I was in a situation where I was very new at making very big ticket purchases. So the thought of dealing with a car salesman all the stereo types came to mind. But the first five minutes into my conversation with (Matt Laramie) I knew he wasn't that snake oil salesman but a guy who cut to the chase, asked my budget my wages and needs. Once he had all this very basic information we walked to the office and he went over everything with me.
With computer facing the both of us (complete transparency).The stress I thought the day would be subsided. I would recommend NORTH END MOTERS to absolutely anyone close to me not to mention the insurance agent he connected me to even though the insurance was for me once she was done getting me the best coverage. She fixed my wife's insurance with some great advice.

This place is absolutely the best car dealership around. I purchased a beautiful vehicle and I absolutely love it . It was the easiest car buying experience i ever had and my salesman was awesome. I highly recommend North end motors and will continue doing business with them. He also gave me tickets to the woo Sox and looking forward to my first time at polar park! Thanks so much!

I had been looking for a new vehicle, and reading reviews as well. North End has some really good reviews so I decided to check them out. They have embodied those reviews. Dave was so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Matt made me feel so welcomed from day one. The whole team has been amazing, down to John coming and meeting me at work and then Nick and other team members coming to pick my car up for some finishing touches and helping me learn my car. I love my new car, and I will definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase to North End Motors! Exceptional costumer service!

We showed up about a half hour before they closed to look at a used Explorer hoping to sneak in a test drive before they closed. Matt was not only accommodating but stayed late to finalize everything for us. I don't even think we were there for an hour. They took care of everything from getting me new plates to a whole new insurance policy, they delt with the RMV and then they had the new car dropped off at my job. I will never buy a car from anyone else ever again. Thanks again Matt and Athena for getting me a sick car for a sick deal.
