They over charged me, noticed their mistake and have never paid back the money. The GM has been harassing me and my wife into making a 5 star review. Be careful, they will mislead you every step of the way and get mad at you for being upset about them not making it right.

The best place to make your first purchase as a car owner! I am from Phoenix and I happened to be in Tucson for the week. With a busy work schedule, Will Saul was able to accomadate all my needs and ensure that the first time buying a car was worthwhile. The staff at Volvo were so attentive to my needs and really made this car buying experience easy (which I was not expecting). Sammy Saul was able to take the time to explain everything to me financially so it was easy to understand.

The prices were also the most fair that I have seen after car shopping for the past week. They really do take the pressure off of you and just let you focus on getting the car you want! Thank you Will for all the help! Thank you Sammy for the guidance! Rick, Mike, Will and Sammy are great and I highly suggest giving Volvo cars a visit for your car shopping!

Bought a car Friday and due to it being late I did not notice the driver air bag was damaged. I contacted dealer they told me to bring it in and they told me it won't deploy, but won't write a letter to take responsibility if bag does deploy. The whole process so far has been shady from management and now it fees like they are avoiding my calls.

Reading previous reviews on googles it's clear they don't care about customer service and I will be escalating this to Volvo as this dealer has no morals and is giving Volvo a bad name. I will also be contacting BBB and filling a complaint, fixing something that a safety concern should be a priority especially a airbag. I will no longer do any business with Volvo of Tucson and I suggest everyone else does the same. GM Rick Saul told James my sales consultant that they will repair the air bag after escalating it up. As of now it seems like they are doing the correct thing and fixing my concern I had with the vehicle.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They do not care about their customers, their customer's cars, or potential new customers. I had an incident at this dealership I will cover later, but even prior to this incident, each time I walked into the dealership I wasn't greeted with a smile or any sense of friendliness. One time I went in my Volvo to test drive an XC40 and the salesman seemed burdened to let me drive it.

He made sure the test drive was as short as possible and didn't speak to me the entire time. After the test drive, he didn't offer any more information about the car or offer to have me drive other cars. Last time I took my car for service, the aftermarket suspension failed causing the front of my car to sit on the ground. It was obviously not drivable, but they drove it anyway, scraping the ground and bending both fenders with the tires.

That's just pure negligence in my opinion, no one thought to call me and let me know what happened and ask for my input on how to proceed. I requested compensation for the damage and the Service Manager, Paul and General Manager, Rick were not helpful or understanding in any way. Eventually, Rick told me to get a repair estimate and go from there.

The shop they suggested took months to get me an estimate and I ended up having to go elsewhere. Finally I get an estimate of $1800 and Rick offers me $500. This repair would obviously be more than $500, so why give me the run around for months instead of just offering that in the first place? At this point, I'm way more upset with how I've been treated by the management of this dealership than I am about the damage itself.

I have pursued legal action. I will not be returning to Volvo Cars Tucson and I cannot recommend anyone else visit this dealership. I expected a luxury car dealership to be better than a run of the mill sketchy used car place. Take your business elsewhere, Volvo Cars Gilbert has been fantastic so far. A night and day difference.

After many test drives at other dealerships, we met Daniel in sales, and we drove the XC90 Inscription and the rest is history! We have owned many types of luxury SUVs and were blown away at the capabilities of Volvo. The attention to detail, with the comfort and safety of the driver and passengers is incredible. Daniel is so knowledgeable on the Volvo line!

Everyone on the Volvo team made such a big deal of our 1st Volvo purchase. Volvo even has a tech trainer named Brandon who teaches you all about your vehicle functions all while still making you feel as if you're the smart one! The team approach is like nothing we've experienced at any other dealership.ever. If you don't include Volvo Tucson in your search for a new vehicle.you are missing out.

We are hoping the after the sale customer care is just as high class. Daniel, Martin, Aamar, and the rest of the parts and service team were very professional and knowledgeable aw well. This is our actual experience and no one paid us for this review

Purchased our 2021 out of state from Ashley Reed. She not only video chatted with me to help us see the car but took a full video walk around of it as well! The process itself had a few bumps but the staff and General Manager made it all worth while addressing any issue we had. Would highly recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a new or used Volvo! Thanks for everything!

Buying a car is never an experience I look forward to, especially in the current car market. I am in the Phoenix area, and was looking for a Ford F-150 when I saw this dealer happened to have a gently used one. Ricardo and I negotiated a deal I was comfortable with and took care of all the preliminary paperwork over the phone. When I got there, I did a quick test drive and the rest of the paperwork in less than an hour. No gimmicks or extra add ons, just the truck. I would do business with them again!

