Happy to report I've been going here for years took wife's car in. assumed it was starter. And they checked everything else and kept the car overnight just to make sure very happy and going here for years.

I went in looking for a brand new HRV. Larry was our sales associate and he went above and beyond giving us the best test drive experience I've ever had and as well explaining everything out in the vehicle and how it works. He was not pushy what so ever and as well showed us what the payment plan will look like. Dave as well helped us out and showed us how much it would be with the interest rate that we wanted through my bank and as well explained that right now they are one of the few that do not mark up above MSRP, as we know right now dealerships are marking up the vehicles. Even though I ended up not purchasing a vehicle through them because my husband and I decided to just keep our 4Runner, I highly recommend them. Thanks again Larry and Dave.

Key fob notified me it needed a new battery so went to the closest Honda service. Not sure where to pull in as I came up in the back, they told me park anywhere and go right to service counter. He asked for the keys, popped it open, I paid less than $9. Drove through the service bay to front and away.

This place is awesome. I needed to get my shade/visor fixed. They ordered it prior a few days and when I arrived George In the parts department installed it in less than five minutes. Super professional and great guy! Each time I visit the service or parts it's a great experience.

Service has always been good but today it was excellent! I went to today without an appointment to get my oil changed. I was told it'll take one to 1.5 hours but it was done in maybe 30 minutes or less. Wow! I left my car and after 10 minutes of walking went back to grab something I needed in the car but the car was already done getting serviced. It was pleasant surprise! Also, Michael was very helpful and explained everything to me.

I can also say, please trust them if they tell you you need a new battery soon or etc. I didn't listen to them and boy do I regret it! (But it was an interesting adventure). Price has gone up a little but this place is so convenient for me to take my car. It's near Target and tons of cafes and restaurants.

I contacted many dealers to find the car I wanted given current shortages. While I did not end up placing a deposit here, only due to distance, I am sad not to give Walnut Creek Honda and Pete my business. He was direct, courteous, professional and responsive. I was able to get a detailed quote electronically, and the price was very reasonable even with a markup for non-local buyers.

If that's not sufficient interaction to trust my opinion, read other reviews including the negative ones. I see only minor complaints, no red flags, and individualized responses rather than automatic replies. I have seen nothing to indicate this business is anything other than exemplary.

Long story short: we decided to shop elsewhere simply because of Zack Osteen, who was the most unprofessional and condescending salesperson we have ever had the privilege to work with. It is clear that there exists a huge gap between his assessment of his customer service skills and his actual skills.

My car has fallen victim to an engine block issue and I called Honda WC to inquire on new engine costs. Johnny was my service advisor and he was so sweet. It's a frustrating issue and he talked through all of my questions, shared more insight into the problem and gave me options for how to tackle. It means a lot when you're dealing with a car problem for your primary mode of transportation and someone gives you excellent customer service.

Huge thank you to Johnny. I've used several Honda service centers throughout my 15 year Honda ownership experience and this interaction alone makes me a huge fan of the team at WC Honda.

If your looking to purchase a vehicle I strongly recommend WC Honda and ask for Luis. Luis was such a pleasure to work with. He was extremely nice, funny, knowledgable, and he didn't push anything unnecessary. It was like talking to a friend. He explained all the features and answered all my questions. If I every purchased another vehicle I will be going back to WC Honda and work with Luis.

Very much appreciative of WC Honda Service Center's no non-sense hidden fees, straightforward, and excellent service. This service center made a believer out of me that even a car dealer service center can keep reasonable fees for its expert services available. So, I don't take my Hondas for mechanical work to other service centers. I highly recommend this place.

Honda services was great got helped right away all was good until one of the customer service guys asked me in a condescending tone " did your mom buy you this car or did you" sorry I don't think you need that information to change my oil?

Their New Car sales side is. pathetic. We drive up on the lot and there is a big sign "Ask us about our our big inventory in a remote lot". Walk into the show room and talk to a sales rep, we're looking for an SUV. He walks us outside to show us the TWO new cars they had. Literally two. That was it. Not two SUV's, not two makes and models. TWO total new cars, on their entire lot.

