one. They don't have loaner cars even though they promise you they will provide you one at point of sale. This was even pre supply chain shortage which is the excuse of late. My car is automatically breaking for no reason and their response "they all do that". Had to take my car in twice to get a basic weather strip fixed. Took a total of 6 days to fix. I have had all kinds of cars Mercedes, Audi, Toyota, etc. this is by far the worse customer focused service department I have ever experienced.

I had a very bad experience with this dealership. The manager, Kimo Eltork, was terible. He did not want to help at all. He was only trying to sell me the most expensive car. He was rude, basically telling me that either I buy the expensive one or there aren't any other cars to sell me. Do not go to this dealership, or at least when this guy works.

I had been looking for a Pre-Owned Volvo XC90 for over a year and dealt with many dealerships throughout the process. Working with Volvo Orange County was an absolute JOY compared to ALL of them. They were straightforward, honest, and VERY easy to work with. I even had the car shipped across the country and they helped to ensure it all went smoothly. Sam K. at the dealership always made sure I was taken care of, my questions were answered, and that the whole process went through smoothly. I can't recommend Volvo OC enough and am so thankful for them. I love my new vehicle and know you will too!

We purchased the XC40 twin charge all electric vehicle, 2022. We felt the staff was not knowledgeable about the vehicle. We were also given misinformation about being able to charge the vehicle for free for 2 years and that was not the case. We were also supposed to be given a code to register with Electrify America to get a discount to charge our vehicle, when we asked about it we were told the app would automatically recognize us.

When we tried registering on the app it asked for a code that was supposed to be given by the dealer. We contacted the dealer about it and 6 days later we still haven't received the code. Not pleased we our overall service.

2020 XC90 T6 Has been absolute garbage. It has a roblem with brakes squeaking non-stop. Then later, steering went out, to a point whee it couldn't be driven. It had to be towed, and the 2-3K fix was covered by warranty. Now, brake problems returned, allegedly to a point where the rotors (they had already been turned) and pads needed to be replaced front/rear.

It only has 30K miles! I inspected the brakes recently in my own shop while changing a flat tire and they were fine. We will never get another Volvo, much let return to OC Volvo.

I really like this Volvo dealership. Great advertised deals, transparent pricing for a safe luxury brand. They have a great selection even during this low supply situation. Their service is also really good, with nice people at the desk to talk with and helpful advisers like Leo to walk you through what they are working on, etc. Thank you!

I understand that we are in a shortage of cars currently, but when did customer service disappear? At this dealership their attitude is they don't need to provide good service as a result of inventory shortages. I guess they feel they will sell cars not matter what. I was shocked by the experience we had here and chose not to do business with them.

Alvin took great care of my repair and made sure to inform me of everything needed to be done and what i should be looking out for in the near future. He was upfront, courteous and offered me reasonable prices for the work performed. I have been to another dealership in the area who was exactly the opposite which makes me recommend this place even more. Volvo-OC services both our cars.