Yesterday I went in to purchase a car. My experience was so amazing. Marty (Rafa) Garcia was so fun to work with. My fiance and I were laughing and enjoying ourselves. From the crazy coffeemaker in the lobby(Give me an old Mr. Coffee),t o the stories we shared. I didn't even feel like I was buying a car, and I bought the car I've aways wanted. I will definitely be recommending my peeps to go talk to Rafa.

I don't know about the rest of the place but the used car/internet guys are super high pressure. I contacted them about a used car. Older, high miles small purchase. About $7500. They sent me a couple of pics and kept telling me the car would go through detail and their safety check. So I gladly waited. I am in Phoenix but was will to wait until it was ready to see it.

Then I start getting emails and texts from another guy. They told me the car had a line of people wanting to purchase and I needed to put $1000 down on it now. I am sorry but $1000 down on a car that is $7500 is a lot. And to ask for it before you even let the customer see good detailed pictures is pretty crazy too. It's too bad they really actually were nice and easy to deal with at first. But once their internet guy got involved it went down hill from there. After reading many of these reviews I see I am not alone in how I feel.

I went in just looking and found an amazing deal. Had to wait but Ashley Reed made sure she stayed in touch with us. Ashley Reed has been absolutely amazing working with us and the progress was quick.

Carlos is great. Very friendly and communicative. However, I've had my Volvo almost 2 years. On January 4 2022, I had a 50k service performed. Carlos and his team recommended a number of additional services, one of which was replacing brake/pads.after agreeing to this service they were replaced. Since receiving my car back, the brakes have done nothing but squeal and whistle to an annoying extent-regardless of pressure used on brakes.

Something that never happened before. I paid over 1k for service that day, therefore I expect better quality than I received. I did call to ask the issue to be fixed, however they suggested I have the car towed in because their next available date of service was 2 months out. I'm a law student, a business owner and mom of 3 small kids. I do not have the time to have my car towed and sitting in the shop for days at a time.

Especially when the issue at hand is due to their work fault. It's now one month past my service date and I still have this issue. I don't pay so much of my money monthly + for services for my "luxury" vehicle to sound like this. Due to this I have to take away stars.

Good afternoon, This is a text message I received from a sales associate at Volvo Tucson, I have purchased two vehicles regardless I am shocked at what this gentleman texted my wife. Just a little background of the story we purchased a V90 Type R wagon love the car as well purchase an extended warranty. We had a problem and service gave us a loaner which we pay for in or warranty.

The service had taken 5 or six days sales person texts my wife this and mind you they gave Ilya or car back on under a quarter tank it was dropped off full and we gave them the loaner back full which was given to us on a quarter tank. He is the text from James at Volvo of Tucson. "Good morning, I just wanted you to know I lost my sale on the car we loaned you because of the condition you returned it in.

We will need to professionally detail it again due to the absolutely trashed condition you left it in. I was shocked and so was my customer who was waiting for it's arrival. I guess this is not the first time you have returned a car in this condition. It's just hard to believe somebody would treat a premium luxury vehicle like that that was loaned to them at no charge. We will most likely need to make other arrangements next time for a vehicle."

Exit Carlos. Enter Chris. Todays experience a 180. Completely satisfactory- he even knew my back gate was controlled by pistons vs hinges like I told Carlos. No longer unhappy.

Good service, fixed my car, it took a while but through no fault of their own. My only concern was that NO ONE in the Volvo office wore masks. No one.

I was driving across the country in my new Volvo. and picked up a bad tank of gas that caused the check engine light to go on. Stopping over in Tucson on my journey, I stopped by and Carlos and the service team were able to squeeze me in, explain what happened, reset the light, and put my mind at ease for the rest of my trip. Even though I'm not a regular customer, they took excellent care of me - a testament to the professionalism of the service organization at Volvo Cars Tucson, and the general customer care of Volvo. Thanks again!

Ricardo Claure (sales) and Ammar Jafferi (finance) handled my transaction on my 2022 XC40. The transaction was smooth, not high pressure, and no up selling. Due to the microchip shortage there was another customer looking at the same Car I was negotiating on. It was literally the only XC40 on the lot. Instead of trying to use that as a tactic to sell me they actually assured me that it was nonissue and I was first in line and therefore had priority if we were able to conclude the deal.

We negotiated the terms, Business as usual, without any pressure included on a price that was fair. They gave on their car and I gave on my trade which ultimately ended up in a decent deal given the climate of vehicle shortages. Ricardo was a wonderful sales advisor and I would recommend him to anyone. Ammar didn't try to upsell me. Or add anything to the deal.

He was straightforward and honest. Which is exactly what I look for in a finance manager. They make a great team that you should consider connecting with if you're in the market for a new Volvo!

