It is always a great experience at Yuba City Honda. It had been a while since I had been there, but I was welcomed by Luis as if I were just there yesterday. I visited the Parts Department while I waited for my vehicle and they were able to quickly look up the info I had requested. This is definitely my go to place for my Honda's care.

Luis was really helpful. He got me in quick and informed me of my issue was covered under an extended warranty. The repair was fast and communicated with me the whole time. I enjoy this location being my local spot to take all my Hondas for the last 10 yrs.

I brought in my car because I was having an issue with the engine splash guard and My adviser Luis wasn't just courteous and kind he went above and beyond to make sure that my car was safe to drive again. It was honestly a very refreshing experience thanks again Luis! I definitely recommend Yuba City Honda.

We are on our fifth Honda. We have bought our last three from Yuba City Honda. I love the people at this dealership because they do their very best to keep you satisfied. I made an appointment to do a 100,000 mile service and Alan was my service writer today. He was attentive, quick, and He made sure I knew how long things we're going to take (3 hours).

While I was waiting Alan stopped by the waiting room to let me know about my vehicle progress in the shop and to let me know about a problem that needed attention immediately. Alan and the whole Yuba City service department are great. Thanks.

Manuel from Honda has been helping me service my car a number of times. He has always been helpful and really tried to help understand what is the best option for the longevity of my car. If he isn't there I'm not having a good experience there.

My car was taken in for a B1 service (oil change and fluid and tire check). The Service Adviser was courteous and quick to get me taken care of. All went well. My one complaint is that Yuba City HONDA never washed my car when it is serviced. Any other Honda Service Dept. has always washed my car when it was serviced.

My car alerted me that service was due soon. I made an appointment online. My car needed additional fixes, the service manager notified me, and got me a courtesy ride home. Repairs were completed in one visit and I received a discount. This dealership has earned my loyalty.

The service was extremely long. I made an appointment online for oil change at 12pm. I got to the dealership service around 11:50am. It was not done until 3:45pm. When I asked one of Service Advisor, he said they service the cars as first come basis and that they do not go by the appointment. Are you kidding me!? That would have been nice to know when I arrived and the other Service Advisor told me it will be done within 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

If I would have known that very important information, I would had my car serviced another day. I will not come back to Yuba Honda Service. I will stick going to Roseville Honda in the Automall. If you have an appt, they go by that and their turn around is no more than two hours.

Fast and honest service. Hi, I just to share my experience with this Yuba City Honda Sales Center. It is first time when I face so unfriendly and rude service. I talked with sales representative, the price on car was $24929, I got $300 off, i filled up the application, and they run my credit score. I wanted to know the final price and they started to sell my car alarm more than $1000, I don't want this option, I asked them to remove it, but it is not possible.

I wanted to talk with manager, and sales representative hanged up the phone, I called couple times, and he did it every time. It is first time when I face so unprofessional service. Also they don't want to share credit score with me after they run my credit score. I truly suggest to avoid this place, and don't have business with them.

I was in and out fairly quick, the salesman was very nice, no pressure, helpful and explained the new features on the car and how to use them. I love my new car! I had made an appointment for new tires and a problem with my door locks that they had previously ordered a part for. When I got there they said they only had 2 tires. They replaced the part and the problem did not resolve. I was told it was "too bad" they didn't save the tires for me by the manager Ryder and told by the service staff they didn't have time to figure out what was wrong with my car since I had to pick it up. They had my car since 8:30 am! I left. Purchased tires elsewhere and am now going somewhere to get my locks fixed.

I knew exactly what I wanted and they had a nice inventory to choose from. Super easy dealing with Angel and he wasn't pushy or tryin to sell me what I didn't want. Honest and great personality. Super happy I went when I did. I would purchase over and over again from them.

I have really been enjoying my experiences with Yuba City Honda. I have always received fast service when picking up and dropping off my vehicle. The staff has always been courteous and taken time to explain issues to me and make appropriate recommendations. This particular visit I could tell the service department was slammed busy, but everyone was cool under pressure and still acted fully with professionalism.

They performed a trickier inspection on my vehicle which I thought was going to take extra time given how busy they were, but they had it finished the next morning. I couldn't have been happier! I had several follow-up questions and they answered them all to my satisfaction. Thanks everyone at Yuba City Honda! You'll be seeing me again!

I contacted Yuba City Honda to ask some questions regarding a vehicle of a deceased family member. The operator connected me to the Financial Manager, who unfortunately was not friendly and helpful at all. I noticed some unfamiliar contract terms on the contract, so I was hoping to be provided clarification and more information. I paused for a moment, just completely baffled about his unhelpful attitude and he hung up on me!

I completely understand if the Financial Manager was unable to provide me with answers. I would have appreciated if he had just said so. I just can't imagine how hanging up on someone can be considered mature or professional in any service field. Fortunately, I was reconnected to a polite woman in the Business Office who answered every question directly and provided way more information to me than the Financial Manager did.

I've been coming here for several years since buying a car from them in 2018. The service has been fine, but I can't, in good conscience, keep coming here anymore. I'm sitting here waiting for my vehicle and most of the employees aren't wearing masks. The service advisors are, but one of them keeps it under his nose. Only a couple of the guys in the parts department are, but again. under the nose.

None of the sales people or people in the offices are wearing masks. None of the mechanics are wearing masks. And they aren't requiring customers to wear masks, either. I feel very uncomfortable here. I would go wait outside, but there are no outdoor seating options at all. I found a ledge on the side of the building and sat there for a while, but the sun was too much to bear.

We are still very much in the middle of a pandemic. You'd think with Honda being such a big name, they'd have stricter standards here. I'm very disappointed. I will be making the trek to Roseville from now on. at least there, they are enforcing mask wearing and cleaning regularly. I feel much safer there.

