Diane was a NIGHTMARE! Do not work with her. She literally started yelling at me in front of my children because I wouldn't purchase a windshield warranty from her. Then told me she was not selling me a car! Ask for Brian if you are going to absolutely buy a car here. He is so kind and gets the job done and is great with kiddos if you have to bring them along.

He is not pushy and helps the process go fast! However, I don't want anyone to waste their time so here is the overall experience. They did not work on price, what you see is what you get, plus some type of warranty or they will not make a deal. (Our experience and also read similar experiences on yelp) We had to purchase the starlink and paint warranty(no idea what it is) was $900 less than the windshield warrnaty that you already pay for with your vehicle insurance.

I pre-ordered this vehicle because we were in desperate need. and the optional warranties are not an option at this location. If warranties are something you want, then this is the dealership for you. However there are dealerships who will sell you a vehicle without a warranty. Subaru in Olympia did not demand we buy any warranties upon purchasing our ascent but they did not have the Impreza we wanted which is why we continued with the purchase from this particular dealership.

I were in the market for a new vehicle and Subaru was om my short list of car brands. I had checked online through Truecar and I got a text from their sales team a few days later saying that they had just gotten a new Crosstrek in and wanted to know if I wanted a test drive. When I got there I worked with Jhamal and after the test drive we sat down to talk numbers.

He was friendly and worked with me to get me the best deal that I could get. I never felt like I were pressured to buy the car. I had told him upfront that if I didn't like the deal of felt uncomfortable in any sense that I would leave. Jhamal told me all about the car, the difference between the Crosstrek and the Outback. Through the whole process I always felt like I were treated like an individual VIP and not like just another sale.

I ended up leaving with a brand new Crosstrek and I'm happy with my purchase. From 1 (go somewhere else) to 5 (buy your Subaru here), I would give my experience a 5. If you're in the market for a new vehicle and Subaru is on your short list, check them out.

I would not recommend this company. They told me I was required to pay a $1695 mark-up. After I purchased the vehicle, I was reading though my documents and it said it was an optional windshield protection plan. I was able to call in and they told me I could get a refund. I came in on a Saturday and was told they only do refunds on the weekdays. This was complete waste of time. They not only waste your time, but use deceitful practices to get as much money from you as they can.

Took my car in here to get diagnosed for a part that was broken underneath my car. After ordering parts and getting them installed, they actually didn't replace the right part. This part is still broken and still held on by a bungee cord. These guys don't know what parts to order, even when looking at the exact part that is broken.

I was interested in buying a NEW Outback Wilderness model so I called the dealership and spoke with a salesman by the name of Jamal. I told him I noticed they had the model I wanted online as showing "This vehicle is in transit" and asked when the blue and green models showing would be in to the dealership. Jamal looked up the vehicles and said they would be in approximately April 9th, 2022 and that he would call me when they came in.

I realize they cars were probably pre-orders for other buyers, but I simply wanted to be able to see what the different colors actually looked like in person so that I could decide which color I would like to order for myself. Well, that was early March and we are now almost in May and still no call from Jamal or anyone else at Walkers Renton Subaru! Therre are now no green or blue vehicles on their website any longer and I'm sure those cars have long since come in and been delivered to the customers who ordered them.

I guess Walkers has all the business they need and therefore doesn't feel the need to get back to customers who wish to purchase a new car from them. Thank goodness there are many other Subaru dealerships in the area that are more responsive, have better follow-up, and are interested in doing business with me! Good-bye Walkers!

Aaron and others at Walkers are always so helpful. I have bought three subarus from them and will keep coming back. They are friendly and speedy with the service and they have arranged for me to have free loaner cars whenever the job takes overnight. The other day I just called could I get an oil change. They said come on in and we will finish within an hour.

There was also a tire problem. Well they found and extracted a nail from my tire without charge. The oil was done and the filtering as well. Some kind of discount was available I didn't know about so Aaron was able to apply it. I got text messages about the status of the car and a nice set of radio buttons to approve any suggested repairs. I was informed over the course of my only 90 minutes of waiting where the car was and what was being done to it. Then, bonus, after I paid a reasonable $200 for oil and filter change and tire nail extraction and rotation, I got a free car wash coupon.

These people are always nice and have no impulse to gouge customers. They have also applied warranty protection when it mattered saving me hundreds because they petitioned the outside warranty group to take the claim that might have been disputed. Thank you Walker Subaru and all your helpful employees!

