Came in to check out their Zero-Turn mowers. We were immediately helped by Donna, who was super friendly and knowledgeable about all their products! She helped us determine which model was the best fit for us and let us test drive it. I am so glad we did not buy from Home Depot or Lowes as this place has much better customer service!

Went to worcesters looking for a zero turn mower and what a great selection for not only commercial mowers, but also home owner mowers as well. I told the sales team my desires and they were more than happy to accommodate me. They also were more than helpful offering multiple financing options to fit my needs. I will return there for ally equipment needs in the future.

Always a great place to go for repairs and parts for anything. Very knowledgeable staff prefer them over the big box stores anytime.

Inquired about a mower, they said they have it ordered but could not guarantee the price. I offered to either put a deposit in or pay for it in full up front and they said they still could not lock in the price, it might go up. So to be clear, they ordered it at one price, I'm willing to pay that price in full, right now and they said "depending on demand" that price may change. How is that possible? I guess they are into price gouging their customers.

Nice employees and very helpful at finding what you need. Although seemed a bit over priced, at least for the part I was looking for.

My brand new Airens Classic 24 snowblower was improperly assembled by Lowes and would not engage the transmission drive. Aieren's warranty service referred me to Worcester's. Jim in service was fantastic in arranging pick up and delivery. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the machine next day. He coordinated the warranty coverage with headquarters as well.

His colleague Adam who picked up the unit and delivered gave me a crash course on operating the blower. They even covered the pickup and delivery. Lesson to self avoid big box stores for major equipment. I couldn't be more pleased with Worcester's.

Went to look at enclosed trailers have great selection. Browsed a little in store. Looked like many food options for dogs and farm animals. Lots of outdoor power equipment for the yard.

I would not suggest this store for any black peoples unless you like being in uncomfortable situations where you don't feel welcome unless you have money in hand honestly

I've never actually been into this store, and have lived a short distance from it for a while now. but today on my way to work i noticed a wasp, on the inside of my trunk window. i'm freaking out, so i pull over into worcester's and ask their employee if she would be willing to help me please get it out. she put her jacket on and came out in the rain to help me. it may not be what they typically do but i'm so glad she did!

Took my goat hoof shearers in to see if they were able to sharpen them and they were able to do it right away. I wandered around while I waited and all the people who worked there were friendly and said hello. I was pleased with the quality of the sharpening I had done and my goat agrees, it's much easier to trim his hooves now. I checked out the feed store and will be going back for cat food as well.

Great, local feed store. Prices are slightly above rural king and tractor supply. I'm knocking one star because the young kid at the counter didn't offer to help me load 200 pounds of food ( I was unfortunately in a suit) and he wasn't busy. If the old lady is ther, she makes him help, but they won't without supervision. Not a big deal. Good store.

We bought a Stihl blower from Worcester about 11 years ago and it has done its job and served us well. However, after 11 years of use, it was time for a tune up. I decided to take it back there and have it serviced. When I dropped it off, I was told there would be an UP-FRONT, $55 "diagnostic" fee to see what the problem was and that this fee would be applied towards the fix.

I figured it was going to be around $75-$100 for service and tune up so I agreed to it. The service guy told me that the price would be $120 MAX. Again, I figured this was reasonable after 11 years of use so I agreed. Almost two weeks later, I received a call that it was a worn out carburetor and it was going to be $195 TO FIX IT! A BRAND NEW blower is around $230.

Very angry, I grabbed my still broken blower and decided to look to Amazon to find a new carb. $15 dollars later and about 20 minutes worth of mechanical work by myself, the blower runs beautifully. You mean to tell me that it was going to cost $195 to repair a blower with parts that cost $15 on the open market? (As a side note, when I disassembled my blower by myself, dirt and grime that would have had to been removed during the "diagnostic" wasn't.

This leads me to believe that they never even took the blower apart to actually see what was wrong, just FYI) This is a very dishonest business and I would not recommend anyone buying or getting repaired anything here. You WILL be overcharged.

This establishment has the worst service department on the westside, not only are they incapable of fixing an oil leak on a brand new piece of equipment' they gave me an estimate on repairing a snow blower I bought from them, the estimate was over $550.00 and that's with no engine damage. I balked at the price of the repair and had them return the snow blower.

It was returned to me in pieces and looked like the bucket was dragged across the shop floor. I fixed it for $60.00 dollars and it didn't take me long at all. The fact that the owner would let the service manager where a MAGA hat to work should have been my first tip that they really don't give a crap, I bought a zero turning radius ridding mower, edger and a three stage snow blower from Worchesters, but never again.

I have purchased numerous items and had a few items serviced at this location. While I feel the sales end was adequate, I am pretty disappointed with the service. Crazy slow to get anything done. On more than one occasion it took over 6 weeks to get an estimate and diagnosis of a problem. This last time (11/14/16) I took in a virtually new snow blower purchased there. Warranty issue as far as I was concerned, not only will it take a month before it's done (at the worst) but I had to leave a deposit for repairs.

There is a chance I will get it back sooner and a refund on the deposit app (highly doubt either). While I can understand a long wait on snowblowers this time of year, I'm a little put out that a unit used 4 times, bought new from them for over $800.00, stored exactly per mfgs. instructions and well within the 3 year warranty has to wait 4 weeks for probably a minor adjustment that should take 10 minutes. I'll hold off final ratings until after they call and tell me what's wrong. If this takes 4 weeks and they tell me it's added costs not only will this be the last Toro product. I buy, but will be my last dealings with this provider.

Recently took my Mantas tiller in for service. It would run but just did not have power at high speed. Everything I read online said it was most likely a gummed up carburetor. My wife talked my in to taking it somewhere as I have been very busy taking care of my 85 year old mother and mother in law. WHAT A MISTAKE! I paid the $48 for the diagnostic and an estimate.

They called about a week later and said i needed new cylinder, piston and other parts. The said the cost would be another $385 to repair. I don't even know if they ever looked at the carburetor or thought about rebuilding it. They went right for the big repair. I told them no thanks and that I would pick it up and try to repair it myself. I went to pick it up last week and what a surprise when they gave it back to me in PIECES.

The piston was hanging out and and all the other parts were in a plastic bag. Remember, it was able to run when i took it to them. i was so shocked that i just took it and left. I'm not even sure all of the parts were in the plastic bag. I PAID $48 FOR THEM TO JUST DESTROY MY TILLER. I WISH I COULD ATTACH PICS OF THE UNIT. I have since went on line and bought a new Mantas tiller from the Mantas Company for $299 with a new tiller warranty. I will never use them again for service of any of my equipment! I would give them zero stars if i could!

Very disappointing experience with their service department. Repair of my lawn mower took over 2 months - repeated calls were of no use, and once I could finally get the guy at the service desk, I got a lot of "well the part is ordered and should be here by now" and "part is shipping this week" - they appear to be understaffed in that area, and there was no urgency to getting my repair completed. They were busy so estimated a 1 month turnaround - which I could live with. But 2 months in the middle of the summer is not acceptable.

Great company that's well priced and very knowledgeable and experienced in outdoor power equipment, and always willing to spend extra time to help every customer. They also have a well-rounded feed store with hard to find items. They're stocked with hunting necessities, and feed for your horses, cats, and dogs, and everything in between!