Went there today to buy a new 21 Honda Hrv and the sales person Lemit was very aggressive didn't want to deal at the end and told me to go to Roseville, and then called me and wanted to make a deal I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude and we went and bought our new pilot elite at Roseville Honda. I don't know how you sell cars with employee like that working for your dealership.

I will never go back. I rather drive to maita Toyota 30 miles away. I needed a wheel and tire replaced because I hit a curb. When I called, Jamison told me the cost was $560 something dollars. No problem. When my parts got in a couple days later brought the car in. I told the service guy who helped me I wanted to keep my wheel. He informed me a 75 dollar deposit was included.

I asked what the deposit was for. He said for me 2 keep my tire. At this point I was a little profane, but basically said, I'm not paying to keep my wheel I paid for. Fix this or get a manager who can. Suddenly that cost disappeared. The explanation was my specific car didn't need this deposit. That was bad enough. Then when I left my low air warning went off. Can u guess what tire was low. Plus no one wears a mask in there.

I was greeted and given a warm welcome from the service advisors Manuel and Luis. I waited comfortably in the customer wait area. All Covid safeguards were in place with staff and customers. A very pleasant experience.

BEAUTIFUL CAR NOT FOR SALE I found a very nice Mercedes S560 with all the features I was looking for online at this dealership. I tried to purchase it but Long story short this beautiful car belonged to the owner of the dealership who recently past away. (His son now owns the car and dealership). This Mercedes Benz is the only car on the showroom floor or this Honda dealership. They have no intention of selling this car. It's more there for sentimental eye candy and that's fine but don't false advertise.

Even though it was busier for service during my visit, everything was set up to make sure customers are safe. Multiple waiting areas with seating spread out for social distancing. Still friendly and taking care of everyone as they come in. This is still the only place I will bring my car to for service and for me it's definitely worth the drive from Sacramento.

These are my recollections and impressions of purchasing a used vehicle from YC Honda. I signed papers gir a vehicle, a 2011 GMC Terrain, on the 12th, and agreed I would pick it up four days later. I was asked to email my salesman proof of income. I did on the 13th. On the 14th, Dennis in finance said I had to bring in proof of income because he didn't have them.

Obviously my salesman never forwarded the documents to the finance staff. Then after I emailed them to Dennis, he says I have to come in and re-sign a document because another finance staffer had previously erred on one document. Finally, Thursday arrives. The salesman picks me up st home, and we get to the dealership. Had to wait because the SUV was dirty. Apparently, the dealership had an issue with its detail staff.

Mind you there's a car wash almost across the street and the dealership had three days to get the vehicle clean. The salesman hosed off the exterior with what he called soft water so, he explained, it wouldn't leave spots. It left spots in spite of that. The salesman did not clean the inside of the windshield which was filthy. The salesman and I had agreed that he would connect the Blue Tooth to my phone.

He was unable to do it, explaining that I had to have On-Star to have Blue Tooth. Subsequently I learned from a GMC dealer that the vehicle doesn't have Blue Tooth, and that, even if it did, that I would not need On-Star. You would think that people would do some research on vehicles they sell, but they don't at YC Honda. Anyway, the salesman said he would call me later that afternoon about getting the Blue Tooth connected.

Never heard from him since. Before he left, the salesman gave me a second key fob which was badly broken. I insisted on a fully functional key fob, and had to come back later to get one. Several days later, one of the managers told me that I was not entitled to two key fobs and he wouldn't have given me a replacement. My salesman said that the oil and filter were recently changed, but the truck's electronics indicated the oil was at 71% of its life expectancy.

Now I've never heard of new oil losing 29% of its life in a short period of time. Doubting that their alleged master mechanic had checked out my card, I took it to another dealer who found several issues including a reverse light which was out (a safety issue), grossly misaligned rear wheels, over inflated tires (35 to 40 PSI, not the 32 PSI recommended).

I had that dealer makes all necessary adjustments, and took the car to a car wash to get the SUV cleaned add ir should have been. I spent over $176 to bring the vehicle to where it should have been. A Honda manager said I should have returned the SUV to Honda. I asked why since they couldn't check out the SUV in the days before I picked it up.

They also failed to tell me that the cargo cover was missing, and that it was no longer available. That would have indicated some level of integrity, but no - not from YC Honda. I will never buy a vehicle from YC Honda again.

Our car buying experience took a total of 2 hours. From the time we steeped onto the lot and drove away with a new car. The customer service was outstanding. No one teaches "kids" about life skills. There's no class in school for it. Bringham was a rockstar. He explained every single thing to my son and took the time to make his first buying experience a great one. Dan and Allen were great too. Don't shop here! They are horrible! They will seek the worst financing then cancel your contract via regular mail and not return your deposit! DONT trust them! They still have my deposit from 11/9/2029 and it's now 1/6/2020. Shop anywhere else but here! Art Mele is a CROOK!He allows this to happen. Don't waste your time here! No compren su auto aqui! So. Josh Guanzon was the best salesperson I have met in the last month. I had been to 5 other car lots looking for a car. I was so tired of the pressure I was getting. I looked at the reviews here and was like why not, not buy a car was only thing that could happen. I pulled into the lot, a nice young gentleman came out to greet me. He was so laid back, showed me a few cars that I asked about.

I asked to test drive 1 and we took it to my sons house for him to see. Of course I fell in love with it. Went back to the dealership and found out it was a bit more than I could pay, John saw how disappointed I was and kept going after his boss to drop it down. They did and now I have my car. Plus a free oil change to boot. Thanks John Guanzon you were duch a pleasure to buy a car from.