Absolute rip off artists Go here if you'd like to get les than half what your trade in is worth. Probably the worst dealership to visit in Tucson. These people are worthless thieves you'd be better off donating your car than dealing with these guys

Bought a used vehicle back at the end of November. I've only been able to drive the vehicle a total of 2 weeks since having it due to being in the shop for constant stalling. Luckily, Chris from maintenance was great and was able to finally get it taken care of it after 4 tries. However, upon getting it back, discovered that my shocks are bad.

This is definitely not something I've done in the matter of just 2 weeks which the salesman agreed with. Upon being suggested to the manager, I've hit a block wall. I've called and left messages asking for the manager to give me a call back, but he has not. All areas except maintenance seem to have terrible customer service skills. I will not be returning here for a vehicle in the future, and I would not recommend it to others.

If this is how you want your dealer speaking to you, go with Volvo. I had 4 calls and emails from 2 salesman who were so disorganized. This is no way to speak to a customer. His name is James.

Purchased a used car In April from James Golden. During the decision process he claimed that the background paper on the car was clear and there were no issues. I asked several times to see the "car fax" and he kept stalling. The purchased happened and after several trips to another dealer in town (the car was still under warranty) we decided it might be best to trade for a new model.

I thought that the dealer's offer to buy was low and they explained that the offer would have been higher had the car not previously been involved in an accident! That sales person showed me a CarFax which reflected that the car had been in a rear end collision. What a shock and disappointment. We took the loss and purchased a new model, fearing additional issues might crop up someday.

In order to express my displeasure with the Volvo dealer's dishonest behavior, I called Tucson Volvo and asked to speak with the General Manager or the Sales Manager. Neither returned my calls. I have owner 5 Volvo's over the years and if I purchase another one I will purchase from another dealer for sure. These people are not to be trusted.

My husband contacted the dealership and went in-person on 6/19/20 and was paired with Marty Garcia. He was always treated respectfully and kindly. The used van we were interested in was listed at $11,994 but it was not ready for sale yet. We waited two weeks as they prepared it for sale. On 7/10/20 my husband was finally able to check the van out and take it to our mechanic.

We decided to buy the vehicle. Marty gave my husband the papers to sign and he signed them. We were paying in cash (debit) and my husband was on hold with the bank to raise the limit on our debit card to make the transaction. AFTER signing the sale contract papers for $11,994, waiting two weeks, spending the entire day getting the used van checked out by our mechanic, and while he's on hold with the bank to increase our debit limit to pay for the van, Marty brings my husband a new piece of paper saying the dealership has decided to increase the price of the vehicle to $14,999.

Despite all of our communication of the price being $11,994, the public ads with the van at that price, AND the signed purchase contract, if we want to buy it they will only sell it to us for $17,000 out the door. My husband politely declined. I feel that this last-minute, arbitrary price change was very disrespectful to our time and my husband's intelligence.

The dealership confirmed with us multiple times the sale price of the vehicle and we even had a signed contract. Although the dealership wouldn't let my husband leave with the signed purchase contract, I'm including a screenshot of an email from the dealer confirming the price to my husband. This is a bad way to do business.

**ATTN** A year ago I fell on hard times and had to start over, I was sold a car that not only was a good deal but they worked so hard to get me approved with my damaged credit. fast fwd less than a year later I went in for services other than buying a car and The finance manager Ammar. and all the sales team. Reviewed my contract and gave me a few diff options nothing was pushed but was just really wanting a better deal.

Not only did he get me into a better an NEW car he was able to cut my interest rate in half. I wasn't in a position to put a down payment and for whatever reason they pushed and took my trade that they sold me an left me with no negative Equity. Worked with me on the deal to ensure I was satisfied with again no push or shove, I went to a few diff auto sales and was approved but with ridiculous high interest and more money down than what my original car was worth!

They said I had no chance with a score better than a year ago! So I'm saying this from my experience not once but twice, if you are lookin for a car or truck with no credit or bad credit MAKE THIS YOUR FIRST GOTO! I know my situation is far more complicated than the normal and if they can get me into a car they'll get you into a car. I was treated with understanding and compassion where I've never had that experience elsewhere. over all I wish I could give them a 10*! I'm not a paid advertiser IM JUST A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER WHO APPRECIATES EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE! Seriously even if your not looking to trade or buy, go see what they can offer you! -Amanda Marie Thank you so much Volvo! I love my JEEP!

Last Friday I contacted manager Martin Gonzales and told him what I wanted and got approved instantly and a great APR. The next day I made the 4 hour drive to Volvo Tucson and arrived after hours, but was still greeted by Martin and Marty who stayed late along with Ammar, the finance manager, who let me test drive the Shelby and made sure I was satisfied before buying the GT350! I'll definitely be back for my next car! It was a great car buying experience with no pressure whatsoever.