CHAOS! Unprofessional, shady behavior. Sales team seemed rather pushy about a certain used vehicle and since it was "the only thing they had in our price range" we agreed to purchase it. With in a week the engine started making a knocking noise, there was a scraping/squeaking coming from the driver side wheel assembly, and the driver window is stuck in the down position. We still don't fully know who our finance company is going to be. Every time we call they tell us they will call us back. Still waiting on that call.

GIVE SHANEL A BONUS/PROMOTION/RAISE! As I was waiting in the lobby, this horrible bald dude started to yell at Shanel out of nowhere (probably because he has a small penis) and she handled it beautifully! The customer service here is elite. I came for a 60k service and someone quickly provided me with a CARFAX of all of my previous services. They offered me a shuttle back to my house and text messaged me with updates on my car.

I'm really thankful for all of great attention that the employees gave me, especially my friend, Chase. Chase has attended me good, explaining me everything and every question I asked Chase would answer it right away. Chase is worked hard to give me a good price and a good financing. As I entered the building, I was welcomed and treated greatly.

Bought a pre-owned like 3 weeks ago, one of the tire pressure kept going low. I still remember the day I got the car, one of the tire was at 29 PSI and other three were at 35 PSI. I didn't think too much and thought it was okay. It kept going low every time I drove it. It was part of my responsibility not checking the car well when I took it home, and I shouldn't make the decision that fast.

The pressure light was on after I got my plan for a long trip in two days. It needed to do the replacement but had to take fews days to approve my ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY and order the new tire. So why did they sell the used car with damaged tire? They didn't check everything before they sell it! After few days I back from my trip, they told me the warranty is not covering the tire shipping that cost $75.

The day I bought the ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY, they told me it would cover everything. And now they tell me I still need to pay $75 for the tire shipping but I already pay a thousand something for the warranty. Ridiculous! I'm extremely disappointed with Walker's Subaru. Do not recommend you buy car here unless you love to waste time and money!

My outback had a rattle issue on the front and I took it in. Alex in service took care of us. They found an issue with the steering gearbox and needed to be replaced. My car was a few weeks out of warranty, but they were gracious enough to cover it for me. With a new child and the wife not working many hours, that was a life saver. All in all great experience

Went in for a routine oil change. Seemed fine at first until two days later when I ran errands all day and noticed it smelled like burning motor oil. Opened the hood and it looked like a crime scene, OIL SPLATTERED EVERYWHERE AND DRENCHING MY ENGINE. The oil cap was holding on for dear life since it hadn't been screwed on properly. I am very fortune it didn't fall off and get lost somewhere in Seattle.

As a traveling nurse that needs a reliable car I am extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and worried about my safety since they also did my tire rotation. hope the oil cap was the only thing they didn't screw on right.

Chase helped me to buy my new-to-me 2017 Subaru Forester Touring, yesterday. To say that car shopping is a stressful experience for me would be a gross understatement, but he and the entire team put me at ease and made the process smooth. Chase answered all of our questions and worked with me to find an option that was within my price range and more than met my expectations in bells and whistles.

What started as a stress filled, overwhelming day, ended in me driving my new vehicle home and feeling great. Bonus - I even walked away with some excellent restaurant recommendations, as we are fairly new to Washington! Thank you, Chase!

Ask about the "Additional Shop Charges" on your service bill and they will not be able to explain what it covered and/or what it was used for. If the price changes, they can't tell you why. If you bring this up, they will offer to pay the difference so you don't leave a bad review. I wasn't planning on leaving a bad review until 4 months had passed and they still didn't have the part I need for my Crosstrek.

They never called me or returned my calls to check on it. Frustrated, I eventually spoke with their parts department who told me it was shipped to them but returned to sender. Meanwhile, my service agent told me it was on back order and never received. I think there are better Subaru dealerships out there.

Made arrangements to trade in a car today. We had been working with Diane, one of the sales people, but she seemed relatively new because she kept forgetting our discussions over the last few weeks, and delayed our trade-in day twice. Overall, not a huge deal. We got there today, and she seemed very apprehensive to show us the out-the-door price, but eventually provided it.

I guess we weren't quite as enthusiastic as her usual buyers, because she asked us if we "trusted" her and "liked" her. No, we just met you, and want to buy a car. She didn't like that answer, and told us that she did not want to sell to us if we didn't like her. She also subtly insulted our income, told us there was "absolutely" no negotiating, called us "combative" for asking to see the out-the-door price, and then bragged about how she's such a good salesman.

