Each GMC CPO vehicle is thoroughly inspected and reconditioned before you buy it. And when you pull off the lot, you'll have your own happily ever after with two factory-backed warranties: a new, longer 6-year/100,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty that includes roadside assistance, and a 12-Month/12,000-Mile Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty. Those benefits add up to a value you can depend on, and a used vehicle you can trust.

My sales rep, Erin Volden, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She handled my previous lease as well this one. She explained my end-of-lease options well and gave me an excellent orientation to my new vehicle.

We were preparing to turn in our leased vehicle in September and get another one, but decided to check with Zimbrick early, due to the shortage of new vehicles. Erin asked what we were thinking of doing and we ended up putting our name on a vehicle that perfectly matched our needs; we just picked it up! We feel very fortunate that we could do this early and get what we wanted.

Treated great. Had a vehicle towed in for repair. Needed a loaner, James did some paperwork and handed me the keys and away I went. Got a call the next day to come pick up my vehicle and in and out quick.

Everything about turning in one leased vehicle for a new leased vehicle went very smoothly and was a stress free experience for me. That is due to the professionalism and helpfulness of the sales person. I felt like she really cared about helping me and it was just a great experience.

We had been waiting for our new vehicle to arrive. When we got the call that it was in we were happy! We set up an appointment to do the paperwork, and to take our new vehicle home! Phil, our salesperson helped us get everything set up on the vehicle so that we didn't have to do anything when we got home. It was a great experience!

Went in for a recall on my vehicle and also had rear brake work done.after they checked everything out they said a rear spring was broke so I replaced that also.after everything was fixed they test drove the vehicle and said the front brakes had a vibration and the mechanic was upset about it also. I stated that it wasn't doing that before I took the vehicle in.

So they recommended to get the front rotors replaced because they could possibly be warped. So I was going to replace those but he said that because it was 2 hours before closing time, on a friday, and they're closed on the weekend they would have to keep my car intill Monday and work on it then. So I said no thanks and went to pick up car, I paid, drove the car home and the car was perfectly fine with no vibrations no sounds coming from the front end of the car.

Which is good but I was also upset with this because I felt like I was getting played into getting more work done on my car for no reason and spending more money. Thank God it was Friday because I probably would've sent another $300 for no reason at all! So with that being said im very disappointed in this experience. And would've also been nice to get a discount of some sort because of this experience I had. Kinda wonder if the rear spring was even broken at all and maybe they played me on that also. And will I go back there? not sure after all that.my grade D+

I was told my car would get in right away in the morning but did not get a call till the end of the day. I could live with this if that was the only issue. When i finally got the call I was told what they found and quoted $1060 for the repairs and and additional $800 almost for 2 new tires and service to put those on. I called around and was able to find not one but two different garages (both came highly recommended by more than one persona by the way) who not only could do it for less, but was able to do it for HALF the cost!

When I called Zimbrick to get a cost breakdown I found out that the majority was labor costs, which would have been find if they did not account for more than $600.00 of the overall charges! They also quoted me for 4 hours of labor when everywhere else (2 places) quoted me for 3. When I expressed my frustration around that seeing as I have had all my repairs done there, I was met with anger and a rep who was extremely condescending.

I did not feel heard or appreciated. Keep in mind all my services were done there for the last 3 years. I will not be returning for service or vehicle purchase from that location ever again.

I went in a few weeks ago because I was sent over from another Zimbrick dealership to have my brakes/rotors service from a vehicle I recently bought from them. Spoke with Jim and he wasn't actively listening to my concerns to point I had to reiterate. Also I asked for both service advisor Jim and sales consultant to partner so there won't be no discrepancies and neither one communicated to each other.

I was very frustrated having to wait over 1hr 45 mins for you all sort things out which is unacceptable. In addition, I asked Jim questions and he didn't really seem like helping due to one sentence answers and mumring. Then he didn't have on mask while helping me, there's a virus going on, need to be mindful of others health. Lastly, you guys misplaced my keys which I had to wait over 5 minutes for you guys to find them which was left in my vehicle unattended.

Everyone at Zimbrick has been fantastic. From Erin who sold us the vehicle to Phil in the service dept, we are very pleased with everything. We will be continuing to come to this location for service. They go above and beyond and I truly appreciate it!

Had a flat tire, so an unexpected tow to Zimkrick! Just walked in and checked in, about 2:30 pm - he advised me that probably could not get the car done today! So he offered to call for a rental car (I had an important meeting at 9am the next day - so needed a car!) The rental agency said no car until noon tomorrow. I asked if I could get a ride home - he was on the phone, and then said have a seat in the waiting room, we WL get you car done today. So. I left there at 4:15, new tire, car wash, and on the road. Zimbrick staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Greatly appreciated this! TY Zimbrick!
