It began out as a used car lot and then progressed to AMC. In 1980, Mr. Wagner began a Mercedes-Benz franchise. In between adding franchises to the Boylston location, Ronald Wagner realized that there was not a state-of-the-art body shop situated in the Worcester area. In 1987, Wagner Certified Collision Center opened its doors for business situated less than 1 mile from the Boylston dealership.

It was a wonderful experience walking into the new BMW of Shrewsbury dealership part of McGovern automotive group. The lovely woman at the front desk quickly greeted me and I was off to trade in my 2019 chevy 1500. I traded for a very low mileage 2019 640 which looks amazing! The loan rates were good and the process was really simple. Everyone involved was friendly, extremely helpful and informative on the process and the cars. Get one you know you want it!

Matt, my service manager at BMW of Shrewsbury listened and actively assisted in troubleshooting an ongoing issue with my 2019 X1, keeping the car over night and extending my loaner for an additional day so the service team and Matt could test drive the car and experience what I was describing. Successful diagnosis with the tech team and software configuration appears to have resolved my concerns. Thank you Matt for your exemplary service and congratulations on your promotion- well deserved!

The whole process was so smooth. They kept me informed through text messages and calls while I waited for my car to be serviced. Staff was friendly and Peter explained everything very clearly and took plenty of time answering my questions, which I appreciated. Great experience and I would recommend taking your car to BMW of Shrewsbury to be serviced.

What a friendly staff! I dropped my 2013 BMW off last Thursday for a few repairs. My steering wheel would shake when I braked and my whee was tight. After talking with the service advisor, Justin J., he told me that he would go over the ENTIRE car and do whatever he could to get any repairs I need covered by my warranty. The next day, in the morning, I was sent a short list of repairs his technicians recommended for my complaints about the car and then a couple more that he found while going through it.

The list had prices of the repairs and even pictures/videos of what was broken/going bad with video explanations of how that negatively affects the car with an attention rating from low to needing immediate repair. I was very happy with the list and even happier once I spoke to Justin and he told me he had already contacted the warranty company and figured out which repairs would be covered.

I gave him the go ahead on all the covered repairs and the ones I complained about. I wasn't pressured to do ALL of the repairs, it seemed they really did me a favor pointing them out to me as I was not aware. I left the car over the weekend and was delighted to hear it was ready for pickup that Monday. Justin gave me my out of pocket price over the phone so I knew exactly what I was getting into when I went to pick up the car.

I arrived for pickup late Tuesday afternoon and walked right in and sat down with Justin, we went over what was done., pricing, etc. He even did another repair, the valve cover gasket, also covered under warranty. I was only sitting with him for about ten minutes, once I had paid, one of the "valets", had already pulled my car up front. I got in and was off and super happy with how my car was driving as well as how helpful BMW had been. Thank you Justin J.! And thank you BMW of Shrewsbury!

The service team keeps it simple when communicating car repairs and creates short videos of the parts of your vehicle to explain repairs needed. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of through the service process. Easy and efficient loaner options when requested as well.

Had a couple of recalls recently completed on my e92, the service was great and they fixed my blower wiring, finally giving me back heat for the winter. Justin at the service center was very eager to answer any questions about the process and pick up times. Highly satisfied with my visit today. 10/10

Excellent, no haggle, no frills, experience. Rob & Garrett were extremely attentive & accommodating. From initial inquiry through test drive, and making the deal through finance, I never felt pressured like you typically feel with other dealers. READ: Extremely FAST service (no hours waiting to sign paperwork). The conversation was open & honest the entire process. Highly recommend visiting this crew if you're in the market for a new or used BMW!

The whole experience with BMW of Shrewsbury was great. My main contact Sergio was extremely responsive and was able to get me into an even better car than I had hoped for. The rest of the team was very genuine and helpful. Highly recommend.
