Working with Walko was a nice departure from the traditional Toyota Service Center. The horn stopped working on my Prius and because I found Walko in an online search about reconditioning my batteries years ago for another vehicle, I always kept them in mind due to their knowledge of hybrid vehicles. I came to WALKO for my oil change on my 2015 Subaru Cross Trek because I know I can trust them to be honest with me. I have been coming to them since 2002, as well as my daughters and husband who was a mechanic foreman for Plainfield DPW for 45 years. The mechanics and office staff are very kind and helpful always. Any time I may have a question, I know I can call and talk to Kyle or Barney and they will do their best to help me.
