I'm only posting in an effort to train your employees that first impressions are lasting impressions. Someone answered the phone and the first thing out of their mouth was they had two things going on and was busy. I thanked them and told them I will take my money elsewhere. I'm in the market for a Corvette since receiving a settlement from a motorcycle accident and my wife does not want me to have another bike but I'm searching for something adventurous to replace my bike.

I guess we are not in a recession with these high gas and goods prices and business must be great since customer service is not being utilized. It has been my dream from childhood to own a Vette and now I have the cash I'm going elsewhere. Lost customer for life.

Don't purchase anything modified from them without a PPI. I purchased a "very" healthy cammed Z06 from them that within a week of ownership had chattering from the right head. I was told I would receive a call to have the vehicle towed to marvettes to be looked at and this still has yet to happen 2 months later. After reading the reviews here and about marvettes I have decided to have a reputable shop repair the vehicle. Buyers beware, don't purchase without that PPI from your own mechanic. As of this review I still haven't received my plates and any attempt made to contact them to get my plates results in a transfer to a voicemail where phone calls simply aren't returned.

Cars were beautiful and were in amazing shape. I would give the cars and their condition 5 stars for sure. One of the reps named Phil greeted us and walked us over to one of the Vettes we were looking at. He asked if I'd "be leaving with the car today" and when I told him that I was just looking today, he turned his back and walked off. He never said another word to us, zero. My wife and I were both shocked that someone at such an esteemed place would do that to a customer.

Maybe he's had bad experiences in the past with people wasting his time and I'm certainly understanding of that, as I'm sure a Corvette showroom gets lots of that. Even if that excuse is valid, that's still no way to treat another human being and potential customer. I'd gladly go back to buy a car there but would not be buying one with him.

Just wanna let the guy that was rude to my wife and I when we arrived, I'm enjoying my z06 I purchased from someone else. I'm a young guy and I guess he thought I was some punk kid wasting his time. Sales person really seemed like he wanted everything handed to him on a silver platter before even helping, even talked about his own collection before doing any fact finding to see if I had even owned anything like this before. Amateur. Wasn't an easy task to find what I was looking for either, but one week later I was able to bypass corvette warehouse and get what I wanted.
