Pre-owned, used, second hand, it doesn't matter what you call it. Yes, the vehicle had an owner before, but that doesn't mean it's not ready for a second life. Woods inspects each and every vehicle we take in trade. The best ones are reconditioned and given a second chance; the ones that don't meet the cut are sent to the auction.

My experience with Woods was excellent. While it took nearly nine months for my Polaris 1000 XP to arrive to NB, Woods team performed the ordered upgrades and delivered my new UTV promptly thereafter. Matt personally gave us an introductory test drive patiently answering all my senior citizen type questions. Thinking back, when we first arrived to Woods showroom, we were greeted by Michael and immediately felt comfortable after speaking with him for fifteen minutes or so until our phone salesman Matt came back from lunch.

The routine of the introduction to the service department, and then the finance guy was not too unpleasant. The finance guy tried and failed to up the price of the dealership installed doors, roof, and windshield by $800, but I don't blame him for trying. Not our first rodeo my friend. Inflation is being felt by all of us.

My experience was decent. It was pretty a simple transaction. The dealership doesn't have any Polaris 1000s in inventory so I ordered one with a fortress roof Everything was great except it took an extra four to five weeks to receive the machine. I understand the supply chain issues, but when the expected delivery date has lapsed and then I get hit with a $2000.00 price increase that took place between the expected delivery date and actual delivery date it stings a little and thus 3 stars.

For complete transparency I did sign something that says there could be a price increase and they didnt charge to deliver the machine to my house in Canyon lake, but just letting you know that if the machine was delivered as expected to the dealersip, I could have avoided the extra $2K. It just didn't feel right and in the future I will probably just look for an inventory item, because of the price volatility. I do like the Polaris and it runs well.

Great experience with Woods. My salesman in particular, Daniel. The day after I purchased my motorcycle from them one of the saddlebags fell off and it was the easiest experience I've had getting taken care of. They picked up my bike on a trailer from my house, I don't live close either, did a full inspection on it to make sure nothing else was overlooked, then trailered it back to me.

They Replaced the bag, and gave me a free oil change. People make mistakes, but it's how you get them fixed that really shows what kind of business you run and the guys here are awesome. Seeing how they handled that situation makes me confident that I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

My barely used 2016 Goldwing is the third grownup toy I've purchased from Woods and the second time that Daniel was my sales guy. I've had only awesome experiences here and will continue to come back. Thanks to Daniel for making the buying experience painless and even fun. Nate, in Parts, clearly loves his job and does it with a big smile. He says his job is "to make cool stuff cooler!". Thanks again to everyone at Woods CC!

These guys/gals are top notch! Just purchased my second Polaris from them and experience is just as good if not better than my last. Rob my salesman was great in keeping me informed about my order due to extend delays from the manufacture. Julio in parts was able to get me the light brackets and winch mount I have been looking for, parts were in stock!

And Kelly in finance was great to work with! Hats off to the entire team, there is a reason why I continue driving past 3 other powersports dealers to go to Woods Cycle, hope this help in your decision on where you should go.

I've bought 3 motorcycles from woods now, these guys always perform to impress. But I have to do a more detailed shout out to these guys on this one. From Caleb and Jess giving all their attention to me and getting their part done to handing me over to Donna and Adrian for accessories and extras and then Kelly going above and beyond to make it all happen financially which I know was not easy on this purchase.

To even Indian motorcycles for recognizing military veterans which I hope they continue to do. I named these Woods cycle staff on this because this was a big purchase for me and they made it painless and enjoyable. Best service ever thank you all and the rest of Woods Cycle staff for trying to do your best.

Came in for a jacket, pants, boots, 2 helmets, gloves, oil, filter, various fluids, and a few other things. Unfortunately, none of the nearly 2 dozen employees would even make eye contact. Wanted to support a local business, but I can spend this $1800 online just as easy. Way to make a first/last impression. Never coming back.

Christmas came a bit early!any one looking for a new ride go see Woods Cycle Country ask for mike bloodworth guys straight tells it like it is, parts manager & service manager are very helpful as well even in the rain ! they listened to what i wanted and my expectaions. even explained me out of a more expensive model due to the more expensive one didnt have the warrenty i wanted and it was more geared towards serious deep mud and off road. and the texas edition was capable and came with everything our family needs / wanted. Finally only one thing to take care of. thank you guys @woodscyclecountry again for the help and being out in that cold / rain. see yall soon for the first service.

I hate dealerships like this! I'm an avid motorcyclist, currently owning over 20 motorcycles. I've bought 4 new bikes in the past year, 1 in the past week. Motorcycles are my passion. Anyway, this dealership had a 2021 and 2022 model I was interested in, I told them I was paying cash, asking - any discount for the 2021?, they say 'NO'. Any discount for cash sale?, they say 'NO'. So, full MSRP, full destination, full prep, full documentation, but they want $50 more for the 2022 destination/prep after telling me they charge what the manufacture does, the manufacturer states the same charge for both years on their website, so I mention this to Matt, the sales guy. he says 'NO'. WOW!

Lose a deal over $50. $50 is no big deal to me, it's the principle. This dealership has no idea how to pull new customers. BYE, "family owned" WOODS! RE: Response to owner: Deal? Full price on every front, plus extra for destination for a cash paying customer is a deal? Laughable! Good luck on your next 40 years, I'll be buying many more new bikes from other dealerships. Your dealership is clueless.

I purchased two ATVs for me and my son. We planned a trip with several friends. Three days before the trip one of the ATVs started acting up. I brought it to Woods Cycle and begged them to look at it. They did and they ended up repairing it in time to make the trip. This was incredible service and I was grateful for taking the ATV in on emergency. Karah is awesome to work with and I thank Ryan for allowing the techs to work on it. We had no issues on the trip and are thankful Woods Cycle Country saved the day for us!

Highly recommend! Matt in sales had everything ready for us when we got there. We drove 178 miles to get my Ryker Rally and are not disappointed. Finance was upfront and honest and, all of the paperwork was ready to sign and exactly what we agreed to. Parts and service were thorough and helpful as well! All around EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE experience! Thank you Woods!

We had a very good experience, only 1 heekup, they put in my name not our. Wife was upset. very nice people, salesman was fun, easy-going. Took some time but other than that it was all good. I would recommend checking WCC before you buy anywhere else. Wolverines x2 rock, love it

10/10 WOULD BUY FROM HERE AGAIN! Every single step of my purchase here went smoothly and was handled professionally and with a smile. Talk to my guy Rob. Great sales guy! Everyone there was great but Rob started it by texting me back when I asked for a quote online. He answered a lot of questions over text and always responded when I texted him. Woods itself has got the only showroom in the central Texas area right now that is actually stocked and not looking like its about to go out of business. Lots of selection to choose from. I will continue to drive past a power sports store to go to Woods every time now!

I drove 75 miles to purchase and part exchange my bike, just to avoid having to use RideNow again. I'm extremely pleased I did, as the experience you get with Woods Cycle Country is far superior. The sales people are extremely friendly and make you feel part of the family. I was introduced to all the different department members that I would need to speak to in the future, (parts, service etc) and the purchasing process was smooth and easy.

I was able to part exchange my ride and be out on my new bike within the same day. Shout out to Daniel the salesman who helped me and made my new purchase an enjoyable experience.