Overall very bizarre, but they must be so flush selling new cars that they don't care about customer service. Been to a few car dealers in our time, and this was the worst experience we've ever had. Car looked cool though! Probably would've bought from a different salesman. Edit: Just bought from Carvana instead. Way easier, and they offered $2500 more for our trade-in!

I needed a rear view mirror replaced and walked in to meet with one of the service guys. He happened to be on lunch so a girl hopped up and happily intervened to help me. Her name was Alex and she was so professional and accommodating. She checked out my car's mirror and got on the computer to order the part. She gave me an estimate and I was on my way. She really made the whole process easy and friendly. I recommend this company if you have a Subaru.

I explained exactly what I wanted to have checked on my car, rather than explaining they couldn't do what I asked they ran a "diagnostic" which is just a walk around. They make estimated guesses on what could potentially be the issue rather than actually testing or seeing if something is working or not. Charging you an outrageous amount and wasting your gas, oh and make sure you pay attention to your mileage cause they may take your car on a 20 minute joy ride and not log it on their service. I've never been so disappointed by a service department. Stay clear from here unless you're a gluten for punishment and like to throw away your money.

Sales team practices deceitful tactics. Beware when dealing with Alec, one of their managers. Sales rep agreed upon a selling price and our case was forwarded to Finance desk for finalization And we paid $5K down payment. We later caught that selling price is higher than agreed upon price. Upon probing Alec was defensive and suggested inventory crunch as the reason to markup price than what we agreed to. we were asked to take back down payment made earlier and so the deal was off.

This is one of the easiest and hardest reviews I have written. Brian Saeteurn is absolutely awesome. He was kind and fair. I am a fleet manager so I buy cars for a living and I can't say enough positive things about Brian. Saddly due to the supply of the car we were looking at were unable to make a purchase from him. Thats how good he is. I feel bad not spending my money with him. If anyone is looking for a subaru, give Brian a call. He will treat you well!

My previous car unexpectedly died on me so I was in a bind for a new car. I went to a used car sales lot in Burien and remembered why I didn't want to have that kind of experience. Kevin at Walker's Renton Subaru was great. I felt like family. He listened to all of my input, suggestions, and questions. He gave honest feedback and was able to give me more than plenty of confidence to buy from them.

There were also multiple instances where they went above and beyond. I purchased my Impreza and when I took it to my mechanic for the used car inspection, it passed with flying colors. Walker's ensured that the oil was freshly changed and well as over 50 other points of inspection. The car also came with weather mats, new tires, and a few other nice amenities.

I never felt pressure to buy the car. At the same time, it was the car that I wanted and Kevin helped me come up with a situation that made sense for me. The service department was also a great help. Justin was there early on a snow day and was able to get me taken care of in half the time that I expected. Lastly, I want to commend Walker's for their partnership with the pet organization. Kevin was able to hook up my boy with his own Subie (A Forester)! Couldn't be happier!

Had an absolutely terrible experience here over the weekend. Walked in ready to buy a WRX, but ended up saying "fuck this" and walking out after being treated so badly. They swapped out the salesperson halfway through the experience. I went from someone who would polite and engaging to someone (i think named 'Felix') who was extremely rude and treated me like i was both a waste of his time and someone who should be happy he was giving me the time of day.

I had had an extremely great test drive, and I was just trying to decide between a new or CPO model. In the end I walked out so angry that this person just would not give me a straight answer on anything or treat me with any civility. Absolutely horrid salespeson. Never going back.

Service - I brought my car in for a recall on the rear gate. They told me they might need it for a day so I got a loaner car. The rear gate only opens a quarter of the way. I called to get it corrected & they told me I would have to leave it for the day and could not get a loaner car for two weeks. I received a service survey to complete from Walker Subaru & I said recall rear gate only open slightly - they did not reply to me.

I brought it to Michael's Subaru who were able to give me a loaner car within the week. The service guy who checks you in was able to determine a button on the dash board was pushed. Someone warned me she always had something wrong after she brought her car into Walker for service. I will now take my car to Michael's Subaru for service from now on!

Subaru failed to pay off Volkswagen despite that being in our agreement for the trade in. I called one month later when I got a bill and finance said it was taken care of (they never looked into it). It wasn't until I got another bill a month later and spoke to several different people at the dealership before they handled the situation.