Across the street is Ford, hundreds of new cars. Heck you can even test drive the Mach-E. Down the road is VW, tons of new cars. But WC Honda? Well, maybe it's service department is ok, but skip it if you're looking for a new car.

I have had great experiences getting my Honda Civic repaired at Walnut Creek Honda. Very professional, friendly, and experienced staff. This is a longtime locally and family owned business, and they care about the community and their reputation. I learned that most other dealerships are owned by large national corporations that are not based locally, so it's a different experience coming to WC Honda.

I also know WC Honda has a very low turnover in staff, which says a lot about their management and the owners of this business. They care about their customers and their employees, which means customers get better service. I have also noticed that they have very experienced and senior Honda mechanics here so you will get the work done right the first time without a guessing game on what's wrong with your car (which can be costly and time consuming for the car owner). I have tried other Honda dealers in the area, and there is no comparison to Walnut Creek Honda. Great people, great service, and they stand behind their work.

Low pressure tire check light came on, so I thought it would be a good idea to have it checked by the dealer for safety. I didn't have an appointment, but stopped in because it was something that could potentially be a safety issue. Good thing. There was a screw in the tire. The very nice service tech went over it with me and the options. I didn't realize that my vehicle also needed service.

Then my brain scrambled with what to do, how to get from here to there, the timing, my work schedule, all the dilemmas at once. The tech helped me work through, let me know they could do the tire and service today, and even had a shuttle available to take me to/from. Everyone from the service techs, to cashier, to shuttle were very courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. A lot of worry and pressure was taken off, and I appreciate Walnut Creek Honda Service.

I bought a 2022 HRV this month and it was amazing. This has been by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Larry went above and beyond to make me and my partner feel like family. He was personable, attentive and really knew what he was talking about. Larry made sure to make my partner feel included in the purchase while so many other dealerships didn't even bother talking to her. I am going to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family, this is where I will continue to purchase cars in the future. 100/10 experience.

Spent a few hours here yesterday and it's the best car buying experience i've ever had! family-owned and family-friendly business, no bs, no pressure. the men and women we interacted with were all so kind to us and our kids and made us feel very welcome. my favorite part was that they have a "wall of shame" for other dealerships in the bay that are price-gouging their customers. i hope for your sake that if you need a new ride you can go chat with them, if you head to another dealer in the east bay you are probably getting ripped off. thank you especially to Larry and Zack for sending us off in our new Odyssey!

If you take your Honda here, you know the repair work will be done correctly to Honda factory standards, and this dealer will stand behind their work. This is a longtime locally and family owned Honda dealer (most nowadays are owned by large corporations). As a result, this dealership has a connection to the community and works very hard to maintain their excellent reputation.

The service center has many long term and very experienced mechanics and support staff. The staff here seem happy and seem to like their jobs, which is a reflection of the excellent management and ownership. I had bad experiences with another Honda dealership, and I'm so glad I found WC Honda. Friendly and helpful staff who do great work.

My car was a fair price for the current market, nice salespeople, didn't push anything unnecessary. Immediately getting home after purchasing, one of my side markers was loose and my AC was making a hissing noise, which brings me to writing this review: amazing people in the service center. Nicest people I could ask for. They handled things clearly and quickly, and even shuttled me back and forth between my house. David rules, didn't get to thank him in person.

Manager offered me $1,462 below blue book fair condition for my trade. I asked him why. He said blue book wasn't useful, and that the blue book says they should be selling for above msrp, which they don't. Looked up the vehicle that I was trying to purchase and in fact they're selling it for $1,628 above blue book. So below blue book on what they buy, above blue book on what they sell.

Must be a good business model if you can keep it. Edit: no, you were not selling below blue book. I put the exact amount ABOVE blue book you were selling for. Simply saying in a conclusory fashion that you were selling for below doesn't make it so. You say it was BELOW retail list price Is probably true. But it should be selling for BELOW retail list price since it had over 20,000 miles on it. In other words, if you're going to get all self-congratulatory cause you're selling a used car for less than the new list price, well, then, yeah. Go you.

Brought our vehicle in for an issue recently and had a very bad experience with service advisor Amanda. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. If you are lucky, you'll get one of the other service advisors. But I'm not sure it will make much of a difference since we've brought this vehicle in multiple times now and they can't seem to fix the issue.

I have worked with two Honda Dealerships in the past and all my experiences had been awful! This time around I went to Walnut Creek Honda knowing exactly what I was looking for and determined to walk right back out of there if I was not happy but Larry was so great and so nice and it ended being a super easy transaction despite the fact that dealerships are really hurting for cars right now.

As a woman and because of my past horrible experiences with dealerships, my husband and I said the second the salesman turns to him to start asking him what he wants we are walking (he is not buying the car, I am!) and Larry did not disappoint. He was super sweet and full of fun facts, he was also very, very clear with his explanations and just what he was doing (asking if he could reach over me to press a button) and while he and my husband got along he understood that I was the one making the decisions.

I was surprised with the value I got for my trade in and while they didn't have the car I wanted the day I went there they expected it to be shipped in sometime over the weekend. It came in Friday morning, Larry got everything taken care of before I was even off work and all I had to do was sign some papers and drive my new car home. All in all it was a far better experience than any other Honda dealership I have worked with. Thank you Larry! And Basilios was super helpful and gave me some great advice about a Costco credit card.

I was prompted to write this after having to bring my Odyssey in for service. It did begin as frustrating experience, however Walnut Creek Honda is a perfect example of a business that understands that things break and often don't go according to plan, what is important is how you respond to those situations. Dave the service director and Gordon the General Manager are true professionals and I can not imagine anyone else doing a better job of handling an upset customer.

They are professional, knowledgeable and just all around great at their jobs. Thank you. I will tell anyone looking to buy a Honda to buy it at Walnut Creek Honda, and if someone is looking for a different car I will tell them to buy a Honda from Walnut Creek Honda. I can not end this review without giving a shout out to our sales professional Zach, really easy to work with, knows his stuff and doesnt waste anytime, go see Zach.

Who knew buying a car could be kinda fun? After a day of searching for the car I wanted in this hellish landscape of car shortage, I finally found the one! I came from Oakland area but it was well worth the short drive. I knew I wanted to lease an HRV but had previously been quoted a very high price at a different dealership. Walnut Creek Honda had ONE left and quoted me a monthly price that was $200 less than the one I had been offered elsewhere.

I went straight there and got it. Larry helped me, he was great. Nothing felt pushy or stressful. We talked about astrology! It felt very natural and the finance manager was also very helpful. In addition to being super helpful with the finance process, and explaining everything to me in a way that I could understand since it was my first time leasing a car (yet also not condescending), he actually did me a favor and looked up the KBB value of my old car which is going to be totaled since it was badly damaged in a hit & run.

He also gave me some tips for dealing with my insurance company to get the maximum payout for my totaled vehicle. Really they went above and beyond. Of all the dealerships I went to today (I think 5?) Larry was the only salesperson to offer me some water and an elbow bump "handshake." I think this dealership is probably great at fostering long-lasting relationships as opposed to being all about getting the most out of someone. I would highly recommend and I will def be coming back here when I need to get a car again.

I'm so glad I didn't waste my time by going to this dealership. At first I was going to go there directly and had scheduled an appointment with Zack but due to COVID, I decided to reach out to several local dealerships via email to get the best OTD price for a 2020 Honda Fit EX-L. Prior to my appointment, I told Zack the lowest offer I had and asked him if WC Honda could make a better offer.

He told me he couldn't send a response to me since he wasn't at work to draw up the numbers. A sales manager called me instead and said the best OTD price they could offer would be 1.2K over the lowest offer I had. That's ridiculous! They really couldn't at least match? Zack then reached out to me and said if the dealership I was going to tried anything sleazy, I could still stop by.

I went to AutoNation Honda Fremont where I had the lowest offer and I'm so glad I did. Fremont Honda was honest, offered the best price, and they even had better inventory.
